Well... They lie. Never by white diamonds from that site, they won't even tell you what color and clarity they are, guess why, cause 98% of diamonds they have are garbage, they literally pay pennies for them and selling them to you for hundreds of dollars assuring you that's a hell of a deal! Believe me I'm in the jewelry industry and know it all! BTW not only jtv does that there are ton of companies out there that will tell you anything to sell. If u can't afford nice diamond jewelry try natural african white zircon or moissanite, man they sparkle!

Not as good as I thought6

I am no longer going to purchase any other jewelry from jtv. My gemstone rings are guaranteed to lose the stones within three months of purchase. Every gemstone ring I've purchased for myself or as a gift this has happened to. Some within one week of wearing the piece. I have given them a large amo u my of business and I've given them the benefit of the doubt numerous times and feel like I've been taken advantage of for a quick buck. I will pay off my jtv account and proceed to forget they exist. Even my Bali jewelry is fall in g apart. I've paid a lot of hard earned money for some pieces and the heavy "sterling" bangles I've purchased have broken. What a joke. Missing stones, broken silver, please I'll give so much for being hard on my jewelry but I don't wear it doing construction work or something heavy for a heavy, thick bangle bracelet to break. I'm done once the bill is paid. Beware of their sales pitch on TV. Sound convincing but they've lost me.

Pure garbage

They show you a couple of good pieces then send you junk. Bracelet clasps are ALWAYS broken, gems fall out All the time, made like cheap seconds, they have NO quality control. They leave that up to you, then charge you when sending it back. Prices always change. Totally inconsistent. Cracked stones sharp edges of prongs, the list goes on and on. BEWARE.

Don't shop here

Saw Bella Luca dancing pendant on JTV late one night. Was in bed so didn't order. Next day called to order, asked for stretch pay, which was offered on TV. The rep was rude and said you can't get stretch pay unless you order from TV. I went ahead and ordered anyway. It took about a month to come. Rude reps, lousy service, unwilling to help. I will never order from JTV again. There are so many places to buy jewelry you would think they would be more customer friendly.

I have purchased hundreds of dollars of jewelry from JTV. I have returned a few items only because I didn't like them, or if there was a problem they always corrected it. Not sure where some of these people that gave their reviews came from but I'm sure they are not from the south. You need to lighten up enjoy live and chill out. You really can't hang out in Texas where we have fun, big hair, big jewelry and pickup trucks.

Poor Customer Service!
August 31, 2021

In July my friend, your customer, had a purchase from JTV shipped directly to my home. It arrived and, when I thanked her, she realized I did not get the necklace she bought! The gracious thing for me to do was just tell her the necklace I received is just fine. She tried customer service but they said they were out of the stone for her original order. At the time it looked like a bate-and-switch scheme but she was not able to make any headway with customer server. Yesterday (August) another gift arrived from my friend. What a surprise. I called her and she said the lionhead necklace was meant for her. Even though she clearly stated that billing and mailing address was the same, they copied from July's order and sent it to me. Now I'm in the middle of handling JTV's error! I will never be your customer. Too many errors.

Ordered a diamond necklace for our son's bride to be for her something new gift for their wedding and was totally let down by JTV! The necklace was guaranteed to be delivered the day before the wedding but when it didn't arrive a call was made to JTV customer service who informed us that the necklace failed to get shipped! We were left with no choice but to rush out to a jewelry store to buy a necklace! Apparently with JTV if you select expedited shipping they will decide whether to oblige or not! Disappointed to say the least and will look else where next time I need a piece of jewelry!

Worst jewelry website

Tried ordering from this website twice -- both times I received a call from JTV telling me their "automated system" shows my billing address not matching with the one on my credit card. First red flag. Then they said the ONLY way to confirm the address is the same is to do a three-way conference call with my bank. Went through that the first time with them and it took WAY too long -- too many transfers to different departments just to verify a billing address! Asked the supervisor if I could just give a bank statement and picture of my CC. Nope. Conference calls only for a less than $150 purchase. Weird.

For two shows the host stated and it was posted in the corner of the screen free shipping on this item. This happened on two separate occasions. I was still charged shipping. I called customer service. They said well we cannot hear what the host offers! Ok... I get that but someone should communicate with them. Two weeks later the shipping charge is still on my account. FALSE Advertising and no one cared to take care of it. Now that's a lack of customer service. Jewelry is nice but if you cannot trust the company what's the point of ordering? None!

Shipping charges
November 10, 2017

Well jtv is back to charging ridiculous amounts for shipping. I have a $300 order in my cart and they want to charge $50 in shipping fees. Yes, you read that right. I called to complain but it won't go anywhere. I just read an article last week about how they are undergoing massive expansion to increase their business presence worldwide. I guess they figure their valued customers can pay for it. I, for one, will shop with their competitors until they go back to a more reasonable policy

Again not what promised

I order some product on 12-12-2023, said two days busines delivery, one sta over in Arkansas form Tennessee, now told it will take one week to get product,No help on call line just excuses. One week to ship one state over? Really. It took two days to process order for pick up yet they dang sure billed me in the 12th.not shipped yet? So their two days business delivery is misleading and a false advertising. Like their products but customer service is truely lacking with their customer in mind.

I order product on 7-5-2022 personally talked with agent to have CC to make sure arrive by 7-7-2022 for anniversary 7-10-2022. Product did not ship Until 7-8-2022 Friday before anniversary. Now told unknown date when will arrive and not arriving prior to anniversary. They did the same things on Mothers day order I had. Only response I get is will give you % off next order. WHY would I want to order from a Company that does not stand by or keep its word? Their produces are great, their customer service and lack of effective commincation with customers is lacking and 100% unsatisfactory.

I have purchased merchandise online and via telephone from Jewelry Television going on three (3) years now. I have returned orders and had one order that was held in transit way past the date it should have been delivered. Not once I have had any problem with their policies concerning returns and such. Their customer service dept. have always been very helpful and polite. On one occasion I had a problem with my credit card concerning their stretch pay option; the customer service team understood my delay and had no problem waiting for me to receive my new credit card. As for the hosts that present the merchandise, it is like any other type business that call marketing products their profession. If you don't want what is presented, or need to return it, follow their protocol and there should not be a problem or simply do not order it or better yet, turn off the television until there are item that interest you.

I have posted before about the only 2 items I bought from them and had to
Return them. I am amazed at their longevity 21+ years on this network which
I assume they own. I think all of their jewelry item's are manufactured overseas
And boxed with the item number and then shipped back to their US location.
When an order comes in the item is pulled from stock and shipped.
Obviously, no second set of eyes to check out the quality of the item.
I am well aware of "you get what you pay for". I guess their volume sales
Are greater than the returns and that doesn't seem to be a problem with
Them. I'm done with JTV.

Cheaply made

JTV makes cheaply made jewelry. The Stones fall out of the rings. When they get repaired it Just happens again and jtv refuses to to make it right. Instead they want to charge you for their poor craftsmanship. They probably have little kids in sweatshops making their products. If you are smart you should not purchase anything from jtv and customer service is terrible. They treat you like crap. It doesn't matter if you are a disabled veteran who bought a lot of jewelry at jtv all they see is dollar signs

What is going on with your show host Mandy? Why does she say " you can rule the world with a great pair of hoops"? That is such a ridiculous comment to make… so unprofessional. I had to stop watching, because other show hosts started saying it as well. I no longer buy from your company because of this. Have a meeting with your team… maybe I'll check in with you, and if you stop this silliness I'll start buying again, or continue to buy from your competition.

What's going on at JTV? Why do they care about is new clientele. I have been shopping with them for at least 10 years. I don't feel like a valued customer anymore. The new clients get all of these new offers. I certainly didn't get these offers when I started buying from JTV. I hope JTV
Realizes they can lose their most valuable customers if they keep this up by The old customers in this way.

Their product quality is going downhill. I am in the top 500 review contributors, but recently when I have given bad reviews for bad products, they are not being shown on the website. Two products I submitted two reviews, none of which was displayed for others to see. One product had many broken pieces, another product came with a shattered container of jewelry cleaner. People need to be aware of the bad as well as the good.

Off park!

The best thing about this site is the off Park collection. I don't have much use for anything else they sell. But every time off Park comes on I buy something. Haven't been disappointed yet! I DO have a hard time listening to the host's talk because they sound pretty phony like bad used car salesmen!

It has always been hit or miss with orders placed. I have purchased Bella Luce and returned it every time along with the Moissanite. I have gotten clean diamonds that were clear and beautiful and others that were below commercial grade. I am a fan of both Sharon and Misty. I watch Girlfriend Friday on occasion but if I have to hear that we are best friends in real life, we don't just play it on tv one more time, I am going to gag...
