The websites lacks of verity of products, they have very very few products in their site
The prices are good, the delivery is acceptable as well, but it's very rare that you find what you are looking for!
It's the only website that I fully trust them their services!
Fast in the delivery, good prices, always respond to my quires, even once they have shipped my items within 2 days because I was really on a harry to get them before I travel!
The perfumes that they are selling are %100 original! The accessories are very good quality! I have never tied to buy cloths from them yet.
Although, lately, I have noticed that the perfumes prices have been increased little bit, but it's still below the market rates.
I'm a frequent buyer form Jollychic, and I like buying from them because of the followings:
1- they are trustworthy, never lied!
2- they are active on the Live Chat, whenever you address any issue they always solve immediately
3- their product quality are good. Basically you get what you pay
4- they pack and ship very fast
I always recommend this website to everyone based on my lovely experience that i had with them.

The biggest mistake that I have did is that I did not read enough reviews about Rose Wholesale! I was just amazed by the verity of items that they have! Which lead me to spend $200 (stupidly) on such a non-trustworthy website!
I sent many tickets and NO ONE even bother to reply! I swear I feel like a foul on how I have been cheated by Rose!
After 10 days of placing my order and without any reply back from them, I have received an email saying that half of what I have selected are not available!
I don't trust them anymore,,, I asked them to send whatever is ready now, and refund me my remaining money (items money and the weight shipping money), which as per of what I have been reading so far I'm really dreams of having anything back from them!:)

I don't know if anyone can help me over here (( where the main website no one does)) but I'm trying to satisfy myself by trying all options!

First, I want to start by saying how sorry we are about the stock issue.
The item you ordered is hot sale and there have been significant supply issues with the manufacturer. We had originally submitted a large order to them, however, despite repeated assurances, they only provided an incomplete batch which is far below the replenishment level to meet consumer demand.
We are extremely sorry. We will work together with the customer to resolve the issue as best as we can and as quickly as possible.
