Prior to ordering my wedding dress and veil from this company, I emailed them several questions which the reps answered courteously and in a timely manner.
Then I proceeded with my purchase and also asked several questions and requested that special circumstances be made for me while my order was being made and shipped. Good experience also.
The items arrived in a timely manner. I loved the veil very much but did not love the dress as much even though it was no different from the web pix. U no how it goes:)
I was impressed mostly by this company after I complained about not really liking the wedding dress and the amount of concern and sincerity they displayed in their responses, even offering to refund a certain percentage of the price back with me still keeping the dress. That just blew my mind.
I recommend this company based on their professionalism and great customer service.
Purchased a dress from them and I gave them specific instructions on where to send the dress. Well, they got it wrong and the dress is going to a different address hours away, and since the dress is coming from a different country there is nothing they can do to make it right. I contacted the post office to have it redirected and the chances of that happening are slim.

It is not our fault to send wrong address, since it is still in transit, we suggest you can contact them to change the address when the parcel arrives in destination country and if it is not convenient for you to accept the parcel, we suggest you can ask your neighbors to accept the parcel instead.

I never received my dress, they it was delivered to a neighbour. They have caused so much upset and stress and do not care. I have put my wedding on hold because I cannot afford another dress until I get a full refund but they keep asking for the same information and we are not getting anywhere
I ordered the dress as is, Navy Blue and the order came through very quickly. The dress was beautifully made and I really can't fault it. I ordered custom made and sizing was great, plenty of length for me to play with on hem, fully lined, and lovely materials. Will be ordering my bridesmaids dresses from here also! Highly recommend.
I had a little problem with import costs but the staff at jjshouse sorted out the problem straight away. The cutomer service was brilliant and when the dress came I was amazed. I cant believe I ever doubted how much jjshouse cared for their customers. I would totally recommend it. They resolve any issues and make sure you get what you wanted. Im so happy now.

I have never purchased dance shoes before.
I was very happy with the whole ordering process. The time frames where exactly as mentioned on the web site. The shoes are a very good quality and fit well.
I purchased another pair yesterday which should be here in a few days.

Just updating everyone, to let you know that these thieves have still not resolved my situation, and in fact, they won't even answer me.
I refuse to change my rating of them and they still refuse to refund my money. They hit my credit card for $276.00 for an outfit that was advertised at $115.00(US). That's more than twice the advertised price, and almost $40.00 shipping(UPS) instead of postal service.
I'll now be contacting Law Enforcement agencies to charge them with internet fraud. When they see all the complaints filed, as well as the conversations stored on my E: Mails, I'm hoping they will be banned from the internet. This has been going on since October, 2017 and has to be resolved. I WILL POST MORE BAD REVIEWS!
I purchased 2 prom dresses for my daughter and couldn't have been more happy with the both of them! They both fit her absolutely perfectly and felt the quality was as good or better than any locally store bought dress. Plus you just couldn't beat the price and speed of delivery! Highly recommend them!
I finally received a call from a representative at JJsHouse after posting this review and contacting my credit card provider. She was able to authorize my return and full refund. She was very apologetic for the poor service I have received over the last 4 days. She was much more accommodating, professional and courteous.
I received a full credit for my dresses today. Veronica worked very hard to make sure she could rectify the problem. She answered all emails promptly and kept me informed about the progress. I received two phone calls from her, once when she started working on my case and once to verify I had received the credit.

I purchased a dress and jacket from JJ's House. The clothing shipped exactly on the date committed. I am very impressed by the material and craftmanship of the dress and jacket. However, the dress looked far better on the 95 pound model in the photo than it did on me.
I was pleasantly surprised that JJ's House has a very flexible return policy for their items. It was a bit of a challenge interacting with customer service, but they did provide me with a partial credit off my first purchase to buy a replacement dress. I thought this was more than fair.
The only downsize was DHL was unwilling to deliver the dress until I paid a $65.00 invoice for customs and duty. In retrospect, I did not pay tax on the original purchase, so I should have expected this additional charge.
I have recommended that my daughter purchase her bridesmaid's dresses through the site. The clothing and overall experience with JJ's House, has exceeded my expectations.
I have had a similar problem with this company that other reviewers have had. I ordered 2 dresses in a size 12 according to their fitting instructions. Both dresses arrived way too small and differ from one dress to the other. When I contacted them about the problem, they said that they will not accept a return of the items, but offered a 15% refund. It has been very difficult working out a solution with them. Please beware.
Update: JJ'sHouse has given me a full refund. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and give me a satisfactory settlement. Thank you.

Please do not waste your money! I did a custom dress, and the hem was 2 inches shorter on one side than the other. I seriously cannot believe they would send it out that way. At first they tried to tell me I could not return it because it was a custom dress. I would have understood that if it had been my mistake. Then they tried to tell me I measured wrong. It was perfect everywhere else. When they ruched the dress, the seamstress jacked up too much material. Finally, I got a partial refund. A partial refund for defective merchandise! A terrible company with sub par merchandise!

Terrible! The dress was not proportional, the pictured beading was missing, and it was much too long... I emailed and said I would even accept store credit, just to get a dress that was actually as described. They honestly only offered to "send me some sequins" that I could sew on MYSELF and told me to take it to a tailor. I was shocked. What a waste of $125 dollars. Terrible service! STAY AWAY.
I found this web while shopping online for dresses. I was a little worried buying online. The dress arrived much quicker than expected. The fabric was a bit thick and has no "stretch" to it, so I have to alter it ( so I can sit. Lol) They offered me 15% back for the inconvience. Overall, I would recommend this website. Be sure to order the correct size, as the return policy is not great. For the price of the dress, it was very well made. Hopefully, they will change the web so we can view each dress in our color choice.
I want everyone who needs anything from JJS HOUSE not to use them. We ordered dresses for my wedding that where way too small. My bridesmaid dress was not even shipped however they only gave me back half the money. They suck huge. It took us 8 weeks to get back half our money on an item not even shipped.
I bought 3 dresses for 4 events I have coming up this year I place my order in early February. After they confirmed receipt of funds, I tracked my order and noticed that my dresses would miss the first event scheduled for 3/14. I contacted them thru online chat to put a rush on my order. Was told that it would be no problem and that I would be contacted back with in 48hrs. Response never came. Horrible experience, will never purchase from JJ house ever again!
I was extremely dubious about ordering online after hearing some horror stories... however after a year of unsuccessful BM dress shopping I bit the bullett and ordered from JJs house. They arrived today and I'm both extremely relieved and happy the quality is great! Colour and style exactly as advertised.
JJ's House is the easiest company to work with, they're professional, efficient, prompt and have the most gorgeous dresses and accessories you could ever need. I've dealt with them for 3 different weddings and have exhausted them ordering dresses - lol. I found ones for 2 of the 3, however, due to my time issues, I had to go buy a gown for the 3rd one locally.
Their ordering and return policies are amazing and the process is so pleasant to deal with when faced with getting a gorgeous outfit. They have unique and beautifully styled dresses but most of all will make your whole ordering process the best!

Ordering swatches and suits- no problem but when they arrived both suits would not zip up to the top of the waistband as the zips jammed at the thicker band of material. This was before I put them on so it wasn't a fitting issue but a tailoring problem.
I took them to a tailor at our dry cleaners and he said that the seamstress should have turned the material (not sure what he meant) and that the zips needed taking out and re setting. A third suit that I had bought in your sale did not have the same problem. The styles and colours were fine and Cinnamon Rose colour is gorgeous!
You offered a 40% refund which should help cover the repairs and I am grateful for your swift reply as I am hoping they will be OK for my daughter's wedding.
I had a custom made wedding gown but I added an inch & a half just to be sure it would fit & I'm glad I did because it fit pretty well & will only need minor alterations. I was impressed w/the quality. I'm glad it worked out after reading all the bad reviews. Maybe I just got lucky.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
