I too was skeptical due to the prices; however, I'm now a customer. It took exactly one week to order a custom fitted evening gown and get it to my front door. The gown is beautiful. I know it would've cost double or triple what I paid had I gone to a bridal or specialty boutique. I had no problems at all.

I was unsure of the color of my dress when ordering (champagne in chiffon vs. satin is very different) and the color swatches are hard to depict... but the dress turned out beautiful and fit according to the size chart. So many compliments! And fast shipping too (took about 2 weeks). Will definitely be ordering from JJ's house again!

I am getting married in January 2014. I went to JJ house to order my wedding dress, flower girl dresses and bridesmaid dresses, The site is user friendly, What you see on the website is what you get, I am happy about the color swatch they they sell that made is a lot easier for me to pick the correct color for the different materials. I also loved the attentiveness of the staff, They went above and beyond just to ensure that I am satisfied with the shopping experience and the dresses arrived way ahead of the scheduled time. Less the 4 weeks I have everything in my house and just waiting for the big day. GREAT Price, SUPERB Quality, AWESOME customer service. Try them out you will not regret having made that decision.

Jjshouse contacted me today and offered remedies. Quite responsive and I felt somehow more satisfied now.
I ordered a custom measured gown for a black tie affair. The dress came in 5 days! It was beautifully made, lined and fit like a glove. Customer service was top notch and answered my many questions promptly. I would highly recommend this site and actually have to all of my friends and family. I'll be back to order a Christmas dress!
