The ordering was an easy process. The only problem was that it took so long to get it in the mail as I put the order in June 5th and received my purchase July 13th.

I just got my first order today in the mail, love my new blouse fits perfect.
So I order two more purchases today. I will diffently purchase again. Shopping
Experience so far has been great.

I ordered what was described as sweatshirts, but each was a long sleeved t-shirt. Some had only overlock on the bottom and around the end of the sleeves. Not at all what I was expecting.

I PAID AN EXTRA $50 FOR SHIPPING AND PER THERE WEBSITE I SHOULD GET MY ITEMS WITHIN 5-10 BUISNESS DAYS WELL THE DAY AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER I GOT NOTIFIED MY ITEMS WOULD NOT BE ON TIMES. I HAVE SENT 5EMAILS AND NOT RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE. ALSO EVERY ITEM I ORDERED SAID WOULD BE SENT W/IN 24 HOURS WHICH ALSO WAS A TOTAL LIE. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY'RE IN CHINA AND REFUSE TO PROCESS A REFUND EVEN FOR THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID FOR QUICK SHIPPING WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

WHAT I BROUGHT WAS A DRESS. IT WAS THE SAME DESIGN THAT THE MODEL ONLINE WAS WEARING BUT APPARENTLY IN A SAME DRESS BUT MADE OUT OF DIFFERENT MATERIAL. WHAT I RECIEVED WAS CHEAP THIN DRESS WHICH I PROBABLY WILL NOT BE WEARING LOOKS AWFUL. UNABLE TO SEND BACK BECAUSE YOU PAY TO RETURN PER NOTE IN PACKAGE.

Disappointed - couldn't get my arms or head into dress, it was labelled size 22 but NO WAY was it a size 22, I have several dresses and tops sized 22 and they all fit really well hence I ordered size 22 from your size chart.

The order was WAY too long getting here! Then, when it finally came, it was NOT what I had ordered. I was sure I had ordered a size 1X, after studying the size chart & going by the size of my other things. But instead it was a SMALL, which I cannot wear. When I wrote about this, you sent me a copy of my order & instead of the SIZE being 1X, that was given as the amt. Of items ordered…which makes NO SENSE! I wanted to return it for a refund, but you said you'd rather just issue a percentage of the cost instead of returning it…so I agreed, even tho' that was just money WASTED! You had stated that any returns had to be made within 30 days of the order, which means ITS TOO LATE for me to return it now! So I don't understand why I'm getting this message! Have you retracted your offer to credit my account with, at least, a percentage of the cost or WHAT? I'm regretting ever ordering from this company! TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!

BEWARE if you buy from this company. IF you get a "final sale" item, it cannot be returned. Any other items you want to be returned, they do tell you that YOU are responsible for return shipping, but what you are NOT TOLD is that you will have to pay for return shipping to CHINA! I returned 3 items and it cost me $42.00 to send them back to China! After spending over $100. I was offered a 15% "cash gift" to not go through the "HASSLE" of returning them. It IS A HASSLE alright, but only because this company makes it a hassle! When I rec'd the items, they were shipped from NEW JERSEY, not China! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER order anything from them again, AND I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else! I am reporting them to the New Jersey BBB.

It's a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wish I read reviews before spending $106. Exactly the same things happened to me: received 2/6 dresses both cheap, thin, subpar fabric; no lining; not as advertised; not like the photo; colors different; one was even damaged; the other not as long as described. The other dresses I was told were on back order so having gotten the 1st which was hideous looking stretchy Jersey material not as advertised I requested they cancel the rest; the next day they tell me they were shipped & can't cancel meanwhile I can't track it. It took a while to get first two dresses & will take a while to get rest of order. I just want my money back but they offered to refund me $3 on a $20 dress instead of returning it but it's cheaper to ship it back & get full refund than $3! But they won't send me shipping label & return authorization. I want to throw these 2 dresses out! I can't wear them & would never give them to anyone. If it's too good to be true it's definitely a scam... Honestly by the time they send me the shipping label it will fall after the 15day return window and then I won't get refunded anything; watch!

Love your products and the priceI received my order, in a timely manner, everything was just as beautiful as pictured, I ordered 4 items and everything fit perfectly. Good website and their really fantastic clothes, I love this company and their styles, it is the first time I have made an order from this site, I am very happy, thank you for everything.

So far I really enjoy the products offered. I already received some womans shirts and they fit nicely and are made well so I just placed another order

What an appalling experience. If there had been an opportunity to give 'no stars' I would have done. I ordered the size they recommended for a size 10. When it came it was gigantic - unwearable. I have been communicating with them for about 2 weeks. They tell you to send it back - but warn you that you have to send it to China which will be expensive and lengthy for you. They then offer 'alternatives' which involve not returning the items in return for which they will give you 10% back or 20% off further goods. They suggest you could use the refund to alter the 'cloth'. For me the refund would have worked out at about £3.50 (on a dress that cost £25,70). Who could get a dress altered for that? I have been talking to them for about 2 weeks about how unsatisfactory this is but they are not interested. Finally they offered me 20% refund - £5.14p which because I don't have the time to argue anymore I accepted. I will never buy from this company again. It is not worth the hassle and you lose money.

I was very disappointed with the visual of products and actual item when received. My shoes looked nothing like picture and shorts were too short. The fabric of tops were nothing like l invisioned.
