Unfortunately the photos make the clothes look fabulous, so I bought three outfits. I was extremely surprised when I received them as not only did they not fit (I ordered my regular size) but they looked nothing like the photos. One I can just wear, the other two have gone in the Charity Bin. I was, however, successful in getting an $8 refund, after spending over $100. Because to send the items back to China at my expense was not possible. I wont be buying from here again.
Prices are great, however, sizing isn't consistent. Because my shirt didn't fit correctly, I would have had to send it back to China, of all places! You need to have a US return center! I won't be doing business with you anymore until then.

They represent themselves as US company but returns are sent to China, where the customer incurs shipping and possibly customs fees. I'm going to donate my purchase. The clothes in this boutique are almost always true to size, well packaged and easy to order. The images and the zoom function give you a great idea about the appearance of the garment. Returns are easy and smooth. Sometimes items that look really wonderful are too expensive for me, but easy terms would make it an option, even though I haven't used them yet.
Ordered fleece lined leggings. Product was advertised with a picture of fleece lined leggings. The actual legging look like flannel backed workout fabric. The company does not do refunds with return shipping. You have to mail it back to China and custom fees. Which all cost more than the leggings themselves. As pictured below, it can be seen that they are not the same procuct.

Avoid this company at all costs. Tried to return an item which was substandard and which bore little resemblance to the advertised illustration.
They give the impression that returning an item for refund is straightforward but it's anything but.

Shoes were cute, but site didn't mention that they are manufactured in a foreign country, or I never have ordered. These countries don't use the same sizing scale as USA, so these were totally too small. They are going back. Also, delivery was more than 3 weeks, and I think they should again mention that their goods are coming from another country.

I love the beautiful designs and patterns that are offered, but was a little disappointed in the quality of the fabric. I would have liked a heavier cotton polyester type of fabric, but it is more of a light silky material which in some cases I will need to wear a camisole underneath so as not to show through to my under garments. Still like, but wish just a little heavier. The order likewise took a long time to arrive.

Garment received was very cheaply made, undersized, and not made of the fabric advertised. It was supposed to be linen, garment has "linen" tag, but I can assure you it is NOT LINEN, rather some cheap, non-breathing, and uncomfortable polyester engineered to masquerade as linen. And beware of the (non) return policy. Items must be returned to Guangzhou, China at buyer expense. Think about that, the return shipping costs would be far more than the value of the garment, and the time required to get the refund on the order of months. Save yourself money and aggravation, avoid these predators! I would give them zero stars if this website had that option.

The quality is poor but you get what you pay for. Or maybe you don't. Long shipping times and frequent delays. I am still waiting for items I ordered over a month ago. The sizing and proportions are odd. The materials are cheap and the construction is terrible. If you want cheap, disposable clothing that lacks style, then you are in luck! You might be better off going to a thrift store or Walmart. At least you would know exactly what you are getting. I will no longer waste my money on this company.

I needed some summer clothes so I tried JustFashionNow and had a hair pulling out kinda experience. I basically begged them to look over my 25 or so email and be fair and finally they did so I thought I'd give them a second chance. It's the same nightmare? I am delighted with this boutique, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, he made a credit in my client's space to re-order. They are wonderful! This says a lot about the excellent service.
Ordered dress back in Jan 2019, to date still have not received it. Sent numerous e-mails demanding a refund to be told its been shipped give us a few days.
Urge you not to use this website, they take money form you and you dont receive the goods.

Dress is at least 3 sizes too small and I went by their sizing chart.
Fabric is thin and brittle.
Consumer must pay return shipping to China; they said nothing of this when ordering. In fact, I did not know I was ordering from China.

I didn't know that I could not return items. One dress I ordered was too small. I met all the requirements for information and timeliness and after a drawn out conversation on the phone giving the same info over and over I received a text telling me that returning items to China could incur custom fees, shipping and other significant expenses which I would be responsible for. They offered me a refund of 15% instead. I will not buy from these folks again. Too easy to order the wrong thing since the sizes don't run true.
Shirt is NOTHING near photo on their website. Material is similar to my windshield sunshade, seriously. The shipping price I would have to pay to return to China isn't worth it. Placed an order on 4/9, was supposed to receive max 20 business days, didn't receive until 6/11 (44 business days). Customer Service refused to give me an e. T. a. After 5 continuous contacts.

They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
