Not received my item

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 months ago and have not received no updates or nothing its saying I have no orders when I go check, but they took my money never again will I order from this fake company... And noway to get in touch with these people scamers...

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

Totally disappointed! Thieves, that is what they are! I expected seriousness, I ordered 3 sets of men's briefs in 6XL size online, paid by card together with the transportation fee and got only one set. When asked for information, they had an offensive attitude and blamed me for not having evidence. I never received any documentation inside my package. I had them reported to the authorities, I bet I'm not the only one scammed!

Don't trust Joom

I ordered a watch which never arrived and Joom customer service was totally unhelpful and negative. I have contacted the post office to get confirmation of the delivery and was told they don't have confirmation. Since then I have not been able to contact Joom, I think their customer services are just a front to deflect complaints.

Great place to find gifts as well. I love this site I could spend all day just looking. So if your balling on a budget they got you covered.

I ordered an item, it arrived but was 2 sizes smaller than I take. I tried to return it. I've had to send lots of photos of the measurements of the item so they can see if I've been sent the wrong size. I haven't, I got what I ordered but it's way too small. They're not listening, they just want more and more photos. Is an item doesn't fit we're entitled to return it. They don't seem to understand that at all. Just bog standard responses that are irritating. Once they have your money that's it. They don't care.
DO NOT BUY FROM JOOM, THEY'RE SCAMMERS.

Rip off

I ordered dungarees that had no holes for the buttons. They told me to cut them myself for 25% refund. I said no. They said for a full refund they wanted me to send a video of me cutting or ripping them to pieces so that they are unwearable then they would refund me. What the hell? Customer services are shocking. Complete con.

This is to warn every one think before order from joom. It's come from chaina, send notification that your parcel is in safer place but it's not here then when you email them you will be ask to check in local post office. Nothing to do with post office it is not Royal Mail or Yodel delivery. They give you a fake tracking number which does not recognised by any of our parcel delivery service. It will only work if you track in package Rader or Sun You. Nobody you can contact. I have lost my money. They do not give you refund until you get a letter from post office. Post office will not give any written document because it is nothing to do with them. It was my first order from joom. Will never ever try joom again. Wish is little bit better than joom. At list wish refund your money if you don't receive your item.

Absolute SCAM
April 7, 2022

I placed an order with Joom and purchased 11 items totalling just under $400. Most of what I purchased was on sale and I also had a coupon. Apparently, each item is done as an individual order, and all charged at once, which they took out of my PayPal immediately. A couple of days later, I got a pop up that my whole order was cancelled and I could expect a refund within 7-14 days. Wtf?

Apparently, there was a "glitch" after my coupon expired and the sale ended. They told me to put through my order AGAIN, even though I'd have to wait to get my money back, and I would not have paid the same prices.

I asked her if she could cancel my refund and just reorder everything I ordered and then I would just get it for the price I originally paid. She said that wasn't possible.

BEWARE, this just happened today, so we will see if I even get my money back, but I'm FUMING! I can't believe any business in 2022 operates this way. Disgusting.

I ordered a make up brush a month ago, it's been shipped already! I still haven't received my package! And it won't let me track my package. I try to contact them and they won't give me a reply back. I won't ever order from them again. I think it's a scam!

There is no risk whatsoever buying from JOOM. Aslo, if you pay with PAYPAL you have their protection as well - but this has never been necessary.
I think all the negative reviews come from disgruntled resellers who want to discredit Joom.
Have ordered dozens of items from them. On 3 occasions I wasn't happy with the quality - got refunded immediately, without even having to send back the items.

Purchased an android tablet that is of poor quality and standard Have been emailing CS daily requesting details to return the item. When they do respond they are asking me to confirm the problem and upload a video to show the issues. My issue is that it is poor quality and I should of known better. Do not buy from this company. JOOM IS FRAUD!

They took my money even though I never got my product. I told them they had my old address on file but they refused to listen to me even though I immediately called it to their attention a few minutes after submitting my purchase. They pre-populated my old address automatically (I have no idea how they had my old address) but it showed up on my purchase order before I had a chance to review it and the purchase automatically went through. I followed the procedures to change the address but they disregarded the change of address.

Dont order!

I bought dresses from them. They anounce as being a USA company but they really are in China. Quality was cheap and the photos deceiving. When you try to return it, they stall and finally ask for u to send at your cost the package insured and with track to CHINA. And that when they finally process all, they will refund. What they want is for u to lose whatever you paid as shipping to China is more expensive than the cost of the merchandise.

I wanted to order two pairs of summer shoes & was very disappointed with the price!
First they were £4.50 then depending on the size & colour they went up to £17.10!
So if I'm disapointed before the order NOT a good idea to place an order!
It wasn't just shoes either it was clothes a swim top & shorts started at £6.00 & went up to either £17 or £18.00 pounds!
