I followed all the many instructions for return but have yet to receive a refund. Emails go unanswered, live chat gives you the runaround. The dress I ordered didn't look anything like the one pictured and the sizing was ridiculous. I've seen the same dresses advertised online supposedly from disserent companies. I believe it's all one company and a scam. Going forward I'll only online order from Amazon. Fool me onceā¦
