First time buyer. Disappointed in the sizes. Two fit, one way to small. Ordered all same size, giving the small one away even though I loved it, to ship it back is just way to expensive. Shipping took way to long to get to my home also. I love your stuff just not worth the hassle. I will continue to order on eBay. I have no shipping and returns are done at Whole Foods store. No hassle no shipping. Sorry ti say can't order from your stock any more for those reasons

Your shipping is outrageous. Where are you and why did it take so long? You don't have half sizes in shoes. I am a bit disappointed because I thought that your fabric on items would be warmer and not a polyester blend

The items were delivered as promised according to the expected date and that was a plus. However, the dresses are very cheaply made and don't represent the picture as provided on the website. I will probably not be ordering from your company again, just being honest...

I ordered over $100 worth of stuff. It took over a month to arrive. The quality of the fabrics on ALL items was terrible. The 'cotton' dress was like a cheap blanket. I filled out the return form. It said they would get back to me in 48 hours. NO. Nothing. I emailed. They said that because I did not reply in 7 days, they can do nothing for me. Checked my spam folder... nothing there. So, I am stuck with very low quality clothes that do not fit... and out over $100. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Love your styles. Was nervous about ordering, but first shipment was good quality in half. The denim skirt was very good quality and fit. The long jacket was too large, and very poor quality, not at all as shown and described. Previously, I ordered a dress which was very nice. Sizing is a problem, however. One has to order a size, generally, much larger than one would normally wear, but not always, so this is a problem. But, when it does come together, I am p, eased with the product.

I received my order, and discovered only one item fit, out of 3. This was my first dealing with this company. My "trial run". I wanted to return 2 items, and would probably have purchased more, in larger sizes. However, I was told I had to return the items to their return centre, in China, and was warned that the return costs would be very high. Plus I might also have to pay duty on them. They then said they would refund me 15% of my cost, excluding my shipping cost, of course, telling me I could use my "refund" to have the items altered, so they fit. Not quite sure how you make an item sewn right along the edge, with no "seam allowance" a couple of inches bigger! But rather than put out more money, and sometime in the far off future, maybe get less refund than the postage, etc. cost, I ended up accepting me whopping $6.03 refund.

Having received far too small garments from China before, I ordered much bigger this time, but they were now so big that they would have fit an absolute giant! I bought 7 garments and have had to give them all away, hoping that somebody might be big enough to wear them, although doubtful!

The clothing was all very large and ill fitting. The collars did not lay nicely so they looked messy. Some of the shirts fit tight in some places and baggy in others. The T shirt was a nice fabric, but a medium is a large. When I wanted to return them I received a message saying it would cost a lot to send them back with customs and shipping (which I would be responsible for) and then they offered 15% cash in place of sending them back. Not sure which would have been better. Odd way to do business.

Although I did have trouble with delayed page loading, I was still able to make my purchase and liked the rest of the experience. It took a while to receive the beautiful dress & I've yet to try it on, but it is gorgeous and could be worn as casual or dressed up.

Before receiving I wrote: Convenient and quick - beautiful designs and colors. I hope the products live up to my expectations from this experience so far.
Now I have to say the colors are as advertised, but not the materials nor especially the sizing. Everything I ordered was medium and some are tight while others are way too big! No consistency even within the same name brand.
Now I'm looking to return those I can't use.

I want to return three items. Total cost just over £50. The return policy is ridiculous - in the UK we are entitled to return items if we choose, for these folk it has to be requested and approved. That is bureaucratic and results in going back and forward with no result. They will not provide me with a return label and I can't find the address. This company is trying to do everything they can to prevent me returning items. Don't take a chance on shopping with them and needing to return something, you'll likely just lose your money.

This is a very good online clothing shopping site. I have bought a variety of items from them, from clothes, shoes to earrings and a bracelet. I find your size guide charts very useful. So far I have been very satisfied with the quality of the items for the prices I pay. The only complaint is that it can sometimes take a long time, up to three weeks, for the order to arrive. So the waiting period can be quite long. Other than that I would gladly continue to shop on this site and have no hesitation in recommending it to others as well.
