I purchased a dress from here that wound up being a size too big, I measured at an 8,10in the bust, I got the 8 and was scared it might be too small, it was huge! Strapless dress was falling off of me, I had to get it tailored, Now that my tailor has fixed it it looks great but the dress as it was sent was way too big, I will not be ordering from this site again, they have offered me a 15% refund but I have yet to see it. And as some others have said don't use a real credit card on here, use a visa gift card if you dare waste your money on this site

Also I must say that some people complain about duty customs, but it is not to any online site responsability about customs, that is client responsability. Check with customs 1st the conditions, each country has different rules. Sometimes fees that appear to receive the item is customs duty, by the country where the client live, be aware of it.

Received this dress in a very timely fashion. The dress was exactly as depicted on their site and was very happy with it. It fit like a glove!

My only complaint would be with the shipping cost. I payed the shipping cost you list on your site and then was shocked when there was another shipping cost of approximately $55.00 COD when the dress was delivered. There is no mention of that on your site. The dress itself was perfect but I would be hesitate to order again not knowing whether I would have to pay shipping at both ends again.

AWFUL! The CS team is just awful! I paid 32.99$ in shipping fees and got charged with an additional 43.00$ fee! This was not a customs fee or VAT but a brokerage fee. They filled out my shipping form wrong and now refuse to pay back the money I had to pay.

Worst shopping experience ever!

***To follow up. JJ House did refund my charges and they gave me a voucher on top of all that, just for my troubles. They have been VERY nice since this happened and I will shop with them again.

Vor 2 Wochen habe ich ein Hochzeitskleid bestellt, habe meine Masse mehrmals gemessen und bestätigen lassen, die Schablone mit den Massen und Erklärungen angeschaut. Nachdem ich 2 Tage überlegt habe, ob ich das Risiko eingehe auf dieser Webseite ein Hochzeitskleid zu kaufen, habe ich mich für den Kauf entschieden.

In der Regel stehen mir keine herz-förmigen Oberteile ohne Schulterhalterungen, und darum bin ich kein Risiko eingegangen, und habe ein V-Ausschnitt-Modell gekauft.

Der Stoff ist von guter Qualität und der Schnitt steht mir sehr gut. Die angegebenen Masse wurden respektiert und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kleid.

Ich denke, bei der Bestellung ist es wichtig, die Masse mehrmals abzuprüfen und sich an die Angaben der Mess-Schablone zu halten. Bei der Auswahl des Kleids ist es wichtig zu wissen, welches Modell oder Kleid oder Ausschnitt Dir in der Regel gut steht.

JJs House sollte jedoch bei der Bestellung erwähnen, dass wir bei der Ankunft Zollgebühren zahlen müssen, ich zahlte ca. $46 bei der Ankunft meines Pakets nochmals dazu, darüber wurde ich beim Kauf nicht informiert (hätte ich die AGBs lesen sollen :/ )

Diese Webseite bietet eine grosse Auswahl an wunderschönen Kleidern an, das Paket hatte ich dann nach 10 Tagen nach Bestellung, und die Qualität des Kleides ist sehr gut für den Preis. Nach dem Kauf habe ich auf der JJs House eine Bewertung des Kleides gemacht und ich habe sofort eine Antwort und Entschädigung auf meine Kritik erhalten (wegen der Zoll-Kosten).

Meine Erfahrung mit JJs House war gut, aber wie gesagt, die angegebenen Masse müssen genau sein und man sollte vorab wissen, welcher Kleiderstil einem passt.

Delivery was very good and quick. But when I received my dress and tried it on I discovered that one of the shoulders was longer than the other. So I got in touch with JJ's House, who very promptly answered my message. They admitted it was a mistake on their part and refunded an amount to cover having it re-stitched at my own dressmakers without any problems. I was very impressed by their after sales service and would definitely shop with them again.

The customer service on this website is awesome. If you have any complaints they answer ASAP and take care of the problem. Not, that they cause problems. The users usually ( me) cause the problems. I just receive one of their items, a faux fur shrug which was a bargain and I'm very, very, very HAPPY with the quality and how fast it was sent. I would recommend this website JJshouse to all my friends and family. Please check them out for the holidays they have beautiful dresses and shrugs. I love, love, love my ivory faux fur shrug, not only will I wear it for my wedding I can wear it on my honeymoon over my nightgown and others nights. What a great buy!
