I always have a great experience when shopping with this boutique. I check several times a day, the only problem I find is the shipping fee especially on small items. Its prices are really better than in the mall, if it works cheaper, including postage.

I followed all the many instructions for return but have yet to receive a refund. Emails go unanswered, live chat gives you the runaround. The dress I ordered didn't look anything like the one pictured and the sizing was ridiculous. I've seen the same dresses advertised online supposedly from disserent companies. The socks were fine, but the shirt didn't fit, the material was cheap, and it would have been at MY expense to mail it back (overseas). They offered me a whopping 15% refund which was only $2 and change! I'm definitely not going to buy from this company again!
I placed my order on 25 July and have received nothing yet. Tried contacting company, but just get the automated reply that they will contact me within 7 days. Did not realise that the clothing was being shipped from China - I would never have ordered if I had known this. Order number has been on "processing" since 25 July, but after reading other reviews, I'm not exactly looking forward to receiving the ordered items! First time this has happened to me - not a good feeling

I am very impressed with everything that has to do with this boutique. From the speed and thoroughness of search filters, product choice / images / descriptions to sale execution focus on consumer efficiency. I'm pretty light when it comes to buying anything online and generally prefer to shop at retail stores, but this website has seriously changed my perception of online shopping. I love that it is a bit dangerous for my wallet
I just want you to stop emailing me. Your shirts and tops are way too big... even a small is oversized. It did not describe it for big people. I will not be ordering a top again as they never look like the photos you have either. Very disappointing.

The photos appear to be a rough guide to what you may receive. The delay in processing the order is probably them wading through all the cash while laughing so hard at customer's gullibility. I wasted a lot of money but my dog is just about willing to wear one of their gloves as a scarf if it's cold enough.

First time shopping here. I ordered 8 dresses because they look awesome and great shape. But when I received it's whole different shape and size. None of them fit to me except one. But the fabric quality is really good. That's why I didn't return those. I have to spend a whole of money to alter these. They have worst tailoring ever. And the length is too long that no normal people can wear it. Someone have to be really tall and only then they can wear with high heals. They should have smart tailor who knows about size chart.
Sizes run small. I need to return a few items but must have order number. No receipt in package and website not recognizing my email even though I get several emails daily from them, so no order number for returns.

... the materials were a lesser quality than the pictures make you believe and when shipped (in a plastic bag!) shoes came dented and wrinkled. No longer new looking and cannot be fixed by stuffing them with newspaper (which they recommended to me) I got a 2.65 cent refund which is a joke.

It's a scam, do not order! The good reviews are posted by them. I did receive my package two months later and the product is total garbage, and of course you can't return it, I can't even donate these items, they are such junk! I just threw out $82.00

They take your money right off the bat. It took over 20 days of "processing" and then me emailing EVERY day before my order status changed to "shipped." The site says up to 7 days for this "processing." But they took my money right after I ordered and NOT when an item was shipped. I threatened fraud (and said to look it up if they do not have that word in their language). All of a sudden (less than an hour), my status changed. The first thing arrived - POOR POOR POOR quality. The package makes it looks like it came from a store in California (label). It came from CHINA and then grammatical errors in the emails are an example of more spotty Chinese people on this site. Too bad they can not be rated on the BBB site :(.

You need to make it easier to checkout! Everytime my order moved or was delayed, I was informed. This gave me peace of mind in this day and age where a lot of these places you spend your money with could care less whether a person is satisfied or not, just as long as they get your money. Five star service to say the least! Will purchase more products in the future!

Took way to long to receive order. Nothing was what i expected. Very cheaply made. Very disappointed in quality of the material. Had to go purchase 2 other dresses as back-up. Glad i did. Will not buy from them again.
Bought 170 Dollars worth of merchandise - all garbage - not what showed on picture.

Nice shopping experience. Has to return one item, pants were way too big. Please add description if pants, especially, are better worn by a certain height. These pants were too long and the picture shows it being above ankle length.
