I was lured into placing an order with an email advertising "free shipping". It wasn't until arriving at the payment page that I saw the shipping charges added with no explanation. I had to track down a customer service rep on the phone to find out that $49 minimum is required for free shipping. I cancelled my order out of disrespect for this type of customer treatment. They should advertise "Free shipping with minimum $49 order" if that is what they are offering
The box arrived and was left at our garage, when my husband saw it, the box was open, but the urn was wrapped in brown paper inside. When we took the urn out, it had an indention on one side, it was plastic. Joss&Main is sending a replacement without me having to spend money to send one back.

I ordered some rugs online and then 30 minutes later changed my mind on the rug and color so I cancelled my order. The second order was 300.00 more but both charges showed on my bank account the next day. I went back online to make sure the first order was cancelled and it said it was in process of being cancelled but I got an email saying the order could not be cancelled because it already shipped. I find that hard to believe since the shipping date isn't for a couple of weeks due to covid and they are delayed. I tried to call them but was on hold for over an hour so I hung up and tried to call again this afternoon and was told the hold time would be more than 45 minutes. Long story short my account has been charged for over 1400. 00 and if I get the first order I will have to return the rugs with shipping cost on me! Pathetic service! Save yourself the money and go elsewhere!
I ordered a set of four beautiful coffee mugs from Joss and Main and they came today. They are even nicer than they look in the picture on the website. They were packaged very securely and came in three days. I'm so happy that I just ordered another set of the same mugs. Highly recommend this company!
Found exactly the table I was searching for in the color I wanted. If I had tried this site first, would have saved a lot of "running around" time and also a lot of gas money!

Could not returns or quality because I have not received the items. I actually thought shipping and handling would be free, but after further reading I understand that if I pay 9.95 now, I'll receive 30 days free shipping and handling (please advise).
I love the pictures and details for the products, it's also nice to tell right away that a product is sold out prior to ordering. Once you set up an account the ordering process is the easiest site I have used and I am an avid online shopper.
This is the kind of place that makes you want to get on a site and tell the world to stay away! I have had not one but now TWO orders just cancelled days after my purchase because they "didn't have the item after all". Is it that hard to monitor your inventory? Other sites seem to be able to do it and I have never had this issue with other companies! It's just infuriating when you think you've found bedroom furniture not once, but TWICE, to then be told JK, we actually don't have these products we're showing. AVOID!
Ordered a painting. Cancelled within 5 minutes for a different size. Said i have to wait for the painting to process and then they would not ship it out and refund me. They did not cancel. I got tracking number and had them re route the painting i did not want. They then said i have to wait till after my expected delivery date for the refund. It has been 3 weeks. No refund. 6 total calls and over an hour in wait times.
I received my blackout curtains today and was disappointed because I was sent the wrong color and they are now on sale. I re-ordered the correct curtains again (hopefully they will be the right color). Will you please send me a free shipping label and packing envelope so I can return them and also send me a credit for the full amount I paid?
I've purchased beds, bedding, curtains, art work, mirrors among other items and I've always been treated fairly. If I had a return they explained how I'd go about do so. If I had damage to my order in shipping they also reshipped the item and made available the status of how I would return the damaged item. I love Joss and Main. It's fast and inexpensive with shipping.
Don't buy from Joss and Main! They have very pretty pictures, but the quality of the merchandise is very poor. Items are not true to color, not even close. The customer service is terrible, and most items are not returnable, no matter how badly they differ from what was represented.
I ordered some gray pillows and they shipped Teal. I contacted them and they were great about sending a replacement. But I was sent the same Teal Colored Pillows. I now have 4 Teal colored pillows that don't match anything in my house. I checked back online and they changed the name of Pillow to Peacok. I'm now trying to find out how much they charged me.
I would never order any pillows from them again.
Very disappointed to see an "Additional Shipping" charge of $150 added at the very last step. It is really bad to have the words "Free Shipping" plastered on every page along the way then add this. The product page speaks to the high quality of the delivery service but never mentions the cost nor the fact that it would be additional. Took an very happy find, to a begrudging purchase.
I had an issue with a product that was delivered so I did the automated form in the email. That got no response, so I followed up with a call and had no trouble finding a customer service number. I spoke with an EXTREMELY pleasant girl who found my order, confirmed all the details, and had a new item en route to me before the call was over! And I didn't have to return my old item either so I will just donate it to a shelter (it was a cat tree). I am super impressed. I wanted to leave this review because I saw there were quite a few negative reviews, but this experience has been stellar for me!
I have ordered many things from the website now, and am extremely pleased with my overall experience each and every time. The quality, shipping, and price are all fantastic. I have yet to have a bad experience. The only drawback is I can't stop shopping!
Excellent customer service. We received a round glass table top and pedestal base that was lopsided.
We called customer service and the agent asked to send a picture which we did. Not even two weeks later we received a new pedestal base at no charge at all and were not required to send the imperfect base back (which would have been a hassle).
The Bohemian Flair is exactly what I've been looking for. This cultural inspired décor is truly a reflection of the design I've been attempting to bring together throughout my home. Now, I don't have to search far. Joss & Main have made it accessible and affordable for a mother of four (4) to finally have the living room I've always wanted.
Ordered patio furniture in April that clearly said "in stock" backordered now until at least end of July. Summer will be over before furniture arrives. Phone calls and emails have been made with the same result... waiting on fabric cover for ottoman. Not sure why this takes 3 months but company has less than stellar costumer service as well
It's been a week since I discovered jossandmain.com... and I've already ordered and received four items! Fortunately I'm happy with all of them as it would be a major hassle if I wasn't. I'm still uncertain if I'd have to pay for shipment on the return as there was no shipping charge on delivery but items can only be returned for credit which is rather lousy. It will probably prevent me from ordering more esp, with discount home decor stores nearby where I can find similar things at competitive pricing and hassle free returns. But, as I said, I've been pleased with the merchandise and have fun looking at the site so will undoubtedly continue shopping here if I see something irresistible!
Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.

Answer: Hello - I always wash any fabric product before using - but I use my "gentle" cycle and only cold water without any soap. This always works for me and keeps the fabric in good shape without any chemical products still there.
Answer: I would copy and paste the name and model number of this particular sofa in a search engine and a shop bot like Nextag or Bizrate. This may find some reviews on other sites and sometimes even a better price or return option.

Answer: You get what you pay for with Joss and Main. Google the details like the measurements and comments about the fabric because they often rename their items. I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
