I received my order which I had ordered in the size I always get. Both items too small. Also, one of the items did not look like the picture online. Asked for a refund. Was told since I had to return to CHINA, I might have to pay not only shipping but custom charges. They offered me a 15% refund. WHAT A RIP OFF. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

It was easy to order. The shirts I ordered arrived fairly quickly, but I was very disappointed in the appearance of the garments. They don't really look like the pictures on the website.

I had a confusing experience with placing my order and how the shipping was added. I wrote and received an immediate reply and offer of a small discount for my problem. I really appreciate the courteous and prompt customer service from Miss W.
I just ordered, so have not yet received the blouses I ordered, but I was impressed that they were shipped out immediately. I look forward to receiving them.
I have never in life ordered something, completed the transaction, the company has already been paid for the goods, and only then be directed to shipping, which added another $11 to my total. By then, PayPal has already charged me for the blouses, so there's no way out. I'm forced to pay overpriced shipping- I would have cancelled the order right at the start because $11 is too much to pay to ship a couple of blouses. What a sneaky thing to do!

My experience was terrible because I did not know this company was in China, which it took months to get my merchandise. And coming from China... the shirts are too small. I would have ordered a size up if I had known they were coming from China because China always makes clothes very small. I will never do business with this company again...

Shoe fell apart on first use. Company sending replacement shoe but I ordered another color too. Hoping it doesn't fall apart as well.

Website was unstable and froze 3x before I could order.
I'm not sure where they get the pictures they show on their website but the product they shipped me wasn't even close to the picture. The top we received is terrible colors with fuzzy edges on the print. You can tell this is cheaply made from a long distance away. To top this off I can either pay more for shipping to return an item that should have never been sent or they offered to let me keep it at 15% off. After 3 emails they've increased the discount to 30%. That makes this a very expensive rag...
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. If you don't get what you order they expect you to pay for it anyway.
The pictures show the washed out light blue color top that was shipped to us versus the actual picture of a green top that I ordered. BTW, they don't offer this top in anything that even comes close to the color we received, I don't know where they got this one.
Their return policy requires that you keep the original bag to return the product in. When looking at the bag we received it looked like this top has been shipped many times and returned, they obviously don't care if the customer is happy, they just want their money.

Color & patterns match pictures well. Out of 8 items, 3 were oversized M. But I have a friend that will enjoy them. I will order again

The clothes are very nice wish they fit a queen sized woman. The size is for regular
women not seen for plus sizes.

Prior orders bad fabric, too much polyester and pattern printed on it, not woven into it. I haven't returned any because a hassle. So I'm keeping but will not wear. This dress has more cotton but I don't trust it. This is last order if fabric is bad, and I won't rate it.
