Items I rdered did not fit so I asked about returning them. They said to keep them and the would return 15% of purchase price since I would have to send them to China. Never buy from this company.

One Items ordered was described as being a sweatshirt. It was polyester. Sweater was not as heavy as it looked in the photo, really quite thin yarn. 3rd item as pictured. Shoes are fine, fit well.

AT FIRST I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT LOOKED NICE. BUT THEN IT TOOK FOREVER AND I DID NOT GET MY ORDER IN TIME TO WEAR IT FOR THE XMAS GATHERINGS. WHEN I FINALLY RECIEVED MY BLACK FURY COAT, IT WAS A SIZE XL BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 1X TO ALLOW ROOM WITH A SWEATER, SO THE MEASUREMENTS WERE NOT SIZED LARGE ENOUGH ACROSS THE CHEST. THE LONG COAT, SAME PROBLEM. WHEN YOU BUTTON IT CLOSED, IT SMASHES YOUR BREAST FLAT, REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. WHEN I TRIED TO GET A RETURN LABEL, NO RESPONCE AND THE BAGS THE COATS WERE SENT IN, HAD NO PAPER WORK TO SEND BACK. SO, NOW I AM STUCK WITH OVER A $100.00 DOLLARS WORTH OF COATS LAYING AROUND. I DO LIKE THE OTHER CLOTHES I RECEIVED. I WILL NOT ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY SHOW SOME RESPECT FOR RETURNS.

I was initially drawn to this site by an ad that appeared on a website that I regularly visit - I liked what I saw in the ad so I visited the website and ended up making a purchase
I must say the website is a little overwhelming - large selection and moderate pricing
I could have purchased almost everything I saw - but decided to make a small purchase to check out the quality and timing - and was pleasantly surprised - Quality was good and goods were received in a reasonable time frame - I will be purchasing again from JustFashionNow

I placed orders at the end of November hoping to receive the Christmas items BEFORE Christmas. One order arrived the first week of January. The other order didn't arrive at all. After dozens of emails all they would do is tell me to check with my post office. As far as the quality of the product, it was gross! I was looking for sweaters and received some kind of print on stretchy polyester. It was more suited as PJs than wearing to a Christmas Party. The shipping time was NOT reveled at the time I ordered. I would not have ordered had I known. The shipment coming from China was not reveled. I wouldn't have ordered had I known. THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER! What I did receive has gone to Goodwill. SO DISGUSTED!

First off I didn't order but 1 pair of pants tryed to stop the order anyway to make a long store short I ended up with a extra pair of pants & a shirt that I don't like & it's going to cost me to send it back so I might be stuck with that ( NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Not anything like it looks worst 270.00 I ever spent. Cheap products don't buy! Proportionately incorrect. Pockets hung down below waistline. Uggggg. Cheap cheap cheap. No refunds. Don't huy

I ordered merchandise and paid for expedited shipment - I never got my merchandised and then when I tried to cancel my order they kept delaying it and asking for more time. Then they shipped items out supposedly - gave me made up waybills to stall me until they were actually shipped- I asked several times for actual tracking numbers and to please cancel the balance, they only cancelled one item and never credited my card. I continued to try to cancel the balance. It was only when I made a dispute with paypal that they agreed to cancel the balance and give me correct tracking numbers for what was shipped. But wait it gets better, they still have not refunded me and they are saying that it is because I placed a dispute with paypal and I need to remove the dispute with paypal to get the refund. I spoke with Paypal and they said that is incorrect and they can refund me at anytime.

I should have known they charged my card instantly when I placed the order - most company charge you as they ship. It is all very shady and unethical.

Not sized correctly and terrible refund options. I could never recommend your company. I settled for a 15% refund and something much less was athorized

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THEN THEY EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THEIR STUFF UP, WHEN THE POST COST ABOUT $70.00! NEVER AGAIN, PLUS SO MANY ARGUMENTIVE TXTS, YOU TOOK MY MONEY, SENT ME THE WRONG SIZES AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY THAT MUCH TO RETURN FOR YOUR STUFF UP? NO, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SITE TO ANYONE, IF YOU WANT TO SELL AROUND THE WORLD, THEN WORK OUT A MORE REALISTIC RETURN POLICY COST!

The suerters I bought are beautiful, they meet and exceed my expectations. The good quality, the bright color, the buying process here was wonderful. Thanks!

Given a 15% code then it would not apply. Could not tell if I could return if did not fit
Couldn't get help with return AFTER SENT FOR RETURN
Wanted me to keep for a discount and when said no nothing Why do that when things I could not wear

I am very happy with 2 of the four items i received. The other two are not at all what i thaought i was ordering. The fabric is odd and it is causing me to hesitate to reorder.

I followed the size chart before placing my order. I received my order and the sizes for a US size blouses were way to small. I wear a size 18/20 or 2x. I followed the sizes on your size chart for the blouses I chose. Lg. Way too small, 1x, which was way too small, another said 3x too small which I think should been 4x, Easy to maneuver around the site lots of nice looking items easy to check colors and sizes. Your sizes for US sizes don't seem to equal actual US sizes. I have purchased many blouses giving you guys another chance but they are always to small, so end up giving them for gifts. This time I am returning the blouses. Unfortunately I will not purchase anymore. I have purchased shoes and sandals from you no problems good sizing with US size and comfortable.
I was not sent a return label. How do I make my return.

Checkout is easy but the sizings were so different, I already 4 shirts of the same size and all of them were different fittings, I've had to adjust 2 to fit me,.

Please cancel the order and give us a 15% return and we do t have to return it. We will take you up on that policy and thank you.
