They just stole the entire package order amount from me, the companie that they used to deliver was really helpful and acknowledge their responsibility for not delivering and compensated the platform with the money. Despite this, JOOM keeps telling me the package was delivered, and they repeat this every time i contact them, they stole the entire amount of compensation from the delivery companie.
Do not buy from this company, delivery time is ridiculous, that is if you even get your order, bad customer service. They bombard you with discounts to get you to keep buying when they can't even deliver your original order. Scammers!
Horrible customer service. Product came in damaged and unusable. After sending photo and video evidence and long messaging between customer support the company doesn't want to take responsibility to initiate a refund.
I ordered a jacket from these people. Firstly they are a Chinese organisation which is not immediately apparent from their website. When the jacket arrived although marked 'Large' it was clearly too small but when I pointed this out to them and even though they accept Chinese and UK sizing differ they claimed the sizes are displayed on their website. However no-where does it state that the sizing differs and that this should be checked prior to purchase. I am a UK large and saw no need, therefore, to check anything. They refuse to refund the cost or to send a pre-paid label to return the item expecting me to pay for the privilege. Even then I doubt that a refund will be readily available. Be very aware of these people. They are unpleasant to deal with and although you may purchase an item in good faith that is in no way reciprocated.
This site is an absolute con. Do not buy from this site. They advertise products with better quality pictures and details which are false and then you do not receive what you think you are paying for. The returns process is crazy with over the top shipping costs that are more than the product so it's not worth returning the crap you do receive. Stay away be warned but better quality elsewhere.
Not gonna lie the range of assortment on this marketplace is the broadest. I frequently shop at Joom whenever I need something that is impossible to buy in my city or at least there are constant troubles goods availiability.
There are many categories from classical apparel to home appliances. T's and C's are transparent enough to understand when your parcels will be delivered.
Size is never what you have ordered and when you complaint no body believe you. Return the order is not option because it costs more than the value of order. Blame yourself and be happy‼ Chinese are always right and customer is always dumb‼
I have had a terrible experience with Joom last year. My first order was in 8th Nov 2022 with approximately 120 small nails items but it was not fully delivered after 3 months later. They sent me every single item with separate packages, I was very annoyed and requested to get refund instead of waiting and receiving the rest of order. I had contacted with sales department, they said that I needed to be patient and to send them the proof of undelivered items. I wrote to them that their suppliers/ partners seemed to have not much to do other playing with packaging small items and then sending every single one to customer day by day. It was an unprofessional service. I requested they refund me bcos I had no more patience after waiting nearly 7 months from the first order. It was just wasted time and money for Joom. Cheap price - cheap quality - cheap service.
I ordered something on Sept 21. Within a week it said "delivered"
Tracking claims it's delivered. It was an electronic device, and cost me ovver $250 canadian $$
So i asled my lanflord if they grabbed it. I asled every house on my block if they maybe got it by accident.
I checked places they could have hidden it just to be sure.
I was home the day of delivery. Nobody rang the doorbell and nobody knocked. My roommates were also home. And they didn't answer the door to accept any deliveries either.
So I emailed joom and they basically said a big $#*! you. We got ur money so we don't care anymore. And that's basically it. They won't take accountability. Told me to make a police report. Wtf is a police report going to do?
I wonder if they even mailed it to me.
They have an online jobsite that is scamming people, claiming moneys to be paid in order to receive money. They never receive the money as they cannot afford to pay required fees. Customer services very unhelpful and tricky
Ordered purple top. Arrived weeks later in green cheap material and baggy - nothing like picture on website. Did not respond to my complaints, or picture of product received. Nothing. I eventually got refund through PayPal who I paid with. They took it up for me.

Complete scam. They send out wrong items, refuse to refund and even if you paid through paypal, you have no protection, as they request tracked return postage to a country that is more expensive than the item at your expense.
Shocking site - can't call it customer service - so poor. They deliberately deceive customers. They made a mistake in 3 orders out of 5 and can't see what the problem is. I was asked to destroy an item and send photos in order to get a refund. Save your money and stick with a reputable site. Please see pics, I ordered grey faux leather jacket and received khaki green cotton jacket and they can't see an issue - how stupid do you need to be. Do not buy from these lying, cheating thieves.
Yea lots of reviews here fail to realise. These guys are cheap and slow but your stuff eventually arrives and it's as described. They are real and they are legit and the what I got from them was a really great deal, like 40% cheaper than elsewhere.
You show them by description, photos and videos and they keep asking you to do it repeatedly even if you say you want to return and get a refund. Everyday for 7 days we are in this loop. Show video of defects - done! Then they say to redo. It is just a scam - they wont let you refund. Please see their ratings and reviews before buying. My mistake i should have. It is the same modus operandi

I ordered some items and some of them came with defect such as tore, different colour which a ordered and my shoes came in a different size for each foot, (right foot 40, left one 38) and different designer.
I tried to contact the customer service, but every time a different person answer me, and I have to repeat the same story again and again. They do not read the previews email.
With no solution so far,..
My return/refund request was ignored and they kept asking irrelevant information turning this simple request into a nightmare. I suggest yo stay away from this company and their support team, as no support is offered.

I signed up and purchased an item for £30. The sent me confirmation it's been paid for, but now my login dose not work. My email is not recognised so I can't do a password reset. They keep sending Adverts to my Email address but won't respond to the customer support service email that is *******@joom.com
25% of my orders are not delivered, If you do get a refund you lose out on the currency conversion. They are no cheaper than your local budget shop, in fact over the total I lost out. Average order delivery is 2 months
Answer: I'm still waiting in September for things i ordered in JUNE. Thank God my remaining items only total about $5. I'm not ordering from them ever again. It's a scam.
