I'm a 1st time buyer and found it a bit difficult to find out where the product ordered was shipping from or how long it would take to get here. The size charts helped a bit, but I found that most of the sizes didn't conform to my body size, which is a U.S. 6 petite.
The shirts arrived after 3 weeks from 2 different locations in the states. I was beginning to wonder if they were coming from China!

The clothes are crap. There is no way the models on the website and in their ads are wearing the same items I received. The fabric is terrible, all horribly synthetic, thin and everything is poorly cut and sized. AND THEN, when I tried to return, I found out how much it costs to return things to China! My cheapest option(with tracking) was $98.90! That's NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS! So I just made a $100 mistake ordering from Just Fashion Now. Be warned.

Below is what they advertised and what I received. That's a nope. Bait and switch.

I ordered a dress, top and potato bag. The top on the website clearly appeared to have multiple layers in the image- the actual product was a cheaply printed image of sewn materials on very poor quality fused fabric. The "potato" bag was nowhere near what the website image showed. Rather than a reasonably large bag it came as a small rectangular box which would be insufficient to grow anything in, let alone potatoes. This is after taking 3 months to arrive.

I would like to see an explanation of all the discounts that pop up and also when free shipping kicks in. It seems when first on your site, the free shipping was available for a lesser order, so I did not understand.

I placed my order to this company on July 26,2018. I too, paid the extra amount to have it sent to me sooner. As of August 19,2018, still no package or an email letting me know it would be delayed. Tried contacting them and the only way you can reach them is through email. Only to get a reply you will be contacted in 7 days. Thank God I only ordered one item, but I will never order again. I will be reporting them as well. Buyer beware!

Experience okay as most on internet--the proof of satisfaction will now be in the delivery of the product advertised. I received almost all of my order and was pleasantly surprised. Some of the fabrics were new to me--I would call some of them "dress or coat lining" here in the US. For travel or a "resort" look, I am well pleased but have my doubts that items will last very long. I ordered again because I found a few things that I will take on vacations and will be light and easy to pack.

Unacceptable experience with this company. Totally untrustworthy, makes your customers an idiot. I sent a lot of emails and they do not return, my stuffs have disappeared and they do not even respond to the email. A negligent, anti-ethical, immoral and absolutely poor company in every aspect, from the mediocre site with no decent information about the shipment to the attendants who do not even contact you or they give you any vague answer just to state that they answered. I'm gonna sue you!

I ordered a size SMALL for all items, when received they were all too large or way too long for my normal size 6 figure. Returning the items is impossible. Not realizing these items were shipped from China and any returns will cost the customer more than the amount you spent on your order as there are custom's fees involved. You are offered 15-25% of items returned if you keep them. I chose to keep them and give them to a womens shelter rather than forgo the expense of return.

Easy to use website. I love the variety of clothes with fabulous quality and beautiful accessories, delivery is fast even in pandemic. Less than a third the cost of other sites, I have already recommended this store to many of my friends.

I should have figured it was too good to be true, not one of my order fit they were all extremely big and nothing looked like the pictures, it was like I bought something else. You all should be a shame of yourselves showing those picture knowing the clothes does not look like that.

Please do not send me anymore email I wasted my $120.00 it does not worth paying $60.00 to ship them back I am throwing them out. I don't own anything that looks so cheap and horrible.

I've had middling experiences. The styles look great in the photos but the fabrics are never as described, so if you're keen on cotton, linen or pure wool, forget this site. The colours are erratic too, so choose your items with that in mind - chose an item where an exact colour match is not essential. On the other hand the finish is very neat, and I have to praise the customer care. I got very prompt replies to my emails and speedy reimbursement.
Shipping is on the high side and keep in mind that you will have to pay for shipping returns which could cost more than the item itself!

Two of the three tops are okay to wear out of the house... I even got 2 compliments from strangers because of the distinctive print on one shirt... all 3 fit me, more or less, but one is so poorly made I am just wearing it to lounge in and I am doubtful it will make it through the wash in one piece! The prices are good, but it might be hit and miss as far as quality goes... shipping was not cheap, but pretty quick.

I returned 4 items to CA. After submitting my tracking number I have not heard one word for you. Please acknowledge that my refund is being processed. A little communication goes a long way.
As far as the merchandise is concerned I'm pleased with the quality.

I ordered $66 worth of product from this site weeks ago and they processed my payment via Paypal but two full weeks later they had not shipped out the stuff and their response to my inquiry was an automatic one asking that I wait until the order is shipped before asking any further questions.
I suppose I will have to start the fight to get a refund which is too bad because the dress and bags I ordered looked like my kind of clothes.
