If I could give them NO stars, I would. I ordered a ring over night for my wedding. It came a week later. After walking down the aisle with no ring. Once it did arrive, a stone fell out. I sent it back for repairs. They returned it with a cracked diamond, rhodium missing and prong damage. Then on a return I sent, they said they paid me back... but no money showed up in my account. Two people were helpful. Many others were not. They claimed to not know anything or what to do. I will NEVER, EVER order from them again.
I ordered a ring that was told $49.99 plus 6.99, shipping. Not even a few hours less it was marked 39.99 minus $17.02 which was charged to my bank account. When I called the Customer Service Line I was told
Price had dropped by $10. 00 not even a short time after I ordered. I requested they cancel my order and refund, my $17.01. Agent was not very friendly. Dont waste your time dealing with them...
This channel has failed to be inclusive when it comes to diversity of their show hosts. I have watched them for over 15 years and only once for a very short while did they actually have a woman of color as a host. They constantly show the minority helpers to kind of say we have some. QVC HSN and a host of other shopping channel has long long long ago have been diverse. This company should stop catering to their southern watchers and get on the van wagon of diversity.

You take a chance when ordering what you pay for:-) You pay more the quality is the best! I have gotten great items from JTV and not so great but because they have massive quantities and can't just throw the stuff away. I am a happy customer. I only buy loose stones though. Sorry if you've had a bad experience with them.
I had even referred family and friends and they got scammed. They take your orders, call you... try to intimidate you by calling your bank. Withdraw all the money as possible and my mother's account closed in order to keep debiting money, her friend's account also closed the same day and mine too! We had to cancel our cards in order for them not to empty our accounts without a reason. The worse part is they keep sending emails for you to buy and fall in their scam!

Bought a channel set diamond ring. Have been at my local jewelry store 3 times now for diamonds that have fallen out. Jewelry is trash I have spent more on repairs then this ring is worth. Stick with reputable companies their stuff is cheap for a reason. Like jeweler said you get what you pay for

Bought a ring wore it twice. Stone fell out. When I called customer service she said she could help me since I didn't get Jewelry Safe! I expected it to last more than 2 times out of the jewelry box!' Done with them!
I have bought a lot of rings with matching pendants and earrings. I love how they looked when I received them. After wearing just a few times they are now missing stones. They will do nothing for you if you don't purchase the extra insurance for them. Now I have earrings and pendants but no rings, I have at least four rings missing stones. Ver disappointed! I bought 2 rhodium plate over silver Bella Luce rings 2 months. Plating is coming off and when I contacted JTV I was told this is outside the return period! Well just we aware you will get a very short period of enjoyment out of these products.
Years ago, there was a small amount of jewelry that was acceptable. I just reached my limit while watching the ridiculous Titanic jewelry show. They have a ridiculous woman dressed as a Titanic employee, speaking in a ridiculous fake voice. This "jewelry" is dime store quality. It is all base metal, and cheap looking. It might be ok of the prices were in line with dime store jewelry, but they cost the same as if they were sterling silver. How embarrassing for both this channel as well as customers might be duped into buying this junk. Shame on JTV for hawking this crap.
I ordered this item as a Christmas present for myself and never received it. I reported the issue to JTV and they denied the claim stating that I must contact my local police department and notify them of the loss. After months of going back and forth with JTV. I had to take a 260.00 loss for an item that I never received. This is very disappointing since was something that did for myself after losing my husband a short time before. Be careful when ordering from this company.
Their customer service department is terrible. After waiting on the phone for at least 15 minutes to get through to a customer service rep, the woman I spoke with was short and blamed me for placing the wrong order. Seemed like she was bothered that I called. You get quick and courteous service when you place an order but if you ever have an issue, it's a different story.
So dissatisfied with JTV have watched for years ordered gifts that after 2 weeks had never even shipped, they were readily excited to hold funds and cancel both orders with no concern for their customer base at all as a matter of fact "customer satisfaction team" complete joke! JTV bigger than consumers!
I have bought close to if not over $2,000-$2,500 worth of Bella Luce jewelry and I must say I am extremely disappointed and will never, ever shop JTV again! I purchased like 5-6 bracelets and the funny thing is that the hostesses are always and I mean always bragging about how good and secure their clasps are. Well, 5 of those bracelets (one of which I gifted so don't the outcome of this one) had insecure clasps and when I called 4-5 months later when I first wore a couple of them, their customer service said that I had not purchased the warranty therefore nothing they could do. That sucks! I don't think JTV gives a $#*! of what their customers think! I don't think they appreciate us at all! Beware of this company as they are liars and falsely represents the merchandise they intend to sell! I was just about to put one of them for the first time after purchasing it last November and it broke! Cannot believe this! What fraud!

Exclusive to them. I paid 39.00$ for the ring... Today I found the same sterling silver ring on another site, for 2.99$. I ordered the imitation today, it will be interesting to see which one is better or are they the same quality. What would you rather pay, 39.00$ or 2.99$ for the same thing? Been customer since u paid for ur own calls. By latest calculations have spent over $17,000 with JTV. Commented on Jewel School Facebook to Sheree Henry the other day 'why the item counting?' She counts items 1 by 1 sometimes as many as 12 or 15, wasting time. I said, 'I was there to expand my jewelry making knowledge not for a remedial pre k lesson in math'. I also said 'as an aside You should dress more age appropriately'. Which as an older woman she SHOULD dress in a more professional manner. Today I tried to ask a question of the guest on facebook live & found that I am now blocked. U know, I could have been more crass & said that she was an old woman and looks trashy dressing the way she does. Needless to say, I will no longer be shopping with JTV or Jewel School & will be spreading the word by all means, including social media of my experience.
Do not buy jewelry from JTV one ring I got had 2 stones missing another the stone fell out after just wearing once they sent me a neckless that was broken. It looks nice on TV but when you get it it is just junk jewelry that you pay an inflated price for it is made in China. I don't know how those show hosts can sit there and tout this jewelry with a straight face. So disappointed.

I have purchased many pieces from JTV & returned all but one Item. All are cultured/manufactured fakes from China. No true metals or gems. You cannot wear their items only for show. High maintance junk!

Have spent much $ over the years; mostly disappointed by low quality of gems (many are cracked) or the "gold" color on top of brass or silver very often starts to disappear almost immediately. 14k gold prices comparative with other sites, so no bargain there. Only positive were Tahitian pearl items that seemed to be less expensive than at other sights, but you have to know your prices. If you actually manage to speak to CSR, person promises to give a credit, but i've never actually gotten a promised credit. Hard to connect with anyone who has interest in helping customer, so i've stopped ordering.

Answer: As a longtime shopper, I can vouch that the gemstones are real. If it's a lab-created version of more expensive gems (i. E. Lab Emerald, Lab Ruby, CZ, etc), the title & description will reflect that. Although quality control is hit & miss, I've tested/appraised hundreds of stones from JTV & haven't had any issues with authenticity. Their treatment disclosures are pretty good for the industry. Might I suggest perusing eBay, too? Lots of resalers (like me) can offer better prices on legit stones & jewelry... plus you get the benefit of knowing your seller has already checked for cracks, chips, etc. To be safe, only buy from US sellers & ask questions to ensure they can respond with some knowledge about their goods. Answer: I have several pieces of Moissanite set in Platineve and have not had any problems. I've had some of my pieces for a few years and am happy with the way they have held up. Moissanite is more expensive than CZ's and I wouldn't expect anything less from Charles & Colvard to set these stones in to. Hope this helps!
