Please do yourself a favour and give them a miss! Can't comment on the quality or sizing of the clothes as never received my order! No correspondence, in fact they seem to like to ignore you once they have taken your money! How this company is still trading I will never know. Awful, awful awful!

Poor quality
September 11, 2015

Bought a wedding dress. Waited for 2 weeks which is okey with me. But upon seeing the dress, i an actually crying as it's like a rag! The lace has lots of tear and the beads are all falling off the dress. Im about to wed next week and I am now in a rush checking shops for a REAL wedding dress. Absolutely disgusting service as well. They send everyday advertisement on your email but no reply on my queries about this dress that I have received. Never never use this. You will be wasting your money and time.

I swear god its the worst website ever this is my first and last time ordering from them first giving me a wrong tracking number and they kept saying its correct sec telling me that my order will be shipped in 3-7 days but its been more than 10 days now and they told to wait another 1 week I'm really disappointed

I recently bought some jewelry, tights and a skirt off jollychic.com and not only were they affordable and looked great, but they arrived only a week after I ordered them. The speed surprised me because ive bought clothing online from similar places and its taken a month or more to get here. Their customer service and reward program is really good too. I also really like the recommendations they send me based on what ive searched, they are always spot on for my style. Definitely going to shop there again.

Jollychic is the only place where you're guaranteed to find the hottest clothes and the most unique styles. I live in Alabama and there are no stores that sell the type of items that Jollychic offers. It gives you a chance to create your own look and not go broke in the process. Plus, the always have deals like 10% off, 20% off, etc. They're always going above and beyond to satisfy their customers, and so far, so good! Best Urban Clothing supplier on the net right now.

The cute grey top in XL was about a size 12 and as I pulled it over my head, the entire fabric of the front ripped about 8 inches. I wrote them with no response. Another great crap product from China.

I have not actually purchased from this company. I had some misgivings after reading their return policy and information on " lost packages". SO glad I read these reviews and thank you to all for. Posting to hopefully save others from also having a bad experience.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

The clothes look great and the prices are seductive but I cannot stress enough how much this website should be avoided.
I have waited four weeks for my items to be delivered and no sight of them so far.
Their customer service is very weak, I have a whole page of "I'm sorry" from the online team but no actual action to rectify.
I am not sure that these items will actually arrive and do not trust that if they don't I will receive any refund or positive action from Jolly Chic.

Here's what my experience has been with the brushes bought from JC:
They look professional - love the colors. The bristles in mine were actually black which I prefer - makes it easier to see what's on them since I use a lot of light or saturated colors. They're soft and the application is very smooth and well-covered compared to many other brushes. I love the variety of sizes. What I dislike is the smell - I soaked mine in a body mist and rinsed before I used them - very potent scent when you open them. Also the pouch. Don't plan on using that in any sort of regularity. It's not well constructed and it doesn't look nearly as neat or clean as the brushes themselves. If you're using the brushes either personally or professionally, highly recommend getting a good make up remover- these brushes cover so well that you'll really want to clean up or your foundation will wind up on your pillows/clothes at night. Affordable and fair quality.

I am an octogenarian pensioner. A month ago I paid $81.96 in full for four items, intended as gifts for my granddaughters I have still not received my order. I have sent many emails of complaint but have been completely ignored. I would be grateful to hear from any other customer what recourse to take in this situation. I shop online a lot and have never had such difficulty. When I receive my goods shall give Jolly Chic a better acknowledgement!

All of the bad reviews are true. I should have read them before I ever spent 1 cent with jollychic. Oh, and good luck getting a refund. They will give you "bonus points" for their website to order more junk and will not give you your refund back. No wonder they are located in China. Cheap crap.

Waited three weeks for delivery of four items at size 10, however each one of them is a different size. Two fit and two are too large - the quality is poor and it costs to return.

Wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my money!

This website is no good

This website is no good. The sizing is way off. I am Asian & small but Large would not even fit. The worst of all is you can forget about returning the items. Once sold, that's it. Websites like this based in China should altogether be avoided. Be warned!

This is the worst experience I have every had ordering on line! They said to order the blouses 2 to 3 times bigger than what you normally wear, Ha! They still don't fit! These clothes are suppose to be for plus size women, that's a joke, plus size for who, little Asian women maybe! They are not for american plus size women! Then you wind up loosing your money because it cost $20 bucks to return the things! All i can say is STAY AWAY! Lesson learned!

Product looked great in photos, prices were unbelievable, ordering process was simple, and then...
It took forever for products to arrive. They bore no semblance to photos, quality of fabric was very poor, and fit was worse. Sizing is a puzzle.
The return process-to China-is a work in progress... expensive and, I am sure will take forever.
I await to see about actual refund.
Nowhere in the ordering process are you told you are dealing directly with a Chinese company.
And, now my computer is infected with flashing ads from this company, non-stop!
