Made my first order ( and it will be the last), wrong delivery items ( items details showing on invoice upon delivery), so I did not accept to receive it, when i get in touch with customer ( chat) the customer agents have only the name of customer nothing else, total careless and unprofessional, first while checking my order, did not provide the correct items details ( order) and when I informed it is not correct ( color, material) and I sent them my order details ( screen shot), they replied with ridicule manner " my dear it is the same items ( means when you order a specific scarf, they will send any scarf, maybe same brand but different color, material?!), anyhow good I did not accept and paid ( as made payment in cash), next day, a lady from customer service called, and what a professionalism! She just said what she wants ( looks has a paper and just read it without interruption and finished the call, I wish I can post that call as it is recorded.
Bad experience and not professional.

We have already feedback the item issues to our relevant department to investigate, we will make improvements if these items really exist quality issue.
