Jollychic writes their own reviews. They are all over this site. Verbiage is just a bit off with some reviews. Leave a bad review and someone will apologize and suggest you send back the items, assuming you get them, for more product.
This is a dishonest company across the board. Poor craftsmanship, inferior material, horrible sizing and slow shipping. I honestly do not t h ink I've had a worse experience with any other store. On line or in person.

They fabricate the 5-star reviews. If you read carefully, you'll be able to find tell-tale signs, which are in the language and writing style. Clearly, all those 5-star reviews were not written by genuine buyers. Latter usually are the ones giving the poor ratings.
The website even sent me emails asking me to remove my negative reviews in exchange for a discount on my next purchase. Plenty of false advertising on this site. Stay away and do not be tempted by the ridiculous savings!

Most likely the company write their own review. I just wanted other people know about the worst experience I had with them

Hi, I can only speak about my experience, which was not good, the items were very poor quality, and customer services were very unhelpful, the only way I could return items was to send them to China (too costly) even though they were shipped from London, they said that address would not receive returns. I have given the items to charity, as I said in my review, I have never left such a negative review about anything before

I think they write their own good reviews! There is no way this Company could have good reviews! I gave them plenty of chances to "make it right" and they did nothing at all. Really bad customer service!

If you are unhappy they don't take care of your issues if they send your order and there is an issue you have to ship it back at your cost and shipping to China is over $200.00

I have no idea, but I will search for another site in the USA to buy my clothing next time, there reviews are fabricated, except for negative ones, because honestly when you look at some of the crap you get, nobody in there right mind would have ever ordered this stuff, unless you don't mind looking cheap

Personally the time my garments took to come was satisfactory, the garments were not as per picture, the quality was much poorer and although they were not expensive I was disappointed as they looked so nice in the picture! The garments are not un+44 7738 782284wearable and with a little bit of needlework they could be fixed to look better eh the crooked bow on mine could be straightened but my biggest beef was the fact that they advertise as uk and have a uk address but returns go to China which means postage is extortionate so basically no one bothers to return. I complained and it took 6 weeks to get a reply! If they were honest they would show pictures of the real garments not pictures of what the garments aspire to look like!

They have 5 star ratings because they are having employees do them or they are doing them. I was very disapponted when I got my order and none of the items fit and a few were not exactly what was ordere. The shopping to return is ridiculously high so you get stuck with stuff you can't wear or you can try and sale it for less than you paid. I've learned my lesson and will not order from them again!

Hello, I would have been happy to give my answer. However, the site did not allow it. When I hit reply, I just kept getting a new window, but could not type on it. Something wrong there today. But she got a lot of answers, and most were what I would say.

I waited ages for a dress what cost me in pounds £17.00. I fluctuate between a 14& 16 yes you do take the risk of the sizing but this would have fitted a size 22+ and that is a fact it had xxxxxl I've never seen this before, the dress itself was nice, so obviously I wanted to return it I got confirmassion two weeks later took it to the post office and it would have cost me £55.00, with this I emailed Jolly Chic and there answer was try and sell it on, well thanks the lot not even any alternative customer service down the pan there of my mailing list, and I find it quite sad for this company that they write there own reviews.

Valerie, if you are writing from JollyChic, which I think you are, please send my order. I don't care what they tell me, my order was NOT sent!

I had to fight to get a refund before my order was processed... I never saw the clothes first hand but the reviews were enough to raise red flags... just go to a store and buy the item or match it up on line with another company... I'm sure other reputable companies make very similar styles in sizes and quality you can actually wear.

To be fair-Many Far Eastern women are tiny and the clothes are child size which suit them. Cheap over quality is another feature.
The materials are like unlined horse blanket. Their customer service sucks. It's ok if you don't mind exhorbitant postal costs returning packages to China? No help in the UK/US however

I am guessing they over advertised for the Holiday season and were not prepared to handle the orders.

I'm not sure, but i have ordered many items from them and i am happy with the items. Just today, i am scrolling and found Fila shoes that i want, and just wanted to find out if its original or replica.

I think write their own reviews. I am sure some people are willing to wait as long as they take to "gather and distribute" the orders, but the issue is that they offer expidited shipping, and what they don't tell you is that doesn't matter at all! You might get fast shipping but that's only after a month of them gathering your order. They also do not have a working phone number. So that leads me to believe there is a lot of avoidance going on about these issues not just with me! Ha!

I can only write from my experience. The clothes were very poor quality, most made from a sort of crimplene (for those that can remember that fabric!). Returns had to be sent back to China at great expense and no postage was refunded. I would think most of the 5 star reviews are from Jollychic employees!

There are people who are hired by companies/sites to do nothing but write fake reviews. I worked with someone whose spouse did this from home to make extra money.

It saddens me that so many people have had negative experiences because I have ordered over 55 items and will continue to place orders because I like the items I have received. I guarantee you that this review is not being written by an employee of Jolly Chic; I'm an older woman from the Midwest United States. It's my opinion that people do not order by their measurements and, therefore, the items are too small. The sizing in Asia is geared to that diminutive population, so Americans, at least, must order XXL and up in most cases. My orders are usually received in 2 to 3 weeks, which is not unreasonable, in my opinion. I have received more compliments since I've been wearing Jolly Chic clothes than I ever have in my entire life.

The staff from the company write the five star reviews but the real ones are the negative... i sweat i bought many things at once but cant wear anything of them tooooo much poor quality and colors

Hello! Shopping experience is entirely subjective in my opinion. Whilst negative reviews maybe negative to those individuals and vice versa; 5 stars may either imply that a customer is happy or simply unhappy but would like to warn other buyers on e. G bad material or sizing etc & the only way to do that to 5star it.
I would recommend ordering one item at a time & trying it out as sizing especially is tricky in different countries.

Either do I... But my experience has been good. They do take a while to get the items together. About 2weeks. After that it took less than a week to srrive. Second thing, we made big orders. We always buy enough to get free shipping. Its expensive paying your own shipping cause we are far away and the boxes are a good size. I bought small items from China without special mailing on ebay. It took them over 4 months to get here. What im saying is the express shipping is a must. Its fast with tracking.

My experience was good. They took a long time to arrive (about a month) but all 4 items were lovely and fitted. I'm a 14/16 and ordered xl. Even the freebie necklace was lovely. I would use them again. I get a lotof compliments on my tops.
