I agree with Judith, Valerie. Go check out and find a more reputable and legitimate online store. Was abouy to return the items I purchased but read a review from one of their customers who returned the item but was not able to received a refund. So i decided not to return the item. Will just give it to my relatives instead.

Cancel your order! Save your money! Avoid the hassles and disappointment that the rest of us have shared. Their product is junk, incorrectly sized and no customer service or adequate return policy.

I urge you to read the reviews for this company. They sell junk, they have terrible customer service. I would suggest you find another company to do business with... one with solid positive reviews for the quality of merchandise sold, and a company that stands behind their products with excellent customer support.

Not happy with their service

BUGS are you kidding me? Way more than bugs in their system, This company is a scam, everything goes back to China, you can't call them cost way to high to return it, and you sure can't knock on their door. Good Luck!

Hi! I would contact their Customer Service Department, either by email or phone and ask them? Again, I am a happy customer with JollyChic, all due to a wonderful sales customer rep!
