I ordered my veil and 7 bridesmaids earring and necklace sets. The tracker said "Delivered on 9-4 at 06:38". I received that notifications on 9/3 at 9pm. I never received my items. They sent a copy and pasted email and didn't address anything. I want a refund and they won't respond. My wedding is in 5 days. This has been a very frustrating time. I paid $160 and probably won't get a refund. No one that I've talked to has ever heard of this company.

Jjshouse is absolutely awesome! Their service is impeccable and their products are top quality. I recently bought a dress and a bra from them and they arrived yesterday. I am so happy with both the products and they have really done a magnificent job at making my gorgeous dress. It fits perfectly and has exceeded my expectations. No hassle shopping with amazing results! I recently purchased a dress for my wedding and I could not be more thrilled. The dress is gorgeous! The size is perfect and the color is exactly what I wanted! Then top it all off with an amazing price and ridiculously quick shipping... Can we say WINNER! I received a dress that does not fit. I have written a few emails to return it and also contacted them through chat which should respond within 24 hours. They issued a ticket and I have not heard back from them. They claim you have to return within 14 days, but apparently ignore the emails to stall for time. I am extremely unhappy with their customer service. The dress did come in the expected time frame and is very pretty; it just does not fit properly. I should not have such issues trying to return it and get my refund.

Ordered this petticoat for my Trumpet/Mermaid Wedding Dress. It fits perfect, no problems. Makes the dress look much fuller at the bottom. If you are not sure what petticoat to buy for your dress just message too JJ's House. Very quick and helpful respond. Thank you for all your help!

Even through they state they take returns within 7 business days, they wont initially. You have to go on the review sites and post about it to get them to work with you. I just shipped the dress back to China and by changing my original review (to this) and changing the stars to 3 they will refund my money. All of this could have been avoided in the first place... its called doing good business from the start. Seems rare these days.

I just happened to stumble upon this site while looking for a gown for my Son's Wedding. And very pleased I did. Everything came off without a hitch from finding, measuring, placing my order and receiving my dress. It was hard not to up-stage the Bride. Lol. Beautiful dress indeed.

Following my recent negative review, JJsHouse customer service department have been in touch. I have been in liaison with a lovely gentleman called Adam who has been extremely pleasant and helpful.
He explained their lack of contact was due to public holidays which spanned over a weekend.
As a way of compensation for my disappointment I have received a full refund for the dress, which I have been allowed to keep. Also I have a £20.00 voucher to cover the cost of the UK VAT charge.
In a nutshell, Adam could not have done enough for me and as a way of thanking him I am updating my review.
Would I use JJsHouse again? - yes I would give them another go.

I received my dress and shoes this week they look beautiful just like the photos on the web sites. I will be placing another order for my Nephew's wedding in May!
The Customer Service Rep was also very helpful in tracking my order, they respond promptly by the next day.

I received the dress yesterday, and it is really splendid. Beautifully made (except a few nearly invisible flaws); it is more "grey" than "silver", but that was what I expected when looking at the photos. When I wear it it feels absolutely perfect (only a bit wide at the bust, but as I ordered standard size, that's not JJ's House's fault :) ) and looks stunning. For the price I paid I got even more than I could expect. I'm looking forward to wear it at a ball next week.

I ordered two dresses and now i want to cancel my order, it was easy to buy the dress, oh very easy to find someone but to contact someone regarding your order you have leave a message and wait 7 days, what type of bull$#*! is that. I hate when this $#*! happens.

I have been trying to receive a return label. However you are constantly asked to insert one code after another but still not receiving a label. Please be aware that the sizes are different in the USA from Hong Kong. That is the reason for the return. I am so disappointed I will never order from them again. We waited 3 weeks just for the item.

Not all merchandise has been received

Ordered Mother of the Bride gown…it arrived in a timely manner. It fit well and only had to have it shortened a bit.
Dress bags arrived in a timely manner. They are very long and will hold the gown very well without scrunching or wrinkling it…great price.
Decorative silver purse…arrived on time. Very satisfied with all above purchases.

Also ordered some jewelry, earrings and bracelets….these have not yet arrived even though they were ordered the same time as the purse and dress bags. Online survey said to wait a few more days…I've done that!
Where is the jewelry?

I bought my wedding dress from here recently, the pictures made the dress look beautiful, but when the dress actually came, OMG! It is THE most perfectly, amazingly, wonderfully beautiful dress I have ever seen! Each and every stitch is just perfect, the craftsmanship is out of this world! Words can not express how special and amazing this dress makes me feel when I have it on, I feel like a true princess! I cant wait to wear it on my wedding day! I will be ordering my bridesmaids dresses from jjshouse now too! I honestly cannot thank the amazing jjshouse enough.

Buyer beware

Receiving my dress, I noticed that the lace was poor quality and was pilling. After several emails JJ's House finally agreed to a refund. However, because I had given a poor review on their quality, they would not grant an immediate refund (vs 3-4 weeks when the product was received back to China) unless I removed the poor reviews. They also denied I was a customer when I first attempted to write a review. I just received confirmation of my refund and am now able to share the truth. The quality of the product is poor. If you must return it after their "7-day" policy, be prepared to spend a week in email negotiations and pay a lot of money for postage. Would never recommend this vendor.

I ordered a dress and it was never received. They claimed that it was delivered and that "someone signed off" on my behalf which is impossible and sounded like they never shipped it in the first place.
They then provided a shipping tracking number which is not valid in Canada. I asked for a full refund and they offered me 100% free shipping for next purchase. Total scam!

Too big!
January 28, 2021

I wear a size 9. The sizing chart said to order a size 42. Beautiful shoes, however 1 inch too big. I am having to pay another $6.00 to return on top of the original $10.00 for shipping. And wait almost another month to receive them and pray that the size 41 fits! These are my wedding shoes, love them. If not would of gotten in another place.

Dress arrived 10 days after ordering and is a perfect fit. Highly recommended as can dress up or down so suitable for different occasions. If you are looking forward to a cute sweet dress, I believe this is the best choice for you!

My elder sister has done business twice with JJshouse and she recommends me to visit this site when we talked about our niece’s wedding next February. So I came to this site and found beautiful dresses of various styles. I ordered one for me and another for my girl who is going to be one of the flower girls, both at attractive price. The moment the dresses came and were tried on, we were filled with ecstasy. We got good quality products at the lowest price!
