I ordered a dress which is totalky different from the picture in their website and when i wanted to return it back the return service was Very very Vey BAD. They gave wrong addresses which can not be reached by google map and when i contact them they gave another wrong address

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product delivered to me. It is completely contrary to what is displayed online. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I would prefer you to refund my money because I cannot even put on the stupid dress you guys sent to me. It is either you provide me with what you display online or you refund my money. I have NEVER been this disappointed in my life with online shopping.
To me this site is a big scam. I ordered from Saudi Arabia, and unfortunately, my first (And last) experience is that I've ordered many items, all with a delivery date claimed to be 1 or 2 days at max, and now it's the second week, with everything still being prepared. My kid's birthday has passed without giving him his gift, I ordered stuff for my wife that i wanted to cheer her up with, and still not received, I ordered myself sports equipment, and day after day is passing without being able to do my exercise as I counted on this big fake like of Jolly Chick. Although not mentioned anywhere, the delivery fees of some items showed double price of the items themselves. I didn't revise the total value, as I thought this site uses the normal delivery rates like all other respected sites, just realized the exaggerated amounts of delivery after finalizing the payment transaction.
I tried to reach to customer service, and failed many times to find someone to talk to.
Simply, you can never count on this platform, and I'd advise everyone I know in life not to even try, or they'll just lose money, time & nerves.
If my experience is anything to go by, DON'T BUY ANYTHING from JollyChic, based in Dubai. At best they are utterly incompetent and at worst, plain dishonest.
I ordered a top and a dress from them on the 29th of November 2019. Both items proved to be too big and I began the process of obtaining a refund. I managed to get a returns number and paid to send the garments back via the Royal Mail tracked service. Nothing happened. I emailed JollyChic. They said they had not received the goods. It transpired that the post office in Dubai was unable to deliver my package as there was no one there to receive it. (What kind of company has no staff manning its office?) A note had been left for JollyChic to pick up the package from the local depot. They couldn't manage to do that either, so the parcel was turned around and sent all the way back to me. It is now February 2020. To send the goods back again I would be required to pay again meaning I'd be picking up another bill for JollyChic's negligence. So, I am still awaiting my refund let alone the most basic customer service.
Hopeless. I will donate the garments to charity. Meanwhile, take my advice, buy locally if you can, but if you must shop for clothes abroad, DON'T TRUST JOLLYCHIC whatever you do: they are useless and effectively, have stolen my money. I trust they will think that the £45 they have extracted from me will be worth the damage to their reputation assuming they have a reputation they'd want to keep.

By far the most horrible company ever. You dont receive any communication. I made an order, and didnt receive any confirmation email or whatsoever. Had to contact their contact center multiple times, to see where my order was. They said everytime they were working on it. After more than a week, I received a simple sms saying that my order is cancelled. No e-mail, no headsup no nothing. And then you have to wait for more than a week to receive your money back in USD.
I had got a bag and it was so ugly don't ever buy from this application because the delivery is so bad and the quality is horrible

I ordered an iPad Pro from here because it was more than a 100 USD cheaper than in every other place. But alas, because it was taking days for the company to "prepare" my order, I started questioning it. On the 4th day of them "preparing" my order, I realized that the thing I had ordered had the product I wanted in the title but another, older and cheaper product in the "details" section. I wrote to the chat agents to confirm which product it was, but they were very unhelpful, not answering my question and saying that "the website has a some updates" over and over again. I called them out on it, saying that they were being misleading and lying, and the only response I heard was, "I'm sorry to hear that." Like any sensible person, I decided to cancel my order, with, again, an astonishingly insincere chat agent. Luckily, I had chosen to pay with Cash On Delivery. Otherwise, I do not know what would have happened to my money, judging by the other reviews.
Had order 5 items and been following up for 4 days. I spoke with their team to change my contact details many times and yet they did not inform the courier. I contacted the courier service in Dubai to assist me to update my contact details, been forwarded to their branch in Abu Dhabi and spoke with their supervisor only to find out some miscommunication in their system occurs which lead my orders to be returned in their facility in Dubai. Tried to contact again their agent in jollychic apps thru live chat and they keep hanging me! I called also their facility in Dubai and they said they cannot do anything about it unless I re-order it again and need to pay for the delivery fee once again! Such a terrible experience to think im their regular customer! Jollychic agents are big $#*!s and they don't know how to handle such situation properly! This will definitely my last time to purchase with them and praying to get my refund soon!
Made my first order ( and it will be the last), wrong delivery items ( items details showing on invoice upon delivery), so I did not accept to receive it, when i get in touch with customer ( chat) the customer agents have only the name of customer nothing else, total careless and unprofessional, first while checking my order, did not provide the correct items details ( order) and when I informed it is not correct ( color, material) and I sent them my order details ( screen shot), they replied with ridicule manner " my dear it is the same items ( means when you order a specific scarf, they will send any scarf, maybe same brand but different color, material?!), anyhow good I did not accept and paid ( as made payment in cash), next day, a lady from customer service called, and what a professionalism! She just said what she wants ( looks has a paper and just read it without interruption and finished the call, I wish I can post that call as it is recorded.

Thank you for contacting us. According to our records, the shipment with tracking number ************** has yet to be given to us for transportation. The shipper created the shipping label on September 20,2019 but nothing happened after that. We suggest that you contact the shipper to find out when they are planning to ship the package.
