I ordered a number of women's articles of clothing. They are all of the cheapest fabric, shapeless and anything that resembles embroidery on their site is a stencil. If it did not involve the cost, drama, and lack of accountability in returning them to China I would have sent them all back! Basically will all go to the Goodwill bin and will never order from them again. The photos do not represent the reality.
The dress had stains and is unusable. I wanted to send it back, but as it has to be sent to China at my own expense, they offered me instead a partial money return or credit, first 20%, then 30% and so on until 60%. Despite what they say, they have no real return policy. They sent a defective item and this costed me money.
By the way, the dress is in the rubbish.

Definitely a good variety of internet fashion, elegant and classy styles at an affordable price! I still haven't received my product, so I still can't comment on delivery and quality. I will definitely come back if everything goes well.
I purchased two pair of shoes and neither fit. I am trying to return them and looks like I'm going to be out $50+. They will refund me a 20% difference store credit? Really? Why would I accept that, the shoes do not fit. My other choice is to request a mailing label from them, which I have to pay for. Why can't they just give me a return address and my money back.

Ordered submitted and after over a week it still said processing. Contacted customer service and the sent there policy. It can take over a month to get your product. Asked to cancel order. The ordered had not shipped was informed if I cancel they would charge me 15% horrible customer experience. I just hope I get my refund less 15% and cut my losses. If you are looking to get your item timely don't order from this site.

I have ordered in this online boutique several things, a skirt, blouses, a coat... and fashion accessories.
I love them, the prices make my bank account hate me a lot less than it normally does when I shop online.
Most items are polyester not cotton, huge upset. Receiving takes too long, maybe warn us it'll be 6 weeks before we receive an order, not cool. Returns are the most difficult I've ever experienced. Shipping costs are too high.

As always, fast delivery of my order. Great clothes and very well presented in the box. I returned a pair of pants because I didn't like how it fit, and the return process has been easier than I expected.

I do not understand any of the positive reviews for this company; advertising is extraordinarily deceptive; the "woolen" "sweater" is in fact a polyester coat with the motive PRINTED on it (not knitted or woven, as they advertise it) it looks like a Halloween costume - be aware! See photos of polyester coat! Very poor quality garments.

It took a while to arrive, but they always kept in touch with me through Customer Service. It was the fault of the post office. The product has amazing quality. You can buy here because it is worth it!

I found the small size a little too small and wish I had ordered Medium. Think product looked better in photos. Happy with some material but disappointed with others.

Sizes were off (smaller), and too thin material on some blouses I ordered and didn't lay right, and just hung too loosely.
Customer service was excellent, but you cannot return anything to China. Too expensive and not cost effective.
Please don't order from Just Fashion Now. They make knock offs and not well either! If you want to return it... you have send pictures and more pictures and more pictures... then if they think the item is fine they won't refund you. I opened up a complaint in Paypal and they offered a 25% refund on my purchase or I could send it back to China... pay all costs... and if anything was wrong with the package they wouldn't refund you. Just Say NO!

My order included two pairs of shoes, and due to the EU measurements both pairs were way too big for me. When I asked to exchange for the correct size I was surprised to find out that there is a 'no exchange' policy for this company; however, more disturbing was finding out that all returns must go to China at the buyer's cost. Instead, the company offered a 15% refund on my shoe purchase ($7.98 out of $53). Given the cost of shipping to China I really had no choice but to take the 15%.
The dress I ordered was nice but do take care in ordering, because if you need to exchange the item that will be IMPOSSIBLE. For $25 I sent back a $45 dress to China, where the customs department refused it. The whole process of ordering, returning, and having the dress come back to me, took from early February to mid-June. When I said Chinese customs rejected the item, they said that was not their problem. I said it will be eventually as there needs to be a process for exchange of goods in the normal course of doing business. The offered me a discount for my next purchase. No thanks!

Many people have problems with online shopping, but at this store there isn't any problem. All of my orders came in perfect conditions and any time I had any trouble, I contacted their support system and they quickly responded, giving their help to solve my problem.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
