I bought two dresses to try on during the pandemic. While they are admittedly nice dresses, they weren't the fit or the color that I wanted so I have been attempting to return them. After numerous emails, I sometimes get "please indicate the problem" which I do and then no response until a few emails later saying " please indicate the problem". It is circular and I do not think they have any intention to follow their published return policy.
