I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and paid $22 for shipping just to never receive the dress, it was shipped and carried through a horrible company called LaserShip, they returned the dress and I contacted JJ's House via email bc the company has no real representatives, they use bot customer service( live chats) and there is no a phone number to receive assistance. I was told I'd receive my dress immediately before June 18th countless times but that did not happen, I ended up getting a dress from another company which was way better. Till this day I haven't received a refund. Don't order from their website the customer service is terrible
In addition to a great selection, when I had a problem with sizing and returns, the customer service department outdid themselves in solving my problem and helping me find the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding.

I was required to at least give them one star. They deserve zero stars. Do not shop here! I cancelled an order within 24 hours online and they only want to refund me 5%! This is a fraudulent company. Every time you call the customer service line it actually says no one is available. Please do not order from this store. We were going to order all the wedding party and bridal dress from this website and thank God we did not. I am reporting them to the BBB and also looking to take legal action. My husband is an attorney so we can do it for free.
The customer service on this website is awesome. If you have any complaints they answer ASAP and take care of the problem. Not, that they cause problems. The users usually ( me) cause the problems. I just receive one of their items, a faux fur shrug which was a bargain and I'm very, very, very HAPPY with the quality and how fast it was sent. I would recommend this website JJshouse to all my friends and family. Please check them out for the holidays they have beautiful dresses and shrugs. I love, love, love my ivory faux fur shrug, not only will I wear it for my wedding I can wear it on my honeymoon over my nightgown and others nights. What a great buy!
JJsHouse has a refund policy that I didn't notice. I changed my mind about an order but apparently was a bit late in cancelling it. However, they were understanding and said they will refund my payment. I love the look of their clothes and will probably order from them again.

Warning! This company will take your money and ignore your requests with customer service. I ordered a dress for a wedding from this company. Dresses for a wedding must arrive by a certain time! The company told me that because of the Corona Virus, my shipment would be late. Fine. Cancel my order! I tried FIVE different times to cancel my order and was given the run around. Today, weeks after the original order, I received a text from a burn number to tell me my dress, that I no longer need, is on the way!. Very bad service! Do not order from this company. I hope to resolve an ongoing issue, but I fear JJsHouse is a scam. I ordered three dresses as potential Mother of the Groom dresses. I paid for them PLUS about $60 for shipping. The dresses are simply not what I want, the color is bad on me, they don't fit or flatter. Any reputable vendor would accept a return without questions. I am being asked to supply photos as proof! STAY AWAY!

I ordered 3 sample try at home dresses, received quickly. I knew upfront that the samples were not in the colors I would purchase, but no problem because they let you send them back with shipping labels included. I can either order them in the color I want to buy now that I saw how they looked in person, or I can order more try on samples now that I received notification that the dresses were received as requested within the try on period. This is really a great web site giving woman the chance to try first. Very pleased.

I paid for a dress that smells of rotting fish, which for most companies would be enough to exchange it. Was repeatedly told to go against the cleaning instructions on the dress to remove the smell. Upon further inspection of the dress, I found it to be ill-fitting (despite measuring myself), made of cheap fabric, and to vary greatly from the design represented on the website.
I have attempted to contact the returns department and have been offered a 35% refund. Had I seen some of the reviews on this website, I would not have wasted my time or money. I hope my experience will prevent someone else from doing the same.

Terrible quality. Looks good on model but I bet she wasn't breathing when she had the dress on. One breath and my daughter in laws dress zipper broke. All the way down the bodice she was exposed. Never buy from these people. Money saved isn't worth the heartbreak of being married with your whole side exposed.
I ordered a dress which was way too big. Other retailers--easy peasy. JJ's house has no phone number for customer service and promised (via chat) to send a label twice and I also emailed. I will now just donate a $100 dress to goodwill.

I am trying to find a dress for granddaughters wedding. I am so unsure what will fit or look right. But with your try on option I have been able to sample several ideal dresses and find the one right for me and my granddaughters wedding colors.

This site is totally a scam. They stole photos of wedding dresses and then tried and failed to recreate them. I ordered two because they were so inexpensive and was extremely disappointed when they arrived. They fit just fine, so I was unable to return them, but they were so UGLY. They were made with extremely cheap material, the hemlines didn't match up and were very threadbare. Do not buy from this site unless you want a cheap, poorly constructed dress. You get what you pay for.

I had a great experience with JJ's House. It was kind of scary to buy a dress without trying it on, but the sizing was great, the workmanship on the dress was/is beautiful. I had to have a very slight alteration done, and the seamstress said the dress was very well made. It is almost as nice on the inside as outside. There are no obvious seams. Will use their services as needed for formal wear. I have recommended JJ's to others, and my sister is in the process of getting her dress now. Thank you JJ's

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
