I ordered a satin bolero which arrived promptly. However fit was so appalling it was unwearable. They refunded 40% of purchase price but this did not even cover postage. Not worth spending more money to alter it. I would never use this company again.
I was disappointment in my dress from JJshouse. The zipper would not unzip,. I only ordered from them after making sure I could return the dress if it didn't fit. I ordered a dress to come for prom with expedited shipping. The dress came 2 weeks late. Once we tried to return it, they said we could not and we did not get any money back as well. They will not answer the phones for customer service or get back to us at all. The dress looks great online but in person its horrible quality and it runs so small. You do not have room to breathe. Wouldn't ever buy from here again.
These reviews have really scared me about the customer service and return policy! I received my dress and do not like the way it looks on me and the zipper is very hard to get up and down and will not last. I hope I can get a full refund as they claim hassle free.
Ordered my wedding shoes from JJ's house. Cme very quickly. The shoes are well made and fit perfectly. Very impressed with the quality. I will deffinatley be ordering again. If your dubious of ordering off the site I would not worry there customer service is excellent amd they are very prompt. Order was delivered by DHL so they use well known couriers.
Purchased non custom dress that was of very poor quality fabric and construction. No side seams in dress exposing very cheap slip undergarment. Slip lining also protrudes from neckline due to poor construction. Contacted JJs house customer service via email which was incredibly difficult and requested the refund and return form as per their policy. I was told to send pictures of the defective dress and have been given the run around with numerous emails delaying the process. Was finally told to take the dress to a taylor to be fixed and they would give me a 15% discount. The taylor would not even touch the poor quality garment but even if they did it would have to be totally remade with costs well over the pitiful discount the company was offering! After 5 requests I am still unable to obtain the refund and return form that I requested ( as per their policy). Please DO NOT buy anything from this company!
I have now ordered two dresses from this website and I have been more than pleased! Customer service is great they answered all my questions quick and were very friendly. Shipping has gone perfectly and quick! The dresses are just as I pictured them to be and they match the photos almost identically! Really happy with this site and totally going to order again in the future! The other dress wasn't custom made but fit perfectly and the other one was and it was also a perfect size! Purchased a range of handbags to gift bridesmaids. The range available on JJ was wide and the products arrived promptly and were packed well. I recommend this site for handbag orders. Also, they responded to my emails within 24hrs
I ordered a stock standard size 14. It came and was way too small after many emails they offered to make a custom dress if I sent the other one back. I did at my own expense and sent them all my measurements for a custom made. It arrived and still doesnt fit. It is way to big and the straps fall off my shoulders. It's hideous. My daughters wedding only a few weeks away. I would NEVER order from here again. Deb ivey Australia
There are so many options to choose from at reasonable pricepoints and quick! Reviews by others helped me make my final decision. I love that you can order your own custom sizing for a little extra, saving me quite a bit more by not having to worry about alterations as my proportions are all over the place. As long as the lead time is accurate I will have a little extra time to prepare for the big day. I hope it continues as smoothly and can't wait to receive my dress!

I was very nervous about ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding from this company and even checked out sitejabber first. My nerves about it were completely unfounded. Everything was as described. Manufactured to custom measurements in 4 days, despatched and arrived 6 working days after despatch in it's own box and clothing bag. The dress is exactly as pictured. It fits comfortably and has boning and enough padding that I won't even need to wear a bra with it. Beautifully made. I highly recommend this company.

JJs House is an amazing company with extraordinary staff. I received my dress and it is amazing. I did not have to wait long and there constant communication throughout the whole process was awesome. They even helped me find the right petticoat for my dress as i didn't even realize i needed one. Thank you very much for your service. I will definitely be buying my bridesmaid dresses from them.
Do not order from this place! Beware! The order processing takes forever. There is no phone number to contact them. I still haven't gotten response from them. Still waiting for a refund and cancellation of my order!

I ordered a pair of beautiful red dance shoes, but the size chart from JJ's House was way off. The shoes arrived, but were not the equivalent to my 8 1/2 shoe size. I contacted JJ's House, and was directed on how to proceed. I took a picture of my foot in the shoe, which clearly showed the 3/4th inch of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. As these were advertised as "dance shoes," these shoes would be too dangerous to dance in. I just wanted them to replace the shoes in a smaller size. JJ's House never got back to me. The advertised 14 day window to return the shoes closed!

I ordered my wedding dress on 9 April 2021, I was supposed to receive it on 26 April 2021. However there is no parcel, we are not buying a dress to have a cafe! For the wedding. I purchased this dress for my mother who wanted an elegant black dress for special occasion that was coming up. Once we began searching for the perfect dress a friend recommended us to the JJ's House website and came upon this beautiful back laced dress among many others. My mom fell in love with this one and we immediately purchased it. Days later when the order arrived my mom fell in love with it even more. The dress looked exactly as it does on the website, and when she wore it she commented to me that it felt amazing and many people complimented her on how stunning she looked. Shipping rates are crazy and you cannot shop with confidence as you will be charged for refund shipping as well. I made that mistake and asked them for assistance as the dress did not fit my daughter and the return shipping was more then half the cost of the CHEAP QUALITY dress, they said to return the item and send them prove of shipping and they will refund it, ok np I thought that's great….I send them the proof, they respond with denying ever saying that. What?! It's in our email!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them in January. Reached out a month later to check the status. They had an automated agent tell me about how everything is on a halt due to the virus. I was extremely annoyed because they didn't bother to communicate anything till i reached out. They then proceeded to tell me I'd receive my item AFTER the wedding so i told them i wanted a refund. It took them about two weeks to send me an email to tell me they'll start a claim for my refund. I reached out almost everyday for another month chasing my refund then they had the nerve to say sorry we didn't process your claim so we shipped your item. After they guaranteed me a refund time and time again. I ended up having to dispute with my bank. They are horrible.
My experience has been so easy. I started ordering try before you buy first to find the right dress and everything came pretty quickly and packaged nicely. I continued to do that until I found the right one! When it came to the purchase of my dress it went perfectly everything came and packaged nicely already for me. This was a great experience with no hassles at all. I will definitely be shopping through JJ's house for my dress needs again!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
