Do not touch this site. The order takes forevermore to arrive and the quality is appalling. Ordered two dresses in the same size - one was ok fit the other was about two sizes too big. After the long delay to receive the goods I could not be bothered to send it back and get the correct size. Waste of money.

It took forever to receive the items, the sizes were all wrong although I even measured myself; One of the dresses I ordered was supposedly cotton and came in this very shiny thin fabric. I work in a nursing home so instead of paying to send it back, I'm going to cut into a scrubs top as it has a V-neck. I really looked forward to the dress for an approaching wedding

I spent over $100 on the crapPiest CRAP i have ever seen, it was nothing like the photos, sizes werE off, one dress had a grease stain on the front... horrible customer service. I sent it all back for $25 and would you believe, it was returned all the way back to me in the USA from China stating it could not be 'accepted'. THE WORST RIP OFF EVER>

Thank goodness I only ordered one dress. Took a couple of months to come and when it did, it is the worst design and material I have ever bought on-line! When I requested a return they said it goes back to China at my expense and that they would give me 15% of my money back not to send it. Ridiculous! Never heard of such a thing. This is a scam business! Flimsy fabric, bad fit does not conform to size chart, verrry slow delivery, impossible to do returns. I was bilked out of $126. Buyer beware! When I complain to PayPal I get a response from this company but no action! Told them I will not be in country to receive packages after May 1. They sent a package anyway which is on my porch and will probably go missing. They need to be put out of business!

One dress arrived after about 4 weeks. It's ok but wouldn't have bought it if I'd seen it in a shop. Material thin. Second one arrived after two months. It's huge. Possibly ok in correct size, but who wants expense of posting back to China? Wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering. It's the last time I ever order anything that pops up on a website I'm viewing without checking it out first. Lesson learned!

I ordered two dresses, took weeks to arrive. Needed to return one. They ignored my first two requests. Then tried to severely discourage me from returning threatening that it would take weeks to get my credit etc. I still said I wanted to return and gave me 7 days from date of email to respond or would close the case. Despite sending email after email, they are blocking me and my emails bounce back. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY SCAMMERS.

I want to return three items. Total cost just over £50. The return policy is ridiculous - in the UK we are entitled to return items if we choose, for these folk it has to be requested and approved. That is bureaucratic and results in going back and forward with no result. They will not provide me with a return label and I can't find the address. This company is trying to do everything they can to prevent me returning items. Don't take a chance on shopping with them and needing to return something, you'll likely just lose your money.

Ordered 3 things. The sizing is bizarre and the summer linen dress I ordered was huge. Took forever to get the items and I have not received one blouse I ordered over a month ago. The other blouse did not look at like the photos. These clothes are all made in China and my one order was shipped from Dubai. Placed order on 4/9/2019 and have no messages as to when or if the order will ever ship. My payment has cleared the bank, when on most on line purchasing, the amount is put in pending until the order is shipped... So I am feeling as If I've just lost over $75. And am very angry, discouraged and disappointed that companies can do this to honest people!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A TOTALLY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY! PayPal won't protect you! I ordered 4 items. This company actually went into my account and changed the sizes of my original order to the sizes they felt like sending me. They lied about the status of the shipping, issuing fake tracking data, when the items had never shipped. Because this is a company based in China, there was no accurate translation available. I attempted on multiple occasions to cancel the order, beginning 10 days from the date of purchase, when they fully charged my credit card, but had issued no confirmation of purchase. PayPal would do nothing to protect me. I am still waiting for resolution, having finally received 3 items, all the wrong sizes, and the 4th, the company finally acknowledged will not be coming. I was told I had to ship them all back and wait for USPS to confirm delivery before my $ will be credited back to my card and return shipping charges covered. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER, it's a scam. Placed an order over a month ago which continually reads as "processing". I have sent repeated emails requesting they credit my original form of payment for the entire order as they are unable to fulfill it. Do not buy from this site - spent £34 on a dress that would have fit me if I was 6ft 6! Tried to return it but just getting no joy from customer services - I should have kept the dress and altered it to fit - now I bet I wont get any refund & i have no dress :( I feel stupid to have been conned - will stick to Dorothy Perkins, next, M & Co & Roman Originals in future - these are great companies that you can return clothes to and get money refunded within a week - LEARNING CURVE - BUYER BEWARE!
Basically the dress was like the one in the photo but very very poor quality - it was as if a factory in china had copied it - The label looked cheap - but dress was over £30 - its the great photos that tempt you - do NOT be tempted - item will be a very cheap imitation

I agree everybody! DO NOT BUY from this (these?) companies. It is a scam. The clothes look lovely on the web site but look at my photo of the washed out beige and dirty pink shirt just received then look at it on the web site where it is a beautiful khaki with vibrant orange and green palm leaves. What do you think of the TWO seams down the arms, one normal down inside from armpit and the other straight down the outside from the shoulder. I paid $23 for express delivery on 14 April and received one of the four items I ordered today, 3 May and their response is 'it takes 3-5 business days to prepare the order' oh, LOL!

ONE STAR IS NOT A LOW ENOUGH OPTION. Holy Moses the quality of their product is horrific and in order to return it, it has to be undamaged - wait, what? The whole thing fell apart after wearing it twice. I'm lucky I still had any amount of shoe on my foot by the end of the 3 hour event. Unbelievable. I did sent pics and they sent 15% refund. 15%! I am filing a charge back.

But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
