The dress came within the time specified it was even more beautiful in person my daughter loved it. I had to alter it a little because they didn't have bigger sizes but I expected this waited last minute to get the dress. They had all the dress specifications on the site bust, waist etc that alone was great. Will definitely buy from here again this time in time for them to alter.
When I was first looking at buying my wedding dress from JJ's House, I was feeling a little worried, especially after reading a number of reviews. One reviewer said she chatted with the company before buying her dress, so I decided to do the same. Chatting was great. It reassured me that the company was real and that I would get what I was ordering. So, (still with a little trepidation) I ordered the dress. It got here in less than 2 weeks and it is PERFECT! I ordered my dress in a standard size, as other reviewers said that getting a customized size caused a lot of problems. It did not smell like fish, the fabric is comfortable, the dress light-weight, and the tailoring is fine. If you are looking for a princess gown, this may not be the right place. But, for a simple, inexpensive option, it is perfect.
I ordered a hat for my wife as a Christmas gift a couple of weeks ago. It is now Christmas Eve and I haven't received it. I tried to track it online but the website did not recognise my order number so I contacted them on the live chat thing. I was told that I'd get it around January 9th. Presumably they strap the item onto the back of a tortoise and point in the approximate direction. Assuming it's coming from the U.S. I could row the Atlantic, pick it up and row back in less time. First and last time I use them.

Although JJs House provides a detailed sizing/measurement guide, one of my bridesmaids accidentally measured herself incorrectly. I was able to contact customer service and received a very prompt response. They offered a very simple solution and we were able to change the size quickly and efficiently for a nominal fee. All of the dresses from the original order arrived together in just a few weeks. I am so impressed with the quality! Thanks JJs House for helping me have a dream wedding!
Do not buy from this place. I wish so badly that I had done my research before I fell victim to their fraudulent website. They don't ship what they said they will to you and they do not offer a full refund like they claim. There is no phone number and they will only communicate with you through email. They are based in China and are completely fraudulent. They stole my money.
I ordered 2 pair of (Latin) dancing shoes according to JJ's House measurements and they fit perfectly! Price and quality is good. I feel like a professional dancer but also very feminine on JJ's House's shoes. The time between ordering and delivery was quick so I did not have to wait too long. A tip: information about extra costs for customs is preferable at the product information site.

This is a great web site. I have ordered some items and even made two changements before the delivery but everything worked well. The products are beautiful and cheap and look just like on the picture. I will recommend it to my friends.
I have to say I was a little sceptical about ordering from on overseas company, but I was pleasantly surprised. The dress was exactly like the picture. The quality is very good. Shipping time was excellent! I did have an issue with the duty fees but their customer service was very quick to help me with that also. I would recommend paying extra to have it custom sized. Wonderful experience
My order was over a month late. It sat for weeks in China. My event was over weeks before my items arrived. I asked them several times for a refund and they offered me free shipping on my next order. No way I will ever order from them again. My husband told me to ship it back. I didn't want to be out more money. Terrible customer experience.
The bridesmaid's dress I ordered did not fit despite the measurements I gave them. They denied that they made a mistake, and went so far to imply that I was dishonest. The 15% refund they gave me for mending was a joke.
The dress also smelled like it was shipped with rotting fish. Instructions on the tag said it could not be washed or dry cleaned. Avoid them.

I am having a very difficult time trying to get a refund on the two wedding dresses that I ordered, in standard size, and tried on once. I cannot zip it an dit is very small for a standard size, and they will not accept a return in the original packaging, tried on once. I am out some serious money and it is a huge problem. They have only offered me 25% refund on two dresses that have never been zipped up! Advise please for working with this terrible service?

Do NOT order a dress form this company, I did and never received the dress. They claim it was delivered, it certainly was not. Can not even rate this company...Now have to go to local store to find a dress for event... not happy!
They claim it was delivered, it was not, I went to post office, they have no record of it. I checked with my neighbors, still no and I do live in a very nice gated community.

The shipping options are very misleading. I paid $25 for 2-day shipping because I had a rush order. After paying they said it took 5 days to process before shipping. Based on the current estimate it will actually take 10 days to get my order. I would never have paid for expedited shipping if I had known it would take so long. I can't comment on the quality because my order hasn't arrived yet, but beware!

Their products are beautiful for really good price and the delivery time is faster than expected. The cloth items were perfect on me, but unfortunately I needed to order again the beautiful and very comfortable shoes because of size problems, but they were very helpful with my problem and for second order the shoes were finally perfectly fit. I would definitely order again from JJsHouse because I could see that they really care for their customers.
I ordered the dress then realized I needed to pay the extra $75 for custom sizing. Ok gave the all my measurements I got sent a dress that was 2" to small in the back. I had to spend another $165 at a seamstress to have that repaired due to awrdfing time restrictions. The purse I ordered was pink not Champagne. Would I ever order from them s company again? No, Mot ever. I should of gone to Davids Bridal and just spent the money fro. Get go because I'm the end I did anyways. Forget China and ordering. Stick to US products. If it's too good to be true then it is.

I bought a dress here and was charged an additional $57.77 from DHL. When I opened the package, the dress didn't look at all like the photo and was poor quality. When I tried to return it, they refused and offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. What an insult! After posting this review, they finally offered a refund for the original purchase once I sent them proof of return. I happily complied and they posted the refund, but I was still $$57.77 out of pocked for the duties (Canadian duty fees), plus $43.84 postage to return the item. I won't be shopping on this website again. You should have to fight to be treated fairly as a customer.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
