Had a problem with sizing, had to pay postage to china which was very expensive. I did not return it due to cost. They told me to keep the item and they would ship the new size free. Who else would do that. I would recommend this site for clothes shopping. Fabrics are good quality, just make sure you order the correct size.

This is my first time ordering from your company. I was extremely disappointed with most of the items. The descriptions said "cotton" and they certainly were not cotton! I live in California and the material is a synthetic and will exacerbate sweating ++. Too bad. Your photography is amazing and makes one want all the items, but buyer beware... I would like to return more than half of the items, however it will probably cost me more money to return than worth the effort. Ill have to donate them.

I ordered three pieces of clothing: two dresses and one jumper.
It took six weeks to arrive and when it did none of the clothing matched, in any way, the pictures on the website. What was described as linen was flimsy polyester. What was tan arrived as black, none of the clothes had a proper fit and all of them were of the worst quality I have ever seen. I am only clicking one star because your site requires it. Do not buy from Just Fashion Now

I ordered some shoes in January 2019. When they did not arrive within 2 months, nor was any tracking information available, I contacted customer service. For 2 more months customer service led me to believe the shoes would be shipped any day. Finally in July I reached out with some strong words in an email. I was told that the shipment was lost and they would not look for it because it would be too expensive. And it was my loss because past a certain date they would no refund. I used PayPal to pay and will try to get my money back through them but I don't hold out much hope at this late date. I will never use this company again.

Your shipping charges are so high that I cannot order very much...tried to order lots of things to get free shipping but your offers were just too confusing to understand...so I had to empty my cart, I spent a lot of time on yr site trying to find things to put in the cart...it was too much work and I don't like paying high prices for shipping...but that's OK this time...I would appreciate being about to track this order and receive it in a timely manner...Thank you...

Would like to see more tops and dresses with higher collars and longer sleeves for older women who don't want to dress like grannies but have loose skin "issues" --can't alter that without cosmetic surgery money I don't have! Returning clothing items because they are too big. Returning shoes because they are poor quality. Hope there are no return issues.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before. My shoes took over 2 months to arrive, 5 pair of shoes in 3 different packages, the 5th pair I am still waiting for. Not at all what's pictured on the website, poor quality product. It looks like they are posting pictures from quality products from other websites, then when orders come in the product is made cheaply in a sweatshop in Asia aka China. It took me over a week to get a response for my return request. At the post office the return shipping would have cost me over $50. Now I will donate them. Complained to the credit card company and disputed the charges. For now I have my money back. Terrible business practices. They ought to be shut down!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed an order. Paid over £50 and even paid extra for express delivery, received no items and despite emailing them, no contact either. Feel very stupid that I fell for the keen prices and pretty pictures! This company is really best avoided.

First time ordering from you. Have no idea if you are honest or not.
Got the top. Bought largest size available, should have been 1 size too big, but just barely fit. Finding this too often from unknown brands. Actually sized for small women. Why can't you just say so?

Still waiting after months, they say the package was shipped, FedEX says only label was created by distributor. Company says it was lost in mail and will give me a 30% credit on another purchase instead of full refund.
This company is no more than a full and total scam!

Online your clothes look really good…. Of course most of the photos are of skinny models!
I've never ordered clothes online before, and won't do so again. If you order the cotton/linen(for coolness), they are very wrinkled. Then if you order the plus sizes, they vary so much in size they're either too big and baggy or too skimpy! This long dress I chose was ok…. So I'll keep it, because returns are more expensive than the buying!

I ordered two dresses that took hat seemed a long time to get here. THe blue one is fine, but a little thin. The second one is not the same pattern as shown and was so light you can see through it. The customer service was great, they responded quickly

Received most of what I ordered everything fits great except pants find they are for tall women and I am 5'0. No fault of the company. Downside still waiting for a couple of items 2 have been shipped one still not and this is going on since beginning of march.

Because it will cost too much to exchange my item for the correct size, I will no longer be doing business with your company. There is no reason why you cannot provide a USA size chart so your customers can be more accurate. I saw a lot of items I was interested in but will shop elsewhere. This is basically just a trap. I am positive you are losing a ton of money.

I had previously looked at the "Dress" in the packet, seen that it was the wrong colour, and didn't even take it out. After the run around, and being offered $3 odd as a refund on a $24 garment, I decided to try it on. Body of the thing is miles wide, too short, and the sleeves would fit a child size model. What do they do? Just pick a bit from one pile, and a bit from somewhere else? It's not going back to China, which of course they are banking on, it's going in the bin.
