Love the selections! Website a little problem understanding registration. It took a long time to get complete order.the shirt I wanted most was good quality but way too small for XL. One shirt the quality was poor. No finished sleeves or bottom. The dress I bought for a wedding is too casual and some flowers look like dye mistakes right in the center of a white area. Returns seem hard to do.

The shirt I ordered was too small. Customer service refunded my money because there was no longer a larger size. They were quick to help and gave me several options that I could choose from that best suited my needs.
Something's looked nothing like it did one line, their sizes run big, I can't wear any if it, and I can't send it back because it would cost too much and they are only giving me 15% of my cost. That needs to be known before placing the order. Won't ever buy again.

Sizes tend to be a bit smaller than other brands in most designs, especially if you have some curves. But I only increase one size in size and that works fine. The designs are charming, lots of variety and the fabric is usually of good quality. My favorite brand.
These people are crooks. It's a Chinese company that sends you cheap crap that doesn't remotely look like the photos in their ads, then they want you to pay return shipping to China. Bait and switch. Evil company. Steer clear.

Follow up... I received everything and several things won't work for me. Sizes are erratic, quality of fabric not sure. I'm going to wash everything and see how they all work out. One or 2 items are great, but the others...
If you need to return anything, forget it. You have to return them to China and I don't know what the cost is, so opted to just keep them and donate.
Size of items from different designers differ. Sorry that they did not fit your body shape.

Love my clothes. No other online company delivers in a timely matter. I still cant reach SHEIN to find out where my order is. I may never use them again. The four blouses i ordered were truly originals to me.
Ordered everything in the same size, which is my usual size, but only a couple of items fit: inconsistent sizing, and runs smaller than usual purchases elsewhere. Not the quality I usually buy either. However, the earrings are very nice!

Honestly, this website never disappoints me. Every time I make an order, it's on my doorstep a few days later, and they always find a way to make you smile. My last package came with a cute little gift that I ended up loving. This is literally easier than going to the stores, at the moment we live is very special and useful!
One dress arrived with unfinished seams and raw edges. Sizes ordered did not even come close to what they should have been. Of course, no one will respond regarding a return. This is a company in China and the only response you get when you email customer service is that you need to go on their website and submit a request, which I did but no response. TOTAL SCAM!

Took 6 weeks to receive sandals. Finally received them and was so disappointed in not only the construction and poor quality of the sandals but the size! Cannot adjust the heel strap to even come close to fitting my foot. So loose that I can't keep the sandal on! I would NEVER buy from this site again! Don't waste your time or money!

Loved the styles and have wanted that type of glove with fingers open and have not been able to find locally. That is why I clicked on your add. I also ordered a sweater. When the order came there were no gloves and two sweaters which I kept and did not return. The sweaters are identical. I will give as a gift. But my total should have been $30.00 plus shipping and instead it was $58.00 I have just placed another order for gloves and do hope I receive them. You have beautiful clothing and I do hope we can do business in the future.

The products are not shown specific enough with the fabric being "Cotton Blend" which could mean anything. I cannot wear some of the things I ordered because of that and since it will be so damned frustrating to return them, if they let you! I will be giving them away to the local homeless people so they can look nice for a day. Prices were great, but remember you get what you pay for. The weight of the materials is NOT "high quality" by any means, here. I won't be sucked in by them again. BUY LOCAL

Shipping cost more than the item. This should never be. In an age when I can order something and get it the next day, this took an entire month. All shippers have become liars over the last year. They give you a delivery date, which is just thrown out there, and then they "adjust delivery" as they go. My item landed in California and had to go to South Carolina. When it hit California, it was marked "out for delivery". Really? Terms are thrown out there and used interchangeably. Very unprofessional.

I ordered three items and NONE of them fit. They were at least 4 sizes smaller than depicted. One with faux fur was so bad that the fur came off in first wearing! I contacted company for a return and could not reach - then they would email me with little info - I took to post office to return and the rate was over $120... and I only paid $84 for the items. They have you ship back to China. That should have been mentioned in original ad. I finally gave up... I have three things that don't fit and I'm out $85. Something is wrong with this picture!

I based my sizing on the available sizing charts and only a third of the items fit. The fabrics were a poor quality and the workmanship so low quality. Kudos to their photographers for making these cheap items look nice. Returns was ridiculous. The first contact suggested a 15% refund if I didn't want to wait and pay for shipment back to China. No return center in the US, what a scam. By the end of the negotiations which took over a week, I will get 40% back within a week or 2 and I'm throwing these sub-par garments in the trash because I would never wear such cheap clothing.
I loved the clothes on the website: they looked beautiful, comfortable, and very reasonable in cost. They arrived quickly, but the actual items were only a mere shadow of the photos: cheap polyester with colors/prints photo/printed on the fabric, so did not have the beautiful colors and qualities of the website pictures. The loose, linen or rayon looking items were also ill fitting copies in synthetic fabrics. Returns are hard because you have to send them to China, on your own dime, so its expensive. Definitely not worth it. I think they made/bought web items as models and then made very bad copies. So disappointed.
I ordered 2 dresses as they looked so good on the website. Size medium, one fit like extra large and the second dress was a small. When I wanted to return them they wrote that it takes a long time to ship it to China and besides the shipping cost I would have to pay duty.
The gave me 15% money back which ended up to be $ 10.

They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
