The robot wanted to know if I wanted to proceed and receive the form for $1. Sounds easy right? NO. I completed the form, then spoke briefly with a very knowledgeable/kind doctor. Received a conversation text to check out memberships because there are so many benefits. So I clicked on memberships. Suddenly my eye catches at the bottom of the paragraph in faint lettering, the next membership fee will come out next month date. I did not purchase a membership, so I called in. Not an easy number to find... They tell me that when you select to have the $1.00 form sent, they AUTOMATICALLY sign you up for the $46/mo. Membership fee. I canceled on the web page, received the confirmation email the membership was cancelled but did not say anything about a refund. Responding back on the chat feed, I demanded my refund. It wasn't until that moment, that I realized I had been talking to a robot. The company they do not refund first visits. They would be alot more honest, if they charged for the visit. I won't be going back.
