They switched a pair of boots I purchased to a cheap, knock-off version. No way to call them, customer service is "not available at this time" via FB DM etc. It's interesting that some people have had such good service from them WTH?
I ordered several items 2 months ago, 1 item was cancelled 2 weeks after my order and the last of the items just arrived 2 days ago. The backpack I ordered came in the wrong colour (dark green instead of black) so I contact customer service to resolve the issue. They responded with a course of action right away, but then never responded to my replies. I emailed them 2 more times with no response and they are now claiming that I did not respond within the 7 day time frame. All I want is to exchange the backpack I ordered in black as the error was 100% their fault for shipping the wrong item. I would not recommend ordering from this site again the company does not appear to care about repeat orders or customer service.

No one told me or I missed that it would be so difficult to return anything in the order and at a great cost... kind of negates any low cost of merchandise. No response regarding the "$refund" for NOT returning items either... as my title indicates, I will not be ordering again
Order was completely incorrect - wrong clothes, wrong sizes, awful material. When I tried to contact them to return the items, their mailbox was full and consistently wouldn't accept my emails for conveniently' 2 weeks - the exact time as the returns period allowed! What a scam! No other way to contact them - even their FB page has an auto reply!
Sizes of different items differ. There is the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size after you click S, M, L, XL…… (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12). You can compare them with your measurements.

Buy on this website some very comfortable and warm pants, of good gender. You've been using them for months and they don't lose color or make balls in the fabric. The knee area is giving of itself with use, as it happens to all cotton pants. A very good value for money
You people don't have any clues about US sizes or fabrics. Models are great in the picture. But no side or back views of items. No description about shipping either. To get order takes forever. But after order you sending millions e-mails with your sales or offers. Cheap service is not good!

Very disappointed with quality and accurate representation of what I ordered. It looked nothing like picture, and was full button down, not tunic style ordered or expected. Lovely donation to Goodwill. Waste of money.
Great website! I have ordered only 4 times so far. Clothes, obviously, when cheap, don't have high expectations for quality. However, the clothes in this boutique are really good. Especially when it's on sale.
DO NOT ORDER, it's a scam. Placed an order over a month ago which continually reads as "processing". I have sent repeated emails requesting they credit my original form of payment for the entire order as they are unable to fulfill it. I keep getting emails saying they cannot predict when the goods will be available but would I wait and accept a discount on my next order. Seriously? I am going to take legal action.
We receive a high number of e-mails and requests during the peak season and therefore the response time is delayed.
For order status inquery, please do submit such an exact message as "Where is my order?" for faster response.
Has anybody been the ""victim"" of this company? I am trying to get a refund from them that they owe to me. Have you been owed money and got it back? The quality of clothing is sub-standard. Read reviews before you make your purchase

Took a long time for the order to come; there was not a return label; phone number to call on their website is out of the country-no USA number; packing slip in some english, item name in Chinese; no prices listed on the slip; no return address, impossible to return. Quality is very poor. Out of 7 items i can get use out 3 which are basically to wear around the house and backyard. Others will be given to good will. Takes too much of my time to figure out this matter. Wake up Call - go with places you are familiar with.

Before this site, I always had problems every time I shop for clothes online. The order was spoiled or the clothes were faulty, but this website is not only cheap, it also has some really nice and good quality items. However, one thing I would say is be patient with the shipping time as it can take quite some time (2-3 weeks for being international). But either way, my package is something I always look forward to and have high expectations.

It is totally okay to stick to your rules, but to not have any flexibility in the midst of a world wide Pandemic is beyond emotionless. I put emotion into my purchases as do most people, "does this look good on me... etc.". So to be a customer in this day and age and be treated as a Number is unacceptable. You should have extended any return deadlines on orders places between March 17th- June 1st. I can wear most of what I ordered, so I do like some things you sell. I hope you take this as constructive criticism. Meanwhile, it cost me $45.00 to share it. :(
