I knew the items wouldn't be high quality but these are the worst items I've ever ordered. The size large tops couldn't even fit a 10 year old. I have seen much better clothing at the dollar store honestly. So disappointed and took around 3-4 weeks to deliver. Hope they will process a refund.

TDo not trust these people.
I kept checking on my orders that did not come. All companies and joom customer service blamed the time on pandemic. I asked to cancel several times items were substituted and would not refund. Then they told me my time to cancel has passed and never refunded me. I complained a total of 37 times. They picked at a review because of the vulgarity. I used "What the F**k" described how its illegal to keep money when they never shipped the item.
They are already HORSES $#*!. Do not trust them call you credit card company if you ordered. They also illegally charge foreign currency fees.
Signed Jeffrey they really should be in jail.

They'll cheat you as they cheated me. Be wise and save your money.
The articles are rarely as described and they will not replace or refund, despite their promises. So stay well clear.

Scammers
December 26, 2018

Got counterfeit ugg boots that were advertised as original. Now I can't get my refund back, they ask to pay shipping back which costs more than item. This is the way they scam people. BTW, boots fel apart when I opened the "plasticky" smelly bag:(
And I payed $35 for that piece of nothing!
I am filing complaints because I'm sick of this kind of scammers. It would be great to file a joint complaint to get back to them.

Out of 5 tech orders ive had 4 items from different sellers that are dead on arrival. Their reporting and claim system is convoluted to make it difficult to claim a refund. Seems this site is used to offload cheap 2nd rate $#*!.
Wish.com is a much better option.

Disaster

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They quote estimated delivery time a couple of weeks. Majority of the items never arrive but customers are not able to ask for a refund before 75 days period has expired. Cannot wait for this to end, claim my refund and uninstall the app.

Ordered a watch from this so-called company in May which was advertised to take 28 days now in July. I still haven't seen at the tail of it. They say I can't get a refund until the 2nd of August. Apparently the last watch they sent me out got as far as Birmingham, and then what is abandoned, I would advise people never to deal with this firm they have got no standards at all.

Company based on lies

This company is completely out of control and built on lies. I do not recommend anyone to have a relationship with them. This company embezzled my money and has not returned it to me. Their goods are also of very low quality and do not correspond to what is shown in the photos.

If buy a product and you need support than they are willing to help you. Incase you want your money back than you can shake it. No refund! They always choose the sit of the seller even do you proof that your right.

Rubbish for £35

Son ordered trainers which were so bad that even the charity shop declined the donation. Ripped off
Think before you order. They had the cheek to include green tea and bracelet with the shoes as they were so shot.

Scam Site

The site is full of sellers (or Chinese bots?) that steal designs from TeePublic, Design By Humans and RedBubble (and many other sites). They do not deliver when you buy - it is a scam site. Dont be stupid - dont shop there unless you want a problem or to lose your cash. AVOID at all costs - and if you want a t shirt go to the real websites and support the artists and not this strange Latvian / Chinese scam site.

So evri lost my parcel and I confirmed they lost it with them. They said joom as the client had to make the claim.

I contacted joom they said i have to deal with evri its not down to them and then said i should call the police.

Never ever use!

They Scam Customers
December 19, 2018

The shipping information is wrong, I am overdue for my product, customer service will not refund me until 75 days have past even though the dress I ordered said it would arrive in 9-21 days and hasn't. Customer service REFUSES to give me any new information or put me through to a superior. If you read the reviews on ANY item, the positive ones are copy-paste, grammatically flawed garbage while all the negative reviews go into detail about wrong color, wrong size, broken, poor quality, and bad experience overall with the product and the shipping. This app is a scam and needs to be shut down.

If you have any sense don't buy from these fakers, Once you part with your money forgets about a refund when your item comes back wrong, Joom customer services is non-existant they will fob you off with any excuse.

I had an issue because of a giveaway they have. Only people of one nation (Russia) win. I complained. The support staff were very rude and made fun of me. I know condescending $#*!s when I see them. They were EXTREMELY condescending. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau. These people need to be fired. Thanks.

Delayed packages

I have had no end of trouble with joom delayed packages offers of 50%refund damaged orders and they don't get onto shippers or couriers or customs about packages it is left all to us they have details of when a package is being sent but say they are intermediary and can't get in touch they are the sellers and should have, all details of the people they use they sent me a copy of hermes details so they. Do have them just can't be bothered want to sell the goods but can't be bothered to do the work that comes with it need boycotting

I canceled two orders within 30 minutes of placing them. They claim the refunds would hit my account within 14 days and they even emailed me to confirm they refunded the orders even though they did not. When I contacted them about it, they asked me to send them bank statements. I'm disputing the charges with VISA and reporting them to the consumer fraud department with the US Attorney General's office.
