Not only are the clothes in this online boutique of incredible quality, but the customer service is simply incredible. They were more than helpful in responding very quickly to any questions I had via email!

Using the checkout service and the coupon code has been great. The delivery was pretty good for overseas and they gave me a Tracking Number that was very helpful for tracking my item with Canada Post The two tops themselves resembled the photos on the web site, but are not nearly as nice. I would not have purchased either one if I had seen them in person.

I was filled with hope - but not one of the items I've received so far (there are still 2 or 3 out in delivery) had the fit or design that was flattering on me. Returns are horrendous - so I've decided to accept the offer made by the company to receive partial repayment and then I'll donate the clothing... maybe someone else can use them.

My original review was completely negative. However, after 8 weeks, my cowl neck dress arrived! Size XL really is about a size 10 as they suggested. Dress looks as described. Fabric very lightweight which would be good for hot weather but it doesn't quite hold the shape as photographed because it is so lightweight. Not high quality but what do you expect for $30?

I will keep it as it isn't worth my time to re-send. It doesn't have lots of shape especially around the waist but I might wear it occasionally. On me I give it a "5".

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding rehearsal brunch and paid for express shipping so I was sure to receive it in plenty of time. When the status on their website kept showing as "processing" I contacted support. I received a response that said there was a delay due to a shortage in "some" hot selling items. Not my item, mind you, just "some" items. Then they offered me a 15% money refund or 20% store credit. They provided a new time frame to receive my item and it doesn't appear to be any closer to being delivered. I'm contacting the fraud department of my bank.

This company is a ripoff. They don't send entire order and then claim that they did. The products are cheaply made. Your return will be to China. I ordered two items, one shipped. They produced a shipping order showing both items, so my credit card company sided with them. The item I received was so small and cheap: seams that are loose and threads sticking out of every seam. It's not wearable. Don't waste your money, you won't be the exception to their dirty business practices!

I have been shopping at this online store regularly for quite some time and I love how there is always an updated selection of affordable workwear and casual wear to choose from. I have so many compliments on my outfit that all my colleagues know that I am a huge fan of this boutique! They never stop recommending clothes that favor me. I took the opportunity to purchase some outfits during their seasonal sale and am looking forward to wearing them.

I had the best internet shopping experience. I'm usually hesitant when it comes to buying things online from abroad, but after reading a ton of reviews, I finally decided to take a chance and ended up buying two dresses from this company. Shipping may take a while, but they clearly state that it may take some time to complete the process of shipping your mail order, although surprisingly my order arrived much earlier than expected. And when I received my package, all the clothes were exactly as advertised, they fit perfectly and are made with high quality materials. I am so glad I decided to use this online store!

Be sure to check to see if the print is actually printed correctly. The front on mine is fine, but the back is printed BACKWARDS! The return policy requires me to pay to ship it back...$40 to ship back a shirt that costs $22. Then, they offered to give me a 25% discount to keep it. I got a $7 credit. Not great customer service. Not easy return policy. Not a quality product. I'm disappointed in my order and this company. I would have given 1 star, but their review system won't allow that.

I do a lot of shopping online and I find that this website offers the best service. They are always very helpful and what's more they seem eager to help, allowing me to receive my clothing order in time for a big event. Thank you!

This boutique offers a range of clothing and accessories that attract a wide group of customers. I almost always find something every time an attractive clothing model comes out. The clothes are well made and last a long time, keeping their shape. Selection is easy with filters on the left side by size, cost, color, etc. If you don't like the fit of the item you purchased, you can return it in the same bag by simply pasting the return label provided on the package., generally free. That is service!

I ordered 5 items from JustFashion. What a mistake! The online photos of the clothing I purchased were beautiful; but what I received (4-6 weeks later from China) was a very low quality item only slightly resembling the photos and description. They told me return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and they listed many pit falls which could make it difficult if not impossible to return. The company did offer 20% of my purchase price to keep rather than return these terrible clothes. What a joke. What a waster of $$$

First time customer, my wife ordered a few pieces as style from pics looked rather unique. The fabric they used was cheap, the same as for a kids halloween costume at walmart, and the sewing was a joke, I could have sewed better and I cant sew. Dealing with customer service says it all, mail it all back to china and if we agree we will refund you, but not shipping. $150 purchase, $29 refund ( after shipping) It is not possible for this company to have positive reviews, they must be fake.

Even after reading dozens and dozens of reviews, and every size chart attempting to make sure things would fit, not one of the nine or 10 items I ordered fit me, nor did anything look quite like the photos I had ordered from. I was extremely disappointed, and apparently returns are almost impossible, because even after requesting return authorizations, I never received a return authorization number, or any confirmation of my requests at all. So $130 worth of clothing went to the Salvation Army. Hopefully something I will fit someone.
