This company trades under many names, so check to see if the returns are to go back to China - if so DON'T BUY. A dress under 1 lb. costs $50.00 to return as you have to send to China even though the dress arrived from Ohio. It was a 35.00 dress, that was so nasty and cheap, its not even fit for the rag bag. Sizing is all wrong and bullcrap, a 5x fits 12/14 US size. A 1X fits a size 6/8 US. I'm 5'4 and the dress was also 6" to long. Looked lovely in the picture, but when you get it, OMG what a shock it was. If you see the same clothing on many different company names, BE WARY. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY, your better off finding a local drunk and giving them the money than purchasing their clothing. One of the biggest rip off Chinese companies and worse, in league with Calif, Ohio, and other States.

I have NEVER written a bad review on any product I have purchased as I typically just send it back and the company just refunds my money. Not in this case! I ordered two of the same tops at the same time as they looked amazing online. I received one about 3 weeks later and then the second one a week after that. They are NOTHING like the description or picture. The size is totally off and the fabric is horrid. They look like huge burlap gunnysacks! I have been trying to return them within the "15 day after receipt" window but no luck. The return instructions state they will respond to your request to return within 24-48 hours (so that uses up another 2 days of your 15 day window) and when I hit the "submit" button it just times out and doesn't process. Looks like I am out $50! I can't believe they have been allowed to continue to be in business. I have definitely learned my lesson to check reviews before buying anything online ever again!

Took 3 weeks to get it (looks like from China) and an incredibly cheap ugly dress arrived that I can't use. No way to return it either, what a scam. Put it in my Goodwill bag to give to charity, otherwise deserves to go in the rag bag.

DON`T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS SHOP. THEY ARE SCAMERS. THE ITEMS ARE DIFFERENT IN THE REALITY THAN IN THE PAGE. THE QUALITY IS LOW, AND THE SIZES WRONG, THEN THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO RETURN YOUR MONEY. IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO RECEIBE YOUR EXPENSES. THEY TRY TO RETURN YOU ONLY 15% OF YOUR PAYMENT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT IN THIS SITE

Have just finally received 'half' of the order I placed 5 weeks ago. As with most reviews on this site, I wish I'd looked for reviews before wasting money and the environment. What I have received doesn't look anything like the picture I ordered from. The fabric is very thin and certainly doesn't fall like the picture. As a sewer, I know even washing isn't going to help. The shoes are a lot smaller than the size they say they are. This experience has been a lesson on online shopping. Look for reviews before completing an order.

I ordered 5 items from JustFashion. What a mistake! The online photos of the clothing I purchased were beautiful; but what I received (4-6 weeks later from China) was a very low quality item only slightly resembling the photos and description. They told me return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and they listed many pit falls which could make it difficult if not impossible to return. The company did offer 20% of my purchase price to keep rather than return these terrible clothes. What a joke. What a waster of $$$

I ordered shoes from this site. After taking my money I did not hear from them for over a month. Contacted them and they said they were shipping that day and would be 10-20 days before I would receive. I received a partial order in 20 days & the rest of the order in another 15 days. The size was wrong & the quality was beyond poor. I asked to return the items and was told to email them for a return label. After a week I heard from them with the advice that the items had to be shipped back to China, very expensive so they suggested a refund of 15% which I could use to fix the size & poor quality of the items. I have 7 days to email them with my decision. They just wear you down and then offer you nothing. Save your money, do not shop with this scam organization.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. I made the mistake and ordered 2 dresses. One eventually turned up after much delay but was such awful quality and shoddy that I had to return it for which I had to pay a huge postage charge myself to send to China. I cancelled the other one and asked for a refund which they said they would send. However despite sending them repeated requests and emails everyday I have received nothing back! This company have now got both dresses and my money! I have had no response from them at all. This company should not be allowed to trade!

I ordered 2 dresses from this site - and unfortunately did not check the reviews before doing so. First, delivery is uncertain, and according to their emails, because the item is out of stock (or some such excuse). When the first item came - for which I paid 35 euros - it was the cheapest material, all polyester, though sold as cotton, and the color was not wine, but some fuschia pink. I could not even wear this as a pyjama as the material would scratch you to death! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I wish I could rate this site as less than 1 - BEWARE BUYER!

They have the most beautiful photographs and I was seduced into buying 4 dresses.
1) What they send out a good month later is NOTHING like the photographs. The dresses marketed as "linen" all turned out to be a very coarse cotton. Linen has that lovely crumpled look. Their cotton is cheap, falls like a sack.
2)The sizing is completely wrong. I bought their US 2 which should be an XS. All the dresses when they arrived were randomly marked 'M' or "S' and were nowhere near a US# 2. I would say they ranged from 8 to 14, XXL!
3) The colors are nothing like the pictures- I bought a "wine red" dress which turned out to be a shocking pink, a color I hate and wouldn't be seen dead in.
3) You will NOT be able to return the items. Even though I am completely in the right in demanding a full refund- this is not linen, not size 2 and not wine red for example, they'll write and tell you that you have to mail the packages all the way back to China and remind you of the cost of mailing. And you'll have to pay for tracking fees of course otherwise they can claim the package never reached them. So factor in what? 35$? Then guess what? They tell you, you may be liable for CUSTOM'S FEES at their end! Really? This Chinese manufacturer routes their products through a US company but won't take it back the same way, you have to mail directly back to China attracting custom's fees?! How do you sue a Chinese company? I'm doing my bit as a good citizen by writing a long review so no one else is similarly ripped off.
I now realize this is counterfeit rip-off. Look at the pictures. All the models' faces are cut off. That's the proof the designs, and pictures are lifted off other sites. Here are 3 pictures, the supposed "wine red dress"- can't post their advertised image as a comparison as it's no longer online. But check out the other images, what I ordered and what I received. Look at the sophisticated banding in the cowl neck and buttoned run-down in the advertised image, compare with the cheap cloth, stitching, design and buttons of the item that was sent out. I'll be reporting this company for counterfeit.

Ok. So you must return items within 15 days. Not unreasonable, except they are in CHINA. Sent 4 emails asking for return instructions and address. Got an email each time saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. Now, 10 days after receipt of merchandise, they finally respond, suggesting I accept a 15% discount and 20% on a new order. Discouraged returns because of postal cost and possible customs regulations. Are they kidding? It's only $60 and I guess I will eat it. Never again. Items received looked nothing like the images. Live and learn!
