Earlier in the year my partner and I decided to get married, with grown up children, busy lives, we still wanted Our Wedding Day to be very special. Jjhouse were amazing I found the dress I dreamed of, I had it custom made as I wanted a perfect fit, the dress arrived and indeed it was perfect, the colour, the size, the quality totally superb. Later at the wedding breakfast my daughter announced her wedding date so now the girls in our family will be contacting jjhouse for a summer wedding!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. This review is for my sister who has been treated terribly throughout this entire process of trying to purchase a wedding gown.

She purchased a wedding gown from JJsHouse, it does not fit properly or look correct on her. We assume it's because the picture of the original dress is on a 6 foot tall model while my sister is barely over 5 feet.

She tried to return it. They absolutely refuse. She tried to compromise and asked if she could exchange or put money towards bridesmaids dresses. They STILL REFUSE. JJshouse is ignorant and even your responses to the complaints on this website suck. You aren't accomplishing ANYTHING by telling these women, you are sure "things will work out" or "don't worry you'll be taken care of." I'm calling B. S.

My family is going to speak to every female on the planet and every website we know about the fraud and unreasonably asinine store the jjshouse is.

That is all. You have lost a total of at least 300 customers thanks to the way you've treated us. Congrats!

This site is totally a scam. They stole photos of wedding dresses and then tried and failed to recreate them. I ordered two because they were so inexpensive and was extremely disappointed when they arrived. They fit just fine, so I was unable to return them, but they were so UGLY. They were made with extremely cheap material, the hemlines didn't match up and were very threadbare. Do not buy from this site unless you want a cheap, poorly constructed dress. You get what you pay for.

I received gown, (mother of bride gown), did not like the way gown fit and sequins was very cheap looking. Quality of material was ok... however, did not like fit on shoulders and have been trying to return gown for full refund. Unfortunately, customer service sent me ticket by email only stating dress looked nice on me. And offered me 15% to keep gown. Well, I do not like fit of gown or how gown was made. There is NO customer service number to contact anyone. I have emailed them four times with no response. Would never buy from JJ's house again... still waiting for a response from them still. Very doubtful they will respond to my emails. Followed instructions and contacted them well w/in 7days after receiving gown as well. Contacted my credit card for help, now disputing bill. Also, told to go to this site. Wish I did before purchasing gown. Hopefully, they have better luck contacting them. JJshouse.com IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

After many hours of online shopping for the perfect wedding dress I finally found exactly what I was looking for at JJ's House. They were quick to respond with additional information about the dress and even provided me with a coupon for a discount. The Website made it easy to order the dress sized perfectly to fit me. It arrived much more quickly than I expected and was even more beautiful than I had imagined. There were a few wrinkles in it due to the shipping process, but JJ's provided detailed instructions to remedy that issue. I LOVE my dress, can't wait to wear it in February and would highly recommend JJ's to everyone!

I received my dress and I could not believe how beautiful it was! It was very well made. I did realize that I needed a half inch more of room at the top when I tried to zipper the dress because I did not customize the dress I ordered the standard size 4 and to my surprise the dress came with extra material which my seamstress added the little room I needed. She could not believe the quality work of a dress I brought on line. I love the dress and next time I will get the measurements from my seamstress before I order the standard size. I will order another dress in the future.

A lot of thought has been put into this website, the dresses are beautiful and how to determine the correct sizing is very informative and it goes into great detail.

I could not find another dress anywhere that I liked more than the one I purchased to wear in Las Vegas in January.

The delivery was so inexpensive and very very fast.

I will definitely, when the need arrises be purchasing from JJ's House again.

I can't say enough good about this company. I had many questions before i actually bought my dress. There reps let me know within minutes that they got my request. Not much time later i had my answer, they couldn't always give me what i wanted so they checked there inventory to find the closes. Not being sure i ordered dress anyway and was nervous the whole time. I didn't have to wait that long cuz it came a week early. I got the custom fit do to not wanting to have it hemmed. It is the most perfect dress that i tried on i can't wait for my wedding day so i can show it off. I couldn't have asked for a better price with all the perfect detail on it. I am now getting ready to make my next order with this company. They have got wonderful dresses and reps cuz i have to talk to a few. Thank you so much jjhouse
