I have to admit I got completely disappointed by this company. Shipping was ok, giving you refund for an item that was out of stock was a nightmare, quality of clothes was awful. The trouble is, you see a nice picture with a beautiful model but you have no idea how the garment truly is. The sizes are outrageously small. Out of 10 items I have ordered, only one piece was useful. What I am going to do with the rest, if shipping back to China will cost me the same amount as purchase? So, never again.

The quality of the goods look good on their website... but they are not, glad I did not spend more than £45, returns procedure... hopeless, would have to return them to China, even though they were shipped from London, so not worth the expense, clearly this is part of their strategy, I will in fact donate the items to charity, so at least the money is not completely wasted, I never have left such a negative review for anything before, so this shows how bad they are.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago now, with no sign of my order still I can't believe how awful the service is for this company! I have had emails promising my order every day this week still no sign of it, the yodel tracking number they gave me doesn't exist and when I called they said I "have no choice but to wait and it might come in the next 2 weeks"! Please don't bother using this company they lie about your order and ate rude and unhelpful. I'm so unhappy about this and fifty pound out of pocket!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product delivered to me. It is completely contrary to what is displayed online. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I bought a floral printed dress for the wedding I am attending this weekend and it arrived in perfect condition. It fits me perfectly and it's quality is excellent. Cotton fabric feels great on the skin, unlike rayon and polyesters, and hangs beautifully. It hits me just a bit below the knee, and that is what I hoped for. I am thrilled with this dress and look forward to my weekend with friends and family to see how it is received. I purchased a cute lace jacket with sleeves that fits perfectly over the top providing an added bit of elegance. Will definitely buy from JC again!

I ordered 5 dresses, when they arrived, 2 of them were the wrong model. It takes ages to get anybody from their customer support service to get in touch with you and then you have to pay for the returns to China (even if their mistake!) which costs more than the items themselves!

I recently purchased several items. They sent me a SM dress instead of an XL and the glasses I ordered were supposed to be clear glass but were impossible to see clearly through. The earrings I ordered were pretty but one of them hung sideways on your ear. I explained clearly and requested a return voucher; was told I needed to send a picture of what was wrong with the items. I informed them I did not have a digital or camera phone and that I should be taken on my word and just hold my return credit until it arrived for inspection. No way! Ridiculous to communicate with. Obviously they are not backing up the quality of your order. No more business here!

I just received 2 large blouses, which is the size I take, but one won't even fit around me (like a small) and the other is like an x-large except the armholes are so tight I can barely get the shirt off. Material and quality are nice and I am very disappointed they don't run true to size, plus too expensive to ship back! Waste of money!

I have made two purchases on jollychic.com and I am more than pleased with my purchase! The clothes are beautiful and high quality and the prices are phenomenal! I highly recommend using this site if you are looking for that one of a kind piece to complete your wardrobe!
The website offers a huge variety of products with affordable prices along with several deals that open at certain times of a day making it a fun and anticipated activity to buy online. However, the website, despite including free shipping beyond a certain total amount of order, does not mention clearly that customs and handling fees would be incurred by the buyer over and above the price paid on the website which creates unaccounted for expenses and unpleasant surprises. Also, service during Christmas time is not fast and mistakes happen that cost more handling fees to the client and time to claim for missing items and prove that they are missing. Always keep a copy of the delivery receipt and take a picture of the package at receipt because you need to prove it with pictures when something is missing in your order.
I ordered a few things from Jollychic -- about $85 worth. I put in my shipping and payment information, and then received a confirmation email on the order. After a couple of days, I didn't receive an email about shipping or the like (as most website will send you information when packages ship). I checked my order on Jollychic's website and it said "unpaid." I contacted customer service and they wanted me to take a picture of my credit card and email it to their billing department. I thought that was a little ludicrous, asked for another option, but they didn't offer one. It's not trusting to send a photograph of your credit card over email. However, I ended up asking if I could cancel my order and they did so promptly. My experience is "meh" because of the payment situation. I was really looking forward to some cute inexpensive clothes, but I guess I will stick to other sites.
The reason why I am giving this store a five star is because it delivered to my expectations. I was doing my normal selecting which store to buy a dress from then I came across jollychic.com. The customer care staff of the company was just great, in addition, they helped... me pick a great outfit for my occasion. Lets just say you will get a lot of mixed reviews about a store but until you try it out you can never be sure which side to trust. I know that this site is great.

Very bad experience for twice with the rep of Live Chat division in Asia/China zone.
The conversation took over 1.5 hours. It is ridiculous and so annoying. I was told by the rep that she was too busy and was dealing with 7 - 8 customers in the same time! Therefore, she answered my each question took about 5 to 20 mins!
Due to its poor service and my ordered products' sizes got changed, i have no choice to cancel my first and last order eventually.
During the live chat conversation, the rep double confirmed the refund would send back to my credit card within 5 days as it was the procedures from bank. However, i received a cancellation confirmation via email the refunded amount will be kept in Jollychic account until i contact the company again to request sending back the refund to my credit card!
As i don't want to waste my time again, i sent an email to Jollychic after sales instead of Live Chat. I do hope Jollychic will refund the full payment to me within 5 days

Everything was as specified. Shipping time was as expected (to Australia), and quality reflects price. This is an okay site, but to be honest, fashion71.net is much the same thing but way cheaper, so I'll stick to there in future.
