The shirts i ordered didn't have a waist size and they were both too tight. One dress fit but was nothing like the picture. The other dress had a neck opening so small i couldn't get it over my head to try it on. The whole order was unacceptable and i would like information to return it.

Unfortunately, the sizes are so varied that more than half of what i ordered does not fit. Because the location is in China, it does not pay for me to return them. You have offered to refund me 15% which is not much, but i will settle for that.
Love the prints and styles, but unsure of sizing. Turns out they did fit nicely except for the T-shirt with raglan sleeves. Chat was not available to assist. I wanted to expedite shipping but could not get the website to cooperate. There was one seam on on one of the dresses that was not caught in the seam. I was able to fix it. Not sure if I can fix the fit on the raglan sleeve shirt. Lastly, not exactly jumping up and down that the clothes are made in China. But have to say that they are nicely made.

Size of items from different designers differ. So you cannot choose the size according you usually wear. You should refer to size chart to check the measurement.

Most of the merchandise is well organized online, good quality and arrives on time! I enjoy shopping JFN even after the pandemic:-) My only problem was with shirts that said "cotton mix" on the site and in reality had NO cotton whatsoever in the shirt :(

JFN sent me a dress I ordered for my wife's birthday. The neck opening was too small for a young child.

This business is a nightmare to return items to. Most of the clothes are smaller than normal so if you have to change sizes you're in trouble. I was never able to get a return label following their instructions and after about ten days working with customer service via email, was given some return labels addressed to mainland CHINA, and you have to pay the postage to China. Are they serious? Of course they never explain this to you up front. What a disaster. Will never order from them again because of the enormous hassle you have to go through if you have a complication with your order. I ordered quite a few things, and because of this unfortunate situation, they all are going into the trash can. Worst customer service ever. If this company wants to do business with American customers, they need to have a return address in the United States. Seriously.
