DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I bought some items and after not receiving them for over 6 weeks they emailed me apologizing and asking me to be patient, even offered me a refund of 25% for the inconvenience (never received it). I of course filed a complaint with Paypal but then agreed to the partial refund and to being patient so I let the paypal complaint end. At the 8 week mark I had not received my purchase and I again contacted them and found that they had sent a partial shipment. A few days later I actually received all of the items at once. Unfortunately only two of the items were what I ordered. The other items were partially missing, not items I ordered, crap quality and most of all not the sizes I ordered. It is obvious that rather than refund me any money they just mailed whatever they had on hand and considered it done. Here is the problem, they state that buyer pays all return shipping no matter what so I contacted them and the best I could get from them was "return shipping is so expensive how about a partial refund of 20% and you keep the items" - HOW IS THIS FAIR? This is a BAD company with BAD products and BAD ethics - I guess I should not have expected better from China.
Shipping was MONTHS delayed and ALL ITEMS WERE WRONGLY SIZED.
Return / refund policy is worse than HELL ITSELF and I've NEVER EVER felt so robbed in my entire online shopping experience.

Can only reiterate all the other 1 star reviews on this site. Ordered two items both unbelievably third rate shoddy copies of those displayed on their website. Stupidly fell for the promise of DESIGNER CLOTHES at discount prices. Both items had same label and one stated poly cotton for trousers advertised as cotton linen. Dress supposed to be relaxed fit but body con and looked SO CHEAP. Unfinished with threads hanging. No return instructions in package. I have taken out an escalated case claim thro PAYPAL and JFN have told me to return the goods at my own cost and close the case BEFORE ANY (IF) REFUND MADE. How come this company if still functioning - there is a WARNING on Martin's Money forum as well. Also received MAIL DEMON from them. I have learned from this site that JFN offer discounts compensation for good reviews. Just hoping PAYPAL will look after me and the other customers claiming through them.

I knew I was taking a chance but the deals and pics are like Pandora's Box... it seemed irresistible. Clothes look NOTHING like the pics. I literally threw everything out because the stories about returns sounded horrid. I think what they do is put great pics out there then when the orders come in, they have someone without any skills try and duplicate. That's not only why they look different but what takes SO LONG. My small-ish order took 6 weeks to get. They don't even stitch up the pockets! So bad, I can't say enough bad things about them. Do NOT do what I did and "chance it". I promise, you will be disappointed.

Took 6 weeks to receive sandals. Finally received them and was so disappointed in not only the construction and poor quality of the sandals but the size! Cannot adjust the heel strap to even come close to fitting my foot. So loose that I can't keep the sandal on! I would NEVER buy from this site again! Don't waste your time or money!

The dress I ordered was listed as linen & cotton; color wine/red. The dress arrived in polyester fabric color fuchsia pink! AND the wrong size! The three tops were listed as cotton, they too arrived in polyester. I was going to return these items to the company which is in CHINA but when I discovered the postage exceeded the value of my purchase... Harsh lesson! I purchased 3 items from JustFashions which looked very elegant ands vibrant on their web site. By the way the website is also deceiving you to think you are buying from an AMERICAN SITE. When the items arrived they were cheap and flimsy and the colours were mutted. At great expense I returned the items to China with the labels they supplied. I tracked the parcel to their customs service where it remained for 6 weeks and the company repeated told me they have not received delivery. I then got Royal Mail themselves to tract the parcel only to discovered that it is now on its way back to me because the company wont pay the customs duty. They kept refusing my request for refund. Upon reception of the wrong dress, I emailed them asking for instructions. Not receiving reply, I sent back the package to the sender. Then I got an answer: I won't be reimbursed.
I contacted Consumer protection and was advised to go to paypal and make a claim.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
