Yesterday they scammed me a lousy R150, and today are trying to scam R1000 from me from the help desk while the agent wants R10 000,The scammer on the Help Desk rotates different bank accounts, which i assume he gets from drug addicts,I also suspect he is a ***** by nationality "From above the equator " as i have seen this scam before from those Africans living now in South Africa causing so much chaos and heart ache.They use a Platform Called Joom.This is a scam and is full of actors. I suggest Cyber Police to Look into this matter as these people rob many innocent people.They must be jailed! They only sell counterfeit products even though you pay full price. The products aren't as described and they make you cut the item into pieces instead of just donating? Horrible and wasteful company.
I've ordered some items from them, size wrong, very poor fabrics. I've order a tracksuit and looked like a pijama. I sent bak the items, pay for first class delivery, and never received my refund back. Rhey invented fake excuses like it passed 30 days (but not true) and they said is wrong tracking number, which is a lie. So I end up with no money back and no clothes. Unprofessional.
They asked me to give them proof of the products weight from the poștal office în my country to prove them that I didn t received 1 of the 2 items I bought. So...I couldn t and I just made them a free gift from my pocket
As you can see flash sale for doorbell £9 with free chime all I received was chime with joom customer service saying I got what I paid for no I didn't the chime was free it was the doorbell I paid for.

I bought a product that took a long time to arrive. The product that arrived was not the one I ordered, even if the package was right. Costumer Service kept asking silly questions, asking for photos, even when they were not possible to be made.
So I bought a few things through Joom spend about $40 all together the next day after I bought my stuff which I just got this Visa debit card I haven't used it on anything else except joom the next day I have a charge on my debit of $47.15 that somebody spent on wish.com I don't even have an account on wish I've never bought anything on wish they say their account is secure and everything I don't think so this is the third time something like this has happened the first two times luckily my bank caught it because they were really big payments $600 on Uber was one of them and they all happened just after I use joom do not buy products on Joom
I have bought a dog lead for a large dog, and stitching came loose on 1st use with a greyhound. I bought a dog whistle which looks like it came out of a cheap cracker, and is incredibly sharp on the edges. I bought a dog collar container for dog details, too small to hold, and can't write small enough to have anything ledgeable on it.
Do not order from Joom,they send you items different than in the description and after they don't want to refund the money...it past 40 days from the date i report them the isue,i send them 5 videos with proves and stil waiting for my refund,they are on the side to selers not in costumer side,they just take the comision from seling goods and they don't care about costumers...they are big scamers.
This is a scam! They do not deliver the goods. They use our money for 2to 3 months. We really are being scammed. Do not trust this company. Do not order. I ordered 13 different products in October as holiday presents. Now I have no holiday presents for my family! This is horrible!

There is another player from China to be aware of! This store is called JOOM with very cheap prices, a Hint... I ordered stuff thank God it was for a small amount. There was no Acknowledgement to my Order even though the card was accepted and processed. When requested to know where the order was, Typical Chinese Chicken English and scripted response. The only credit, which is not much I can give is, no help at all, the response is prompt, that is why 2 Stars. So once again Folks be very careful and their order processing is very dicy. I am doubtful if I will ever see my Money or Goods. BEWARE B4 YOU ORDER... Any more of my fellow Contributors who had the same experience, Please?
I ordered something for my dirt bike over a month ago, the money was taken from my bank account and I never received my order! When I hit the track order button on their website I get a pic of Dora and it says something went wrong try again, something did go wrong I got robbed! I report them to the BBB and I have an open investigation against Joom..

They block all negative reviews on apple store and google play, and they invite their staff and families to write fake positive reviews on independent websites like this one
They reply with fake information to negative feedback on websites they dont control and they benefit from the fact that you cannot reply to their reply

Made a purchase which I was happy about. Then after payment they offered spin the wheel. Got 17%, so I decided to buy more, but then my cc was declined, so I tried a 2nd card, it was also declined, then I tried a 3rd it was declined. All were approved by the cc company using 2- Step verification. The bank wasn't declining my CC, it was Joom, and for the last 24 hours, all 3 of my cc's have been declined wherever I used them. I'm still trying to get them all activated again, but a lot of work. So what went wrong, Joom interprets a happy customer with a person trying to test the waters and commit fraud. Stupid company. Stupid IT people. Why not tell the customer that JOOM has declined the card and not that the CC has, so you don't blow all your good cards

The clothing I received did not look like pictures. Run small, not sewn well, thin material. Very cheap quality. Terrible customer service. Total waste of $$!
Answer: I'm still waiting in September for things i ordered in JUNE. Thank God my remaining items only total about $5. I'm not ordering from them ever again. It's a scam.
