JTV makes cheaply made jewelry. The Stones fall out of the rings. When they get repaired it Just happens again and jtv refuses to to make it right. Instead they want to charge you for their poor craftsmanship. They probably have little kids in sweatshops making their products. If you are smart you should not purchase anything from jtv and customer service is terrible. They treat you like crap. It doesn't matter if you are a disabled veteran who bought a lot of jewelry at jtv all they see is dollar signs
