Don't Buy from them!

So, I purchased a ring from JTV in march of this year. In August the whole top piece of the ring fell off! I was devastated and hurt. I was reassured that they will repair the ring and or send me a refund. I sent the ring with the instruction given to me. I have now been told that they do not have the ring I sent back. I contacted the UPSP to gather the info for the track (I lost the tracking but was able to redeem it). I provided the tracking info to JTV. It clearly shows that the package was scanned into their warehouse and was received on 08-28-20. JTV can't find it and instead of refunding me, they are telling me that I have to go through a bunch of procedures as if I misplaced the item. I have purchase another ring from this site. I have had many customer reps tell me they will have a supervisor call me back and never did. No one cares about my item or my loss of money. I am being handed over and processed and not treated like a valued customer. I have been waiting on hold for a supervisor for over an hour.
I am disgusted with the service and the QUALITY OF THE RING. THIS IS MY WEDDING RING, MORE IMPORTANTLY, I AM A CUSTOMER. I NEED MY REFUND! AND TO THINK I WAS GOING TO TURN AROUND AND PURCHASE AGAIN. NOT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!

I really like JTV. Have been a customer for many, many years. I am very picky about my jewelry. I must say, I have never bought thousand dollar diamond rings from here. I think that is best for park ave style jeweler, but for the most part I wouldn't have the nice jewelry I do if it were not for JTV. I have no reason to say this except it is the truth for me and been my experience. I have gotten many beautiful gemstones, necklaces, bracelets that I just love wearing and are BEAUTIFUL at a fraction of the cost. I only had to return things that didn't fit me. I never had a problem with anything falling out etc. You have 30 days to return. I read reviews before I buy. I have purchased many beautiful gifts for people from here. Gemstone earrings, bracelets and they are still going strong. The prices are great and I am leary not to buy anything that looks like it might not be of high quality. I went to a local jeweler to buy a pair of gemstone earrings for my niece and the prices were insane and the quality nothing like JTV. Honestly. I have to tell you I went into a jewelry store to get a new watch battery and I was wearing one of my JTV rings. The jeweler complimented it and said I got a very good deal. He even admired my black spinel bracelet and larimar ring. My Uncle was a diamond setter so I know good jewelry. I am very happy and satisfied will my purchases from JTV. The show hosts are very caring but some can go a bit overboard, I just ignore it. For the most part, they are very sweet and genuine. If that is not your experience I am so sorry. But for me, I feel very happy and will continue to shop with JTV them for many more years to come. Thanks JTV.

I have purchased several items from their CZ line Bella Luce. The items are pretty, the ability to mk monthly payments appeal to many. Here is why Im telling you to run 1st the shipping is slow I hv only received my purchases quickly when I paid extra for express shipping. Usually you order and use standard shipping it will arrive in 5 days and thats long mostly I hv paid standard shipping from other companies and items will arrive 3-4 days. JTV items hv taken 7 days sometimes 2 wks. Sending items back is easy you can use the prepaid return label and the shipping is deducted from the return amount. My items hv arrived in a regular box and usually a velvet pouch. Every single item I hv ordered has been sterling silver rhodium plating on some. They all hv turned blk and cleaning makes it worse. The stones are pretty for a week at best then cloudy and no amount of cleaning helps. The settings on my necklaces and bracelets hv all broken or stones hv easily fallen out. I hv used no harsh cleaners I hv even taken some to my jewelry store to be cleaned and the jeweler is shocked at the end results. Its not my skin causing this. I hv purchased sterling silver cz pieces from other retailers in fact I wear a cz tennis bracelet everyday and hv no problem cleaning it I only paid 15 bucks for it yet its still pretty and I wear it everyday. I hv purchased over 10 items hoping that maybe I did something wrong. Every single time I hv been disappointed. They offer a protection plan but lets just say that its a joke. Just save yourself the trouble and money. You can look but don't buy. Especially if you plan on giving the item as a gift save yourself the embarrassment.

I have been long time customer with JTV just about as long as they have been on air. In the first years the gem stones were clear, the silver was heavy and well made. I started noticing that in the last 10 years or so that most of there products is made in China. The jewelry is poorly made, rings are thin, and the stones are cloudy. It is a hit a miss if you order items from them now. I have sent back more items in the last 9 years because of poor quality. Cloudy jem stones, and the repair shop. I have ordered many tems, recently tormelin rings where the stones where only three colors all group together and cloudy.
I have asked to exchange items and they are still cloudy stones and just as bad as the first order. I order a large cross with red garnet, rhodolite garnet, and black spinal, When I first received it, I noticed it was bent in several places. I sent it back to be repaired over a month ago and customer service keeps telling me that it has not been repaired yet. I am sort of nervous because I don't know how good the jewelers are at repairing items. I have been a Looooong Time customer 20 years or more and once I get my cross back, I seriously doubt if I will order anything else from JTV! Until they take control of the quality of their products, I would say don't order anything that you see the host wearing on TV! They will take the best one of the items shown, and you will get low quality items when you order them. Ever since they have source out their products to China and Thailand you can expect poor quality. They are more interested in the almighty dollar than customer satisfaction now, and there prices for just silver jewelry with nay stones are sky high and what you get is junk. Even if the items are 5 star ratings I am still leary of ordering. When I have ordered these items, I still got duds. They have beautiful designs, but poorly made, I wonder If these are new customers don't know how the good quality jewelry is supposed to look like?

Stay away from jtv. The most dishonest the most crooked shopping channel on the internet, with hosts old man old woman being trained to rip of the costumers, lunatics like dawn tesh a host for jtv, claiming fake breast cancer,, she never had, her son. She never had, she claimed he had iregular heart beat. He never had. Jtv. S sales are way down and those woman are trained to use every trick in the book to lure costumers to jtv, to feel sorry for those lunys like dawen tesh and buy jtv. S junk. All those fake claims fell on deaf ears she made up another fake claim this time a niece of the host misty mills has a rare form of cancer and to send donations to jtv. I confronted that mentaly sick woman about her sons fake claim she made. All of the sudden her sons heart was perfect. That lunatic dident know irregular heart beat does not go away if ever. That is what jtv hires to peddle their fake and phony stones and jewelry. Criminals and idiots, close your dealings with jtv. Get a new card and numbers you will need it. Jtv and jtv costumer service is known to steal money out of costumers credit cards. The amount that was stolen out of a wells fargo account. Was $ 689.47 stolen in 2 days time, at different times of the day,. And different amounts. The tried to draw more. But the bank knew something was very wrong here,, and paid only one overdraft, jtv and jtv costumer service had emptie a whole wells fargo visa. The bank wanted to file a claim agsinst jtv if that stolen money was not freturned at once. A new card was issued with new numbers

I've been shopping with JTV for many years. I used to be very happy with my purchases. I believe that they have gone to mostly selling close outs and there-in lies the problem with quality. When another company sells their product to JTV, it's for a reason, possibly costumers complained about stones falling out or metal tarnishing so they pulled it off the market and are trying to recoup some money by selling it to JTV below cost. Also, I found a link once online that said what JTV employees pay for their jewelry. It's like 10% above cost. The mark up at JTV is still incredibly high. They say it's not but it is. Also, I'm so over most of the hosts. How is Wendy a host? Nepitism is rampant at JTV if she left her cushy job as an attorney to become a host and people complain left and right about her voice. What about Sherree? That woman gives SNL more material than politicians. If Mandy says: with a great pair of earrings you can rule the world" one more time, I'm going to put on my earrings and run for president. She talks about money and appearance more than most. Shallow. I wear jewelry because I like it, not to appear as something I'm not. Mandy described Bella "Looche" earrings as having updated "enclosures". Seriously? More than one time she said this. Its hard to shop with people who dont even hear what they are saying. Do the earrings need to be caged? Come on Tim... please get hosts that appeal to the majority AND know what they are saying. And what exactly is Lauren doing with her tongue during closeups while modeling? She looks like a snake or lizzard. Very odd. Not sure many of your host or models would ever be hired at another network. Where do you find these people?
