The navigation on the site is poor in terms of being able to search. I get the approach in that they would like consumers to drill down into an event as it exposes them to more product rather than receiving hits for a specific search. The challenge is that, as a consumer, I don't have time to drill down into each event. My recommendation is to provide a service that helps the consumer find definitive results.

This is my first purchase from this business. The entire process was quite easy. I have been updating my home and found some drapes to purchase. I am pleased with the details of the drapes and the bargain price at which I purchased them. I'm looking forward to their arrival and inspection to see if they live up to my expectations. Overall, I am very pleased.

I've only ordered from them twice. And both orders were not the quality I was expecting, a little lower quality. The website makes things look great. Like another reviewer, I appreciate the fact that the website introduces me to some new products; however, when I search elsewhere for that same product, Joss and Main charges more and plus charges for shipping, even for the small items. So it has been awhile since I've ordered from Joss and Main, although I search their website daily. I would advise to search and cost compare Joss and Main's prices to other sites and companies. I also have their app on my phone. I wished that they had a search feature on the app; that would make searching and browsing easier.

On my first shopping visit with Joss and Main I was very pleased to find the products that were offered along with excellent values for the cost. Ordering is very easy. Delivery with standard shipping is very prompt.

They indicate that you can cancel an order unless it has already shipped or is a custom order, BUT I tried to cancel an order because I found the items MUCH cheaper elsewhere online and even though my order had not been shipped yet according to their website, I was sent an e-mail saying it could not be cancelled because it had already shipped. SO, 1) Don't let their blurb that they are a great bargain fool you - they are cheaper than some some places but a lot more expensive than others. 2) Become psychic if you can so you can know for sure whether your order has been shipped since they told me via e-mail mine had been even though their website indicated otherwise! Are they that desperate for business? Do you want to do business with a company that is?

Bought a kitchen set which was a month late arriving and the quality is aweful. A real waste of money. Cheap bad construction and you can't return products. Putting it at the curb next garbage day. $300 in garbage

I found the web sites basket and checkout process a nightmare. I provided the vital bank details etc before I could view and amend my shopping list which didn't work constantly. I had items in my checkout that didn't correspond to the total cost, which doesn't indicate the shipping cost until I agree the nonsense total costs. Emailed customer service as concerned as to the safety of my account details. No one has return my email. Why don't the y have a phone number, amazon do, all uk shopping sites do why not jandm. Don't feel they are trustworthy.

I ordered barstools for what I thought was a good price. 6 days later, I received an email saying my order was cancelled because the price was supposed to be higher!?!?! Seriously disappointed! Honor your pricing, joss & main!

I have the privilege to have two lovely granddaughters In the same house. I bought them both the most beautiful dresses on your site. They were for church and you can bet no one else has the same dresses. They now ask for birthday presents from Joss and main.

Misleading
June 15, 2019

Everything they sent me stated all rug returns are free, but then when I wanted to return a rug, I bought 4 and the colors were not as shown on one of them, they are charging me to return it. Even the email with the return slip states they offer free returns. Very disappointing and deceptive. Buyer beware!

I enjoy shopping on this site but have not made many recent purchases due to the change in how shipping is calculated. If I see something inexpensive but have not purchased anything in the last 30 days sometimes the shipping is as much as what I'm interested in and I have no way of knowing if there will be something I want in the next 30 days.

I been regularly purchasing items from Joss and Main for approximately 6 months and am so impressed by everything I have received. However this is what I expect from a first rate company, what does surprise me though is how amazing their customer service department is, so helpful. I first contacted them because I wanted to source an item that had gone out of stock, their response was fantastic and really personal. As a professional designer its great to be so confident in a resource, I have Joss and Main products in my own home and happily recommend Joss and Main to my clients.

Beautiful Pictures and unusual one-of-a-kind products, so many choices and inventory, easy payment directions. Loved the items recommended by the blogger decorator. Love the way you combine the same furniture in so many settings. Pot racks are hard to get in Canada so appreciate this. Excellent sale prices. My only suggestion is: Make instructions clearer for larger items and how they are shipped and what is required of the customer. Do you ship large items to Canada? Items such as sofas, do they have to be assembled? This is the first item I have ordered and hope that the delivery process is as satisfactory as the ordering process. Not sure about the initial deliver of $9.95 - is that free after the first item ordered. Not clear in your explanation.

Difficult to place order

I tried to place an order 6 times, I did not want a credit card, but that seems the only way the order would go through. I tried to find a phone no. Or a contact method, but could not get any info. This makes me very suspicious of this site.

Lousey Operation

I would give zero stars if it allowed me.

Joss & Main ( Own by Wayfair)(Which I never done business with either) Took 1/3 of the cost on a return on a item I never even saw. The item was returned back by them before I ever saw the item. The delivery was so bad that I had to cancel all the order. This was the first time I ever done business with them and will be the lasted. They last an order that was around $1400. 00.

Place the order with someone else and had no issues. Plus they other company was a lot cheaper.

Very very upsetting and disappointing.

Love the Ideas

The products on this site inspire me! I was looking for basic cube shelving to redo my daughters room and what I found was so much better. So many options that I never see anyplace else or see much more expensive in a high end store. Love this site.

I love this company so much!
I shop the website often and brows all the time! I have turned numerous clients and friends on to the website. I just helped a good friend redecorate her hair salon and we bought several pieces of furniture and art. I just found another art piece for her tonight and purchased a new art piece for my salon as well.
Amazing customer service!

This card has nothing to do with the goods Joss and Main sells. Rather it is feedback on the non-straightforward way to order a gift card.
1. There is no variety of cards to select, just their generic notification.
2. This is not a problem, save for the unusual way of ordering a gift card:
2 a. Once you've written your card's message, there is one preview of it and one chance to edit the card.
2 b. Once any preview has been made, you can no longer access your card's message.
3. To get to checkout, you are required to put down your own address as the 'Shipping Address' in order to proceed.
4. At this point you are allowed to fill in your credit information, then send your 'card'.

Unethical behaviour
June 20, 2015

Three of the four separately ordered items from Joss and Main were delivered damaged! The final straw was when one dining table sat at the warehouse until I asked where it was as it was well past delivery date. They knew it was damaged so they hid the evidence by wrapping new cardboard over the very damaged packaging and sent it off to me. The table had been dropped from some height on the corner and was completely destroyed. They refunded me but I had the cost of getting rid of the table, which is why they delivered it to me damaged.
