Shopping was easy but, Customer service was good, but... it takes too long to get from oversees- I presume. Sizes are hard to determine as normal China made clothing is to up to part with U. S sizes. So, some items were too big, some were too small, and the quality of fabric is horrible. Also the necklace I bought broke as soon as it was removed from the package. The models they use and the photographs they use to promote the clothing are no where near how they look or fit in person.
I wanted to return my $100+ worth of clothing, but then I knew it would be such a hassle since they are clearly not made in the U.S. - so I'm just giving all five of the pieces away.

I ordered the item several sizes bigger than I usually wear since I ordered some things from a similar site in the past and they ran VERY small.
No luck! Still too small.
Forget returning items. They tell you that you ae responsible for shipping back to China and Customs charges. I may as well donate the item.

I ordered seven clothing items. I double checked that they were cotton which turns out to be polyester. The garment photos looked embroidered or well made. NOT! To return two items to CHINA costs $27!

Ordering was easy. It took quite a while to get to me.
The clothes look so great in the photos; but they just don't fit well. All of the tops felt like I slipped on a pillowcase with armholes. All three items were like this. It just proved the old saying that you get what you pay for.

Much less efficient than Amazon. I got notices that my item had arrived when it didn't until later for both deliveries. I think I've become spoiled by Amazon.

I loved the nightgown I ordered, but found I don't care for the style of the dress I just received, and the material is very thin. Just shows you get what you pay for. The quality of the flannel fabric in the nightgown is deteriorating more quickly than average.

Don't think I'll order something that won't be delivered until months later again. This was worth a try, but I won't buy from this company again.

DO NOT do business with these thieves. I ordered $145.00 of products from them. After a month of waiting I received the worst quality clothing I have ever seen. I bought coats and sweaters for winter. The so-called coats were made from an extremely lightweight, unidentifiable fabric that looks like compressed lint. The sweaters had like a foam-like backing you'd find on bathmats. Its a complete battle to get a refund. They expect you to return things to China instead of the San Francisco shipping location. In lieu of a refund they offer a 15% cash consolation. I sent them $145 - they offer $21.75 in return.

Sizes are all over the place... sweatshirt in XL is very tight (almost can't wear it) yet another top extremely loose and oversized for an XL... took WAY too long for the products to be shipped and get here. Quality seems okay, but having to exchange for different sizes would be VERY painful and now too late for the holidays. Not real impressed

So happy. I love this online clothing store, it is my place for every birthday, engagement, formal and wedding, I just bought a birthday dress in rose gold and I am very excited to see how it looks on me because I have always felt nothing but beautiful in it. Articles on the website! I always receive my orders the day they promise!

The shopping part was fine. I requested a return ticket. I was sent an email offering me 20% a refund and I could keep the items. I just took the 20% and I'm giving everything to a woman's shelter. I have gone through this before (not with you) but another company from China. I returned the order and never got the refund. I would have preferred sending every thing back on my nickel but felt I'd be out that much more. So there for because of your return policy I will not be buying anything else from you.

I don't see a free dress after I ordered a certain number.
I'm also having trouble with the sizing. It says bust size 95 inches for some items and I'm getting a small. (?) When I get them they fit me like a sack of potatoes.I'd like to see the laundering directions before I buy, because when I receive them its recommended dry cleaning which I don't like to do. Your clothes look so cute online, but I'm having trouble with sizing and clothes care when they arrive. I start the return process and am told to wait up to 48 hours, but I'm frustrated hearing back from you for my return. I wish your company was more user friendly.

Took almost a month to get my order. Extremely poor quality of all items received. Tried to return and I have to pay return shipping to China and custom fees. Will never order again from this horrible company.
