I ordered 5 items. Four of the items were not of the best quality or fit but were satisfactory. The fifth item, a blouse, didn't fit properly and when I compared the measurements of the blouse to the sizing chart they didn't match. The actual blouse measurements were smaller than those on the chart. When I tried to exchange the blouse for a larger size I was told JustFashion doesn't do exchanges but a refund was possible. However I would have to pay for postage, custom fees etc. which could be substantial and I was encouraged to find an alternative method to resolve my issue. And they offered me a 15% cash refund as compensation. So much for easy returns! I'm not ordering from them again.
This website had some very unique clothing which I could not pass up! My hope is that it arrives quickly because I did not find this treasure trove in time for a Christmas arrival. My fault.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
