Easy website to manoeuvre through - yes this is true
Quality of the material has decreased - lose their shape after a couple of washings - need a lot more careful cleaning care
Sizes are smaller
Colours are really vibrant and look fantastic

The "sweatshirt" that I ordered was really just a blouse and was waaay too big although I ordered the smallest size that you had. We I tried to return it, the Post Office told me it would cost $28.00 so I m stuck with it.

However, their sizing chart isn't always accurate. In fact, I would say that 1 out of every 4 clothing items I've bought is either too big or too small.

As you may guess, I've ordered a lot from JFN since the pandemic hit. I often have 6-10 items in 1 order but the total is under $100! Here's the kicker: The cost to return items is really expensive (the post office charges by package weight and size). A velvet suit jacket I bought for $23 cost $40 to return. I'm no math genius but I think I just payed THEM $17 to NOT sell me anything!

Look, I shop there because I'm too broke to shop anywhere else. If 1 in 4 items I order doesn't fit or doesn't look good, I end up keeping it because I can't afford to send it back. That still means I lost the $23 I paid for it.

I believe that JFN should have free returns, with stipulations to be fair to them. How about a set return fee? Maybe $10? Or if your item qualifies as "heavy" (outerwear, boots, even velvet suit jackets) give out some special coupon to keep the fee low. And of course, free return shipping vouchers based on number of orders or amount of $ spent.

Bottom line, I've been really careful with my orders lately- removing things I really wanted but I was suspicious of how stretchy the material was, the size chart seemed off, the material looked like it had a sheen, etc.

If your reading this JFN, you should be worried: I'm not buying as much, as often, or any expensive items because returning them is too darn expensive. Don't you know who your market is? You can bet your last dollar it's not the rich folks!

Very happy with all the shirts. I will order more when I get time to shop. Plenty to choose from that are light weight polyester

The clearance prices are great. The tops were terrible. They belong in a scrub rag bag. And the shipping cost was extravagant!

Site was easy to navigate. Nice selection. Delivery time was quite longer than I expected.

Somewhat concerned about sizing as one dress size on size chart different measurements than another dress same size. Choosing correct size is somewhat difficult based on size chart.

Not sure how items will fit it is my first time ordering. Website is a little hard to find things by name but overall not bad. Items are not all correct sizing to chart. And not all looked like the pictures

Took too long, once received they were too small, they offered a refund of 15% to just keep them. A 28$ pair of shoes ended up being 40$ and some change when billed.?! Everything comes

I pray that this is not a fraud company I guess I will see that why I long order one thing. Second thing is I hope your sizing is up with the USA third I pray that your return policy is good if it doesn't fit. I wear a size 10 in us clothing.

Should include return info! Was very disapointed in quality and how they looked - nothing like the online pictures.

Checked measurements only to find item I WAY too small! I' done with this company!
