I'm very pleased with the shirt. Love the colors & design & fabric weight. Shipping charge seems high but with the discount on product it is acceptable. Shipping time is longer than I desire so plan ahead that you'll have to be patient.

Exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but it is worth it.
The two tops that I purchased for my wife look different than in the photos. For one, the sleeves are different. The products come from China, so it was a long delivery wait and, of course, I had to pay tariff Trump Tax.
Better variety than other online stores with the same clothes. Easy to use website. Great service - fast shipping, easy return process, fast refund for ill-fitting items (we bought different sizes of the same bra). I intend to buy again. I highly recommend them!
The company is a total rip-off! Shipping comes from China, which took weeks. Shipping prices were high. Sizing was not standard... nothing fit- either too small or too large. The material was the cheapest I've ever seen. The patterns and colors looked nothing like the ads. To return the items you have to send them back to China. The cheapest I could find was a Global small box and it was $30 to ship. They offered a 15% buy back, but with a $100 shopping cost, I'm lucky if I get $15 back with nothing but loss to show for the experience.

Items look nothing like they do online, poor quality clothing, and when you try to return the defer you by saying it costs a lot so they offer you 15% off which is better than nothing but they do not back their products.
I love this website the online selection and sizing process is easy. There are no problems with delivery, deadline on or before the expiration date. I have not had any reason to return any items, they are always as described on the page
The most wonderful dress I have ever had. So soft to the touch and beautiful. In fact, my sister asked for one here of a different color I used a card for the payment method. Delivery was good at my city post office.
I waited two months for my items to arrive and the customer service department is non existent. I am so glad I did not use them for christmas gifts because I would not be able to give them as gifts. Maybe as rags. The items are cheap garbage. Poor quality in the fabric, stitching and sizing. The coat I ordered looks NOTHING like the photo and I think they put the same size on everything, they should be locked up and thrown in jail

I ordered about a week ago and received an email confirming my order along with a fedex tracking number. When I clicked on the link to check the status of my order, it says the shipping label is being printed and the order is pending. Like I've said it's been about a week now. How long does it take to have a shipping label printed? Now I found these reviews that basically question the integrity of this business. If I don't get assurances and some proof of legitimacy, I will contact federal agencies and report this company for wire fraud and what have you.
After I reviewed here and sent the business an email about my worries, they responded ASAP to assure me that the shipment is on it's way. I will do another update once I receive the items.
Took 2 months to receive boots, they were too small there is no phone#on invoice. I emailed them asking how to return and get refund.No return email. I've emailed them several times regarding this matter.

I used the measurements on the site, but all three tops are too small. They won't allow returns because they were final sale. I am so disappointed that I can't get larger sizes. I ordered a medium but would like to return them and try a large.
I am also not pleased with the quality of the items.

I am very skeptical about buying clothes online, however I am very happy with my last purchase here. My order was not only on my doorstep a few days after the purchase, but the dress appeared exactly as shown on the website (no surprises from a cheap version). I bought this top online with this boutique. The prices of everything are incredible. They have really great designs as well as clothes that are not that expensive if you prefer. I have been dealing with this boutique for several years and find them amazing with your help, replying on time to emails, quality items and bargains galore.
Took over 6 weeks of back order notices, partial refund of one cancelled order, and the final insult: order returned for insufficient address (even though it was their error) and money will not be refunded.
