Ordered wrists flowers for our wedding for the bridesmaids. Item never arrived. Told the delivery driver had left it in the back porch, we don't have a back porch! Told its not there fault and no refund has been given. Beware buyers! Scammers!

I recently ordered 2 dresses from JJsHouse and although they were gorgeous dresses they did not work for my body type. JJsHouse gave me a full refund along with a really kind sincere letter as to how much they cared about their product and making their customers fully satisfied.
Their dress prices are the best that I found and I would try them again.

This is a total scam company. I was trying to do a return, they send me a label take it to UPS they say it's not a viable label. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Tried again, send me a different label this time for FedEx and same thing! There's no number to call and get to the bottom of this. Finally I just mail it and pay for it myself end now they can't change the card to process only 50% of the refund! The reason for a different card request is bc I had a million fraudulent charges not long after I bought the dress from there in the first place. TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT USE! I ordered a flower girl dress and 6 bridesmaid dresses. The flower girl dress was such poor quality it looked like a fancy dress outfit! It looked very cheap and tacky. I went to get a refund and they said they don't return vat or the delivery cost. I paid £60 for the dress and got a £42 refund after spending weeks arguing with them. The bridesmaid dresses were not true to Size even though we all measured ourselves and got the sizes the website recommended. The stitching was poor quality, one of the dresses had a hole in it and they were all different shades of the same colour. They were all £108 each. The delivery cost was a joke on top of that at £71. Stay away from this site and saves yourselves weeks of stress and problems!

I ordered a mermaid trumpet dress. Sent in my measurements and requested expedited shipping. It came ahead of the date promised and absolute fit me perfectly. The dress was only $200 and the quality was very impressive. Well made, heavy, not see though at all. It was just gorgeous. I got so many compliments on it. I was very happy with JJs House.

I have purchased three gowns from JJsHouse. The first and third were made to my measurements for very little extra cost. The second one was bought according to the size chart. I didn't notice that only one measurement in the size chart was in accordance with mine. It didn't fit. JJsHouse policy does not accept returns if the size of the dress you ordered doesn't fit. However, they did return a partial payment. Now I know to order the dresses to be made according to my measurements. The gowns are gorgeous and very well made. The styles to choose from makes it easy to find what I wanted. The prices for the gowns was excellent. I will definitely buy again, but only using my measurements.
Dress designs and materials were fantastic. The process to "try-on" and either buy or return was simple and worked great. We have a black tie formal family wedding coming up, and I have already recommended JJ's House to everyone!

I bought two dresses to try on during the pandemic. While they are admittedly nice dresses, they weren't the fit or the color that I wanted so I have been attempting to return them. After numerous emails, I sometimes get "please indicate the problem" which I do and then no response until a few emails later saying " please indicate the problem". It is circular and I do not think they have any intention to follow their published return policy.

Please don't risk your big days by getting your dress from these people. I paid too much for a dress which is so different to the one shown on the website. And they don't accept refund too! The quality is also awful. At the time of buying I was not told I'd have to pay the importation charges, tax, etc. myself. Now I have to throw the dress in the bin after paying too much money.

I just received my gown. Ordered custom fit and it arrived in a week. I ordered the regency/purple color and it is beautiful. I will have to have the straps taken at least an inch. However, the bodice fits perfectly, which is what i was most concerned about. Having bought several gowns from a variety of vendors, I know to buy at least two sizes above my normal size. I will definitely order from JJShouse again!
I order 4 chiffon wraps. I needed to return two of them. All codes they sent me to process return were not accepted as authentic though I tried day after day to get either of the two to be accepted. In on line chatting with customer service, they were of no help and when I persisted that nothing was working, she messaged me a label that was so small it was totally blurred when I tried to print it. I told her that there was still a problem and could she help me further, she instantly discontinued my on line chat. I believe I got this run-around as they never intended to let me return them. I also order a mother of the bride dress that could not be returned because it was a final sale. The floor length dress wrinkled so badly that I could not even consider wearing it for the wedding. Have to donate to resale shop.

I'm a writer and as such used to bad reviews, But in addition I'm also a mother of the bride who did not want to wear traditional, and after months of consideration mainly due to the not so good reviews of this company, I thought, give it a go So, arrives here, late on a Friday night a foot square parcel, soaking wet because of the weather and I puts it aside in order to finish my meal in peace with my hubby before all kinds of things hit various fans, although I was still clinging to one fact. The cost for what I was getting was not that great. Not really. Anyway, what eventually came out of that parcel left me beyond belief glad I ordered this dress. The colour, the fit, the finish is stunning.
I received my order on time for my event. The dress is of good quality material and it fits to a T. I am pleased. It is the perfect length, sexy, but not sleazy. I will be buying more dresses from JJ's in the future.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
