Excellent Customer service!

Excellent Customer service! Quality is very good. Prices are awesome! I ordered dress for my friend and received it 10 days earlier than estimated delivery date. Very happy as it was critical for us and we reached jollychic and they promised to do their best. And they did. I still need to send it to her but at least now I know that it will definitely make in time. I dont know if it fits perfectly but sizes look right to me. Would recommend.

I left a two star review saying how I was disappointed that the dress I ordered looked different from how I was expecting and the order did not get delivered in its specified time range. They did respond back saying they were sorry and hoped my next order would be more satisfactory, which was very nice. But, when I went back to the items page later my comment had been deleted. I depend on others comments before I buy things, and this makes me feel suspicious and worried about buying in the future.

I've read through a bunch of the reviews. The only 5 star reviews are written by people with odd names and they all use the same broken English to say how fast, efficient and great their products were. Clearly they ordered from somewhere else. LOL JollyChic is clearly monitoring this site and doing a bad job of it as they don't seem to read anyone's review and everyone gets the same replies. Just wanted to put that out there.

Horrible quality, wrong sizes. Cost me $55 Aus to return and the crappy clothes cost $110. There communication in reply to me when I informed them that there website does not meet Australian Standards was barely legible. I have completely lost faith in purchasing online. I will lodge a complaint so that others don't fall into the same trap.

Do not order from this website! It is a total scam. You first place your order then it will sit there and say "preparing" for days on end. You may or may not speak to someone on the live chat but its broken english and lost in translation. Once your order has actually been shipped (weeks later) here is where the scam begins. They purposely mess up your shipping address so fed ex can't deliver it to you. This has been the worst process ever. This is also the first review I have ever written but if it helps someone so be it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

No one should order from this company. The clothes are of very poor quality and while they tell you to order larger sizes. I am a 10, ordered a XL and could not even put my arm in the coat. The material is so bad, I feel that I cannot even take it to Goodwill and feel OK about it. More to the point, returns have to be made within 7 days.IN CHINA. My order came to $69 and to return it it will cost me (USPS) $84. I contacted customer service, and they offered a BONUS of $10 on my next order... No comment on that one. This is a scam. Stay away

Where is my package, can't track it, when I contacted customer service 2 days ago, I was promised i would get a link from an agent, chatted again with another agent, didn't answer right away, kept me holding, just to tell me the same thing, horrible customer service

I am really disappointed about these clothes, the quality is pretty bad, the fabrics are terrible and even though I measured how they suggested on their web site, the size is completely wrong I am size 8 but your sizes are pretty different. The waist in that dress doesn't exist. Is under my breast. I am asking for the total refund of my money. I hope I will get it... Get away of this site! You can find much better dresses at the same price in our stores! I won't try to do this never!

I'm so sorry I didn't check about this "company" before ordering... It's been almost 3 weeks since I got a confirmation email that my order has been shipped, but when I want to check my tracking number at GLS, it appears a totally different destination and old date... so, is it a fake company?! I really hope I didn't pay 70 $ for nothing... shame on you!

Dont waste your money

Order several items one didn't come in. I emailed them and they said it was out of stock. They want refund my money. I have been sending emails since December. If they do this to several customers they are making a lot of money and committing fraud. Taking people money and delivering no product. Stick with an American company. Never again

I've ordered few times from them so far, all the products i received was very nice quality makes it very much worth what i payed for, even though they're not so expensive!
They have great customer service that are very easy to reach and very helping,
They have a great phone application that's very handy and easy to use,
Their only downside is that their local warehouse where i live doesn't really offer so much options, so most of the things i like i'd have to pay a good amount of money for shipping, or order a very large order, which i guess is normal, but that's the only flaw i've seen for them so far :)

They take your money right away, yet don't ship your item out. Contact them 3 times always claim they will ship out same day never did. Never send me ANY emails confirmation. I have to chase them down by live chat yet 20 days later my order is not even shipped.

I originally thought jollychic was too good to be true, especially with such low prices and free shipping! Turns out it was not, as one of my orders came in with perfect quality in just over a week! I have ordered more and am simply waiting. Although I have heard bad things about the website, that has definitely not been the case for me! I am recommending this website to my friends.

Absolute rubbish

I ordered sizes larger than I usually wear but when they eventually arrived they were far too small. Inferior fabric and very shoddily made. Again like others it cost more to return it to China than the garments are worth! Money making racket!

AVOID!
November 19, 2015

Took over 2 weeks for the items to arrive. Although I am a comfortable size M, all items were far too small. The other thing is 3 items were winter coats- perhaps for a winter in Mediterranean of average temp 15 degrees, otherwise they would not keep you warm! Of course they are very helpful to take the items back- as long as you are willing to send them back-TO CHINA! The postage was more expansive than the clothes. I honestly don't know who writes the positive feedback for them!

Sizing completely wrong and the clothing is cheap quality could have got it direct from China instead of paying them. Bought a size 36" bust if anyone can get into the top with a 36' bust they are better than me. I think it is about an Aust. 8 so a 30" bust maybe. The large top is not large at all I would say that one is a small. Wasted my money completely.

I have to say that I am really pleased with the orders that I made on jollychic it did take awhile to ship but it was totally worth it. The products were packaged well and were really great quality. The prices for their jewelry are awesome I got a necklace that you would normally find in the store at $15 for about $3 or $4. The customer service was really great too I submitted a couple tickets when I placed my order and they responded right the next day and were really helpful. Definitely planning on ordering from them in the near future.

Item took ages to arrive and when it did, they'd sent me the wrong colour and the top was defective. I've asked multiple times for a refund which they refused to give me. Complete waste of money - avoid!

I was hesitant about jollychic due to the amount of bad reviews and ordered anyway. It took a little time to arrive, aprox. 10,12 days, the box was really small and merchandising was crammed but... other than that, everything was there and i got good response when contacting them about my order. I would say that It felt funny and I am not ordering again. Just because I can get the same merchandising here in the USA with same or better quality, design and prices.
